Rise Of The Crimson Empire!

Hi everyone! It's been a little bit but here's the run down of everything so far. When I and Sylvie returned to the palace we were instantly shown many different doc.u.ments of how the city is proceeding.

So far everything is running smoothly with the guards keeping the city safe and schools functioning as they should. There have been no problems with regards to food and other necessities, yet anyways. All other ideas that we, or I from my last life, have slowly but surely being implemented to the best that it can.

With all this said we were even able to clear up 20 people to be able to move to the new harbour town that I'm going to build. They were willing to move because they used to live near the sea before they came here or well kidnapped before coming here. This means that the people living there will have experience with the sea allowing us for smoother tasks regarding fishing and trade via boats.

The harbour town that I'm going to make won't be anywhere near the size of the capital and it will be fairly small. Only having the capacity to hold 1000 people at most. I may expand it in the future once we gain more citizens and more trade between the two continents.

Another thing I'll have to consider is having a space for our own navy to function in the future and sea defences. There are magic beats that lurk in the water and may attack the harbour town. So to counter this we will need to have a defensive perimeter that circle the whole town and assign quite a few guards. I and my team I guess you could call them came up with the idea of using a ballista that will shoot harpoon type projectiles in the event of an attack. These will be very effective and will be designed to kill not wound.

After planning out the ideas of the defences I moved onto the idea of the road connecting the two. This will take a little bit of time to do as I will have to plan the route it will take and the safety of those who use it. Every so often on this road we will put in outpost type structures every so often to work as rest stops and guard stations. We will also have guards assigned to patrol the road.

Thankfully by now we had managed to train up a few gryphon riders during my time away. This was able to happen due to us being able to take a few people away from other jobs that was doing far better than expected. Because of the gryphon riders we were able to open our Air Force branch of the military and are now able to explore the lands better.

We will use these gryphon riders as a temporary patrol for this road and this will help ensure the safety of the people using the roads. Now you may be thinking aren't vampires extremely strong and can hold there own? Well yes you are right but once trade opens up other races will arrive to live and work in the country not to mention other merchants arriving to sell their goods. If we can't guarantee the safety of these people then they won't come here anymore. That we can't allow.

Now once more people arrive that aren't vampires we will have to set up a way that they can get citizenship for the country if they wish to stay here. This will be solved by having government type buildings that people can go to, to apply for citizenship ship. When they apply they can also apply to become a vampire via by myself or another vampire noble that will work there. There will always be at least one vampire noble that will be assigned to the government buildings.

For one to apply to become a vampire they must go through a process in order to make sure that this is what they truly wish for. There family will be checked and their history. This is to one make sure that they aren't a criminal, they aren't from a large influential family who may use the vampires for there own food, and to make sure that there isn't anyone they truly care deeply for that they may leave behind. In the event that there is they can also apply for the other person to become a citizen if one they agree to and there background is clear.

This at the moment is the best that we can do considering our low manpower. People may live in the country without citizenship but they won't be able to use the free healthcare, may find it harder to find a home and won't be protected by the country in the event that their former place where they lived demand they return. They also won't be able to join and work for any government backed or funded organisations. One such example being the military.

There is too much else to do except to wait for the next day to travel to the location of the harbour town. For now just me and Sylvie will be travelling to the new location. Once the town and road is built we will then allow the other people to live there. Will we also have the patrols start a bit earlier to allow them to get rid of any potential threats before any incident happens.

Waiting for the next day me and Sylvie had our dinner and relaxed. During the time I wasn't here the maids of the palace had been tending to the garden and had improved by leaps and bounds. The garden now was very beautiful with many different flowers and tree type plants filling the area.

I'm soo glad that I don't have hay fever in this new life or I would be f****d right now. Anyways this is where we had planned to relax at. Hand in hand I and Sylvie walked towards the white wooden gazebo that was placed in the middle of the water on the small island where a willow type of tree hands over the water. I was able to plant this with the help of my territory management screen and I think it looks quite nice.

I and Sylvie enjoyed our time here, to be honest be just talked a little about small things and just sat there enjoying each other's warmth. At some point I think I fell asleep and I woke up to my head resting on Sylvie's l.a.p. Noticing that I woke up she looked down at me, stroked my hair then said.

-Have a good sleep my love? Your sleeping face no matter how many times I see it, it's still very cute.

I don't know why but I still can't hide my smile whenever Sylvie talks like this to me. I think I must have had a big smile on my face because Sylvie just laughed and kissed my forehead. She then lowered her head to my ear and whispered into it. Her warm breath brushed against my ear sending a shiver down my spine.

-How about we have a little 'exercise'? We haven't done so it a while and we may not get a chance to later. I've been holding myself back awhile but I don't think I can hold on much longer. Especially so when you show me a face like you just did.

This is what Sylvie told me with a slight blush to her cheeks as she brought her lips to mine. Having this done to me made my body heat up and I don't think I could refuse even if I wanted to.

Getting a positive reaction Sylvie then carried me in a princess carry, which was quite embarrassing, to our room. Walking past a few maids they fall have a smile of understanding as Sylvie's pace sped up the closer she got. Once we arrived, like a hungry beats she pressed her lips to mine and entwined our tongues. Placing a hand on my b.r.e.a.s.t caused me to m.o.a.n and I felt my body becoming hotter and hotter.

Stripping me of my clothes Sylvie places me into the bed as she removed her own clothes. She then came up to me on the bed and we joined our bodies together.

I can tell you now, Sylvie must have been holding back for a while because the next day I was sore, very sore. I won't go too much into detail about what happed, I mean why would I? It's my and Sylvie's time and to be honest, what she did that night may never leave me. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it but it was a learning experience for sure.

Well anyways I guess I should stop here and continue next time. We will be heading over to the harbour location and then clearing out the forests in the area where the roads are going. So I guess I'll see you next time, bye for now!
