Return Of A Star

A few days have passed by and it was time for Li Hua to start her face day at Chengdu. A private high school that only allowed the top society's children attended, seeing that it had top-notch security. Once enrollment ended the school didn't allow for transfer students unless they passed a hard entrance test. At first, the Li's were worried that Li Hua wouldn't meet the school's requirement but once they hired tutors they were greatly mistaken. Not only did Li Hua passed the school's entrance test with high marks, but it also showed that she had a very high IQ.

When the elders of the Li family heard this information they were so proud that started to brag to all their friends about their genius grandchild. The only one who wasn't happy was Li Ling, she was hoping to show everyone that she was better than some country bumpkin but was disappointed when Li Hua passed the school's test. What really had Li Ling boiling with rage is when she found out that Li Hua would be placed in Chengdu's S class, while she was stuck in the A-class.

It was Monday morning and An Yexi was going with the girls to help finish some paperwork for Li Hua. Seeing Li Hua look out the window, she couldn't help but smile, "Hua dear, are you nervous about attending a new school?" Looking at her mother, "I'm a little nervous but I'll be fine, especially since I'll have Lingling to help me." She said giving Li Ling a warm smile.

With clenched teeth, Li Ling returned the smile, "Yes, mother. I'll be sure to help Elder sister feel comfortable and enjoy the school as I do." She said. An Yexi smiled at her two daughters and was really happy that the girls were getting along better than she hoped. Deep down, she always felt worried when she learned that they found Li Hua. She didn't know how the two girls would react to one another but she's glad that they treat each other like sisters.

Finally arriving at the school, it didn't take An Yexi long to sign the few doc.u.ments and for Li Hua to go to her classroom. Teacher Chen was over the moon to have such a bright student amitted into her class. At first, when she learned that Li Hua was a girl from the country she was not looking forward to her bringing down her class but once she learned of IQ, Teacher Chen couldn't be happier.

Entering the class, Teacher Chen got everyone to quiet down before introducing that they have a new student. When Li Hua walked into the classroom, AI reported that she was receiving a lot of points from her new classmates. After a few classes, once break started and Li Hua got to know her classmates more she found that her points kept rolling in according to AI. To her classmates, after talking with Li Hua they found that she was nice to be around, not only was she smart but she was adorable to look at and had a sweet laugh.

Even the more powerful girls started to warm up to Li Hua, they usually didn't like white louts types but they could tell that their new classmates weren't pretending. While Li Hua did enjoy meeting some new people, she was very happy that she was in the same class as Qi DaiYu and Xi Xinye. Qi DaiYu was a great person to be around and she always made Li Hua smile, but Li Hua also wanted to make connections with Xi Xinye.

From the memories of her past life, Xi Xinye has always been know as a cool beauty and people usually avoided her. Since more and more people started to talk to her from a distance, Xi Xinye builds a wall so she wouldn't get hurt. Even in her past life, it was known that while Xi Xinye was famous as a doctor she was never close to her family and didn't have many friends.

Li Hua understood a little on how Xi Xinye felt, at one point in her past life she too closed her heart so she would stop getting hurt form others. It was only when she fell in love with her so-called husband that she let others get close again but she still only allowed a few into her life. Standing with Qi DaiYu to get lunch, Li Hua went over to Xi Xinye's desk. The best thing about understanding her feelings was that Li Hua knew that if she made the effort then she would have a loyal friend for life in Xi Xinye.

Xi Xinye who was getting her wallet for lunch was a little startled to see Li Hua and Qi DaiYu standing at her side. "Yes? How can I help you?" She asked in a cold tone. "I was wondering if you will have lunch with us?" Li Hua said with a smile. Xi Xinye stared at the two for a moment before standing, while she didn't feel any fakeness in Li Hua she didn't want to bring trouble by hanging out with a girl who gathers a lot of attention.

"Listen, you seem nice but I don't think we'll get along that great." Xi Xinye said about to walk away but was stopped by Li Hua. "We won't know unless we try, besides I want to thank you for your help at the party." "No need, I just wanted the truth to get revealed so we could end that little play." Xi Xinye started walking to the door.

"Even if that's true, I still want to be your friend. Also, if you still feel that we don't get along and you wish not to be friends then I promise to leave you alone in the future." She said with sparkly eyes and a bright smile. Xi Xinye looked at this petite girl and couldn't help but sigh, opening the door, "Fine. Just remember your words in case I find that we won't make good friends." She said. Nodding her head Li Hua followed her into the hall. Qi DaiYu patted the two on the back, "Great! Since we got that out of the way, let's grab some lunch." She said going in the direction of the cafeteria, leaving the other two smiling at each other and following Qi DaiYu.
