Rise Of The Crimson Empire!

Hi everyone it's me again. Right now I'm in the kitchen making a meal for myself, Sylvie, Chloe, and Lilly. I had decided on making a meal that isn't on the menus for the people of this world. It's also my favourite meal. What is it? Well of course it's pizza.

Now I won't bore you with the step by step method of making it. To be honest just search it up if you are interested, don't expect me to go through it. I'm lazy. Anyways I had done everything and stuck it into the oven. I then proceeded to make some refreshments for everyone which was just fresh juice made by squeezing fruits.

While we chatted about random things Sylvie, Chloe, and Lilly all started to stare at the oven with watering mouths. I guess the smell affected them and made them hungry. Not long after I served the pizza to the almost slavering three.

Once I had told them to eat all of them dig in despite it being hot. I would have thought that they would have spat it out while screaming HOT! But they didn't.

-Amazing! What is this!? I didn't know you could cook this well Iris!

Well that's a given as I haven't cooked for Chloe or Lilly, but why is Sylvie just as surprised as the other two? I mean I've cooked for her before and she always says it's delicious. It makes me happy every time she does but she's always surprised.

-Heh Sylvie you got lucky. She's going to make a great wife for you, making you dinner every time you come home after finishing your work. I'm kinda envious.

These words from Lilly caused he to blush slightly while Sylvie just had a huge grin on her face that almost looks like it's saying 'you jealous?'

After we finished the meal we decided to just relax for the rest of the day. Sylvie had already set up most of the things we need to restore the property that we bought. That also includes finding potential places where we could gain new citizens.

It turns out that despite the demon empire being the largest and most powerful nation on the mainland they have many problems with homelessness and slavery. There are thousands of homeless people in the capital alone and the slavery business is a huge problem everywhere on the mainland.

This will give us many opportunities to search for people and save them which will help gain their trust/loyalty. Sylvie had already put plans into place for destroying the slave traders business in the demon capital. The slaves that they are selling come from all over the continent and are more likely to follow us than to return to a destroyed home with no family. Although sad it's a benefit to us so I can't really find a place to complain.

We will but these plans into action in a few weeks time when we gain enough information on the hidden bases they have their members. We, well Sylvie had already rescued about 10 bought slaves who were being taken out of the capital. Right now they are at the property that we bought being protected by the barrier that she set up.

Of course they have been fed, clothed, and when Sylvie left they were all asleep. She said she's going to return soon to keep an eye on them and help them if needed. From what she told me they all seem to be under the age of 14 with the youngest being 7. I have also gathered that they are all nonhuman. There are 6 beast kin, 2 elves, a dwarf, and a demon.

These, of course if they wish to follow us, will be great contributions to the nation and will help fill in many needed jobs. These things are from the likes of blacksmith to hunter and so on. From the regular reports that we have been getting everything is fine at the moment but having additional manpower as soon as possible wouldn't be too bad.

There's also another problem with us needing to build a harbour so that we can take trading and earning income. For this we need more manpower and we need a lot. The goal for at least 2 months time is to get 100 people, convert them into vampires, and send them off to the empire. We will transport them for now by having Sylvie transform into her dragon form and flying them there. That will take at least 2 days from there and back. We would have travelled here like that but we needed to show of our power by using the gryphons.

Well with all these plans in place it's definitely going to get busy. That also means less time with Sylvie but I'll live on. It's not like we aren't ever going to see each other again. So with that said we both relaxed in my room and had a, well, entertaining time. We did this until she had to leave and I slept for the rest of the day after seeing her off.

My days continued like this for a while with Sylvie dropping by every now and then. This was how the days continued until 2 months passed. During these two months I had gained many connections with various merchants sons and daughters while I had also helped Sylvie with her plans.

We had carried out her plans one month after she first told me about these plans and it was a huge success. We had managed to destroy over 30 hidden bases and we had saved over 100 people. Just over half of these people agreed to come with us while the rest asked to return home which we allowed. Then over the course of the next month we had picked up many more people, mainly young children who were living on the streets, and took them to the now fully repaired and furnished property we bought.

Currently we have just over 130 people waiting to be converted into a vampire and taken over to the empire. Of course all the children will be taken care of and will not work until they have their education there. But we still have many a.d.u.l.ts who will work along side learning the basics. This will finally allow the empire to begin to move forward.

I will also be returning when we have the 2 weeks break soon coming up to start construction on the harbour town and roads connecting the capital and harbour. Of course with this new harbour we need more guards and patrols between the two which is what the majority of the beast kin people we have rescued will be doing. We will have around 10 more guards to do the patrols and when the children get to 18 we will have another 12 to be able to do these jobs. We will be a little stretched on the manpower but even the non-combatants can defend themselves plenty well once they are converted to the vampire race.

These are the plans that we are about to currently fulfil so we will continue this for next time. Bye for now and I'll see you soon!
