The Goblin Shark approached Ye Yan's party at high speed, leaving a trail through the water. The Goblin Shark has bizarre, sinister looks with pinkish-gray color because of its almost transparent skin, an overhanging snout that is tremendously elongated, yet flattened, forming a blade-like appearance. His protruding jaw with its nail-like teeth can be seen even with his mouth closed is the main reason that makes this monster looks so scary[1].

The Goblin Shark has a length of over 12.6 feet (3.8 meters), with small eyes, a flabby body, and soft skin. This characteristic makes its defense be lower than most of the shark species found in the game. His small eyes don't let him see very well but the Goblin Shark has a sensor in his long snout that enables him to know where other living creatures are located.

When the cute Hello Kitty saw the Goblin Shark, it almost scared her to death again. Every time she sees the boss, her cat ears started to twitch and her tail went straight right away, creating a funny picture. No matter how many times she battles this boss, her reaction is the same. Even being afraid of this boss, she never thought about back out of this fight because she is a part of the team, and they need to help each other.

Harpy, being a woman with nerves of steel, looked at the boss as if it was a simple fish that she can kill with a single slash. She is the embodiment of a math teacher described in movies. Just calculating how long it would take to kill it this time.

Harpy's husband, unlike her, is behaving in the most shameful way. It looks as if he was screaming, trying to seek protection behind his wife. My Girl never gets tired of doing this kind of thing.

Ashardalon only shook his head seeing such a scene, gave a sign, and started tanking the boss using his large shield.

This mini-dungeon only has two bosses, the Giant Red Crab and the Goblin Shark. After they defeat the boss, they only need to open the chest half-buried on the seafloor to finish everything they can do in the dungeon.

Ashardalon is having a difficult time maneuvering underwater because he can't jump or dodge easily as he does in the dry land, he can just swim.

The Goblin Shark, different from the Giant Red Crab from before, move and attack fast, making it difficult for Ashardalon to defense. He started to take a good amount of damage, making My Girl get serious for the first time, and show Ye Yan that even being the party's clown, he is a very efficient healer.

Aquatic battles are very difficult for players not used to it and even those that have been playing underwater for the most part of the game, still have a difficult time in battles. That's why many players had chosen to farm experience in other places that they don't will need to be underwater. Those that chose to do the mini-dungeon normally chose the easy mode. They do this, not because of the dungeon being difficult in its entirety, but because the last boss is too hard for them.

Seeing the situation, Ye Yan signaled Ashardalon for them to change roles. Ye Yan used provoke make the boss direct his agro to him for a few seconds and started to attack using his fan on the right hand and punching it with his left.

The Goblin Shark is very vulnerable to slashing attacks, and every attack leaves a scar on the boss's body.

The boss like most of the monsters of the game has a powerful regenerative power. They can mend their wounds very fast, but this ability only enables them to close the wounds and doesn't grant him health points regeneration power.

Only weapons with a bleeding effect prevent the wounds to close, making the enemies receive damage over time (DOT effect).

Ye Yan is better than Ashardalon in a one versus one fight and as he learned to use his weapon to help himself in dodging, he is better for the tank role in this boss fight.

The Goblin Shark can attack using [Bite], in which the boss bites its enemies, piercing their skin with its nail-like teeth, inflicting bleed on them. And if the amount of damage the players receive from bleeding excide 300 HP, the boss enters its berserk state early, making the fight harder than it already is.

Ashardalon party learned about it after experiencing the boss love bites a few times. This is one of the reasons why Hello Kitty is scared of it. In one of the previous battles of her team against the Goblin Shark, the boss entered berserk early and killed Ashardalon. After it, every player experienced the boss's teeth nailing their skin.

Hello Kitty had thought she would be eaten alive by the boss, but luckily, she died first. But not before seeing the boss eating the body of one of her teammates.

It's because of gory scenes like this that only players after 18 years old can adventure away from the cities, and some players prefer to choose safer classes to play.

Some players think in a different way than the rest. For them, the fact they aren't in real danger makes the game less attractive to them. They like to feel the adrenaline rushing through their bodies as they pass for situations that can even cause their own death.

Besides the [Bite] skill, the Goblin Shark can use [Tail Whip], and [Lunge]. His attacks are very fast and can hit hard, dealing a good amount of damage. But the boss has two glaring weaknesses, the difficulty to maneuver and his low defense.

Ye Yan started attacking the boss, exploring its weakness to dodge and attack without receiving damage. He moves his fan to help himself when dodging the boss attacks and kicked the boss on its side in the middle of the dodge.

The Goblin Shark was swimming from one side to the other, trying to hit Ye yan but without success. It looks like Ye Yan was playing with him.

Ashardalon and the others were observing Ye Yan fighting the boss as if they were watching a show at the Aquarium. My Girl and Hello Kitty started to clap their hands seeing the show, and even Ashardalon and harpy, with her serious face, joined them applauding.

The scene made them feel so mesmerized that they forgot to attack the boss until Ye Yan had to shake his hand, pointing to the boss for them to remember they are still in the boss battle.

Unlike the previous boss battle, Ye Yan could finally shine, showing to the others why he is one of the players that got the first clear in a Hell mode Dungeon.

After Ashardalon and the others started to attack, the boss's health points started to decrease fast because of its low defense. The hard part of this boss fight is in the high speed of the boss and in the difficulty of the players in dodging its attacks.

When Ye Yan started to tank the boss without taking damage, the boss fight became child's play for them.

After receiving many slashes from Ye Yan's fan, hit by Ashardalon's shield, pierced by Harpy's arrows, hit by the Ice Bolts of Hello Kitty, and even the Needle Attacks from My Girl that had no one to heal and could helping to attack, the boss was left with only a little fraction of his health points.

The boss was battered so much that when he entered the berserk state, he looked like he was a child crying and hitting uncontrollably to vent his frustrations.

After, a few more spells and skills, the battle comes to an end with the Goblin Shark's body floating in the water.

They collected the materials left by the boss and Ashardalon led them to the wooden chest they could see from a distance.

It is a deep-sea creature that can be found in some areas of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans, but it is most commonly found off the coasts of Japan. The average length of the Goblin Shark is approximately 5 feet (1.6 m), however, the largest recorded length is 12.6 feet (3.8m).
