- Why do you keep resisting? Show it to us! - The ANBU torturer screamed hopeless.

Two weeks had passed ever since they had taken me there. I had my face on the ground, drooling over it. I couldn't move. My body had already reached its limit a few days ago, there wasn't much I could do with it. All I had was my mind, but even there.

- How could you give up? You're the prodigy captain of the Land of Iron. - She smiled at me, as I did the same to her. - Here. - She gave me a sword and a scabbard, as I tied it around my waist.

- How did you even get here?

- I got some help. - I saw from afar as a few ninja fell from some stairs. Above them came an enormous man, who bodyslammed them into the ground, knocking them out immediately. The enormously fat man was none other than...

- Gordo? - I couldn't believe my eyes. - How and why did you bring that atrocity with you?

- When I went to visit you in prison, and realized you weren't there, Gordo told me he was your friend. Once I told him you were missing, he broke through the cell bars, and picked me up to find you. The guards obviously chased us, but when they realized we were coming to the ANBU headquarters, they stopped their chase.

Gordo was so happy to see him, he went for a hug, casually destroying the bars to the prison cell. Why didn't he escape prison before?

- Is... is that you, Gordo? - Jackal was barely conscious. The ANBU hadn't gone easy on him either.

- It's me. I'm so glad to see you've made it too. - Gordo only hugged him harder.

- Don't exagerate too much. You might hug all his air away. - I mocked. I was still in pain, but a good mindset was the best cure for now.

- Danzo! - The bandaged man had a tree from his arm protrude the ground and hit Gordo from the back. He seemed powerful.

- We're not done with you, Renji. Return to your cell.

- I won't give in so easily, you bastard. - Inoue got in front of me, aiming her sword at him.

- I'll protect you, captain. Run while you can.

- I can't leave you. I'll help you against him. - She gave me a small smirk. Danzo seemed happy as well.

- NOOO! - I screamed. I started to hyperventilate as I grabbed her, but her body had lost its compusure. Her head couldn't even hold still. She died immediately, all because she was trying to save me.

A kick hit the side of my face, as a hand grabbed me. Danzo grunted:

- This is what happens when you try to escape. - He brought me to the cell, as I tried to cope with everything, but my air seemed to have left my lungs. My throat hurt so much, I could barely breathe.

He threw me into the torture chamber, as he grabbed the lightning scrolls. I shut my eyes in fear, and that's when it appeared once more.

"So, have you made your decision?", The fox looked at me, with a malicious smile. I wanted to answer "I must go on.", but my throat hurt too much for that. That's why to my surprise, I did the one thing I never thought I would.

- I give in.

The fox broke through the bars I had held it in, commenting in wild satisfaction.

"Then its Kurama's turn."

It was its turn to take control.

Danzo summoned lightning jutsu.

- If my men can't get it out of you, then I will. Where is the beast? - He struck me with his hands, as shocks coursed through my body like blood. My skin got burned, as certain veins seemed to crack, however my bruises weren't as dark. Danzo noticed it, removing his hands confused. I grabbed his hands.

- That wasn't nearly enough. Give me more! - Kurama brought his hands against my body, alongside the full force of the electricity.

I seemed to burn, while at the same time I healed, and once the chakra from the scrolls had been fully used, I pushed Danzo away. He clearly didn't know how to feel, as he showed both dread and relief.

- I finally got it to show. But how did you do that? You just absorbed the chakra, didn't you?

"I need more. More!", Kurama shouted, as its chakra emitted waves across the room, making it shake. "Give me yours!"

My body jumped towards Danzo, as chakra the shape of a claw emitted from my hand. He tried to block it, but was blown away across the corridor, injured. Kurama's red eyes looked at Danzo, who said:

- You should thank me, you know? If it wasn't for me, that kid wouldn't have reached its breaking point. I think I at least deserve to keep my li...

"Food doesn't talk. Food gets eaten!", My body was in chaos.

Kurama's decaying body had given its weaknesses to my own. My hair was now white, my teeth rotten, my eyes red, and my skin left the air with dust. If Kurama didn't get any chakra, it would die alongside myself. I suppose that's why it is able to consume others chakra, due to the limitless desperation for it. It doesn't negate its effect, willingly taking the damage, but once it hits me, any chakra attack would get immediately absorbed and used to heal the previous injury. I wonder if Danzo caught up with that.

- Wind Style: Vacc.u.m Sphere! - Definitely not.

Just like before, he shot a lot of air currents across the hallway. They hit me, leaving craters in my c.h.e.s.t that quickly went back to normal as the beast gained strenght. Kurama complained:

Kurama grabbed him by the face and threw him to the ground, as it munched on the ninja's c.h.e.s.t. I never thought I would have my mouth inside another man's ribs. Kurama ate through it, reaching the heart, the prime source of chakra.

"YES! This is it. This old man had a lot more than I thought. But I need more... I NEED MORE!!" , Kurama's scream broke the ground underneath, and left a hole on the wall beside us, which led outside. "Now let's find more food.", Kurama left as he leapt away from the ANBU's hideout and into the jungle.

Inside the hideout, Danzo's mutilated body vanished, as a word was heard:

- Izanagi. - Danzo appeared once more in full health, as he had rewritten his own fate. He looked to the jungle, saying with a smirk.

- He's heading east... Destroy the other villages, monster. Because if you come back, I won't go easy anymore.

(Around one week later, Present day)

- When is he coming? - Nagato asked, impacient. - Where's the samurai boy that you promised? - Orochimaru gave him a playful look.

- Have you not heard of the odd inccidents that happened across the path between the Leaf Village and the Land of Iron?

- The corpses fully devoid of chakra? What does that have to do with...

- Everything. The corpses he leaves are a sign of his coming. So be ready, Nagato. Because once you have him under control, you won't have him for very long. He's an abomination of pure chaos, and I promise he will be of use.
