"I survived!"

"Hahaha, I f*cking survived!"

"F*ck you haters! F*ck you evil wishers! F*ck you all!"

Legolas on waking up and not seeing himself burning in hell was ecstatic as he vented his emotions before firmly grabbing Predator in a tight hug.

This time, Predator saved his life.

After taking a few minutes to calm down, Legolas finally gave attention to some of the virtual interface notifications that he previously ignored due to the fact that he was in a near-death state.

Most predominantly of them all was on his summoned beast's status.

Once again, despite the risks involved and though this time he came close to death, Legolas was able to come out of it all with lots of benefits.

After getting his first summoned beast, he finally unlocked the Shepherd of the Beast Plane ability which was an ability that he also needed.

With Predator's infinite potential, he had no doubts that Predator would get to the Grade D realm before him. All the Nightmare Beast needed was the perfect hunting ground, and the beast plane was perfect for it.

With this ability, Legolas could now send both beasts to the beast plane at will to train. And with the Organic Connection class knowledge, if Predator broke through, he would benefit and the Wind Wolf would benefit also.

From what he saw in the Wind Wolf's status, this wolf was definitely no genius like Lucky or Predator, what its status instead spoke of it was that it was a survivor, a beast that thrived in dangerous conditions.

Despite living for 13 years already, the Wind Wolf was still a Grade E beast and in basic stats, Predator was already stronger than it.

Legolas did not contract it mainly for its strength though. On seeing the catalogue of the Wind Wolf's passive and active abilities, this validated why he went for the Wind Wolf.

Unlike Predator who still had basic abilities in its status, this Wolf already hunted for so long that it had abilities that were exclusive to its style already.

Each one of its abilities complemented it in a way that enabled it to survive for so long, and added with its leadership abilities, it was the perfect sheep that Shepherd Legolas needed to lead his flock.

And after becoming his summoned beast, the Wolf's low talent no longer mattered. The Organic Connection tying them together would remedy this.

The wolf would simply now leech from Predator's brilliance and talent.

Legolas looked down at the white hairy Wind Wolf who also looked back at him calmly, then he asked. "Do you have a name?"

Unlike Predator, the Wind Wolf was much more intelligent and could communicate more clearly telepathically. "No, master, but they called me the wind scout in my pack".

"Ok". Legolas touched his chin in deep thought. "Then I'll give you a name".

"Since you will be the leader of my pack, I will name you Akela".

-----

[Contracted Summoned Beast name has been registered: Akela]

----

Unlike the other 2 mofos, Akela was much more courteous after being given a name as it bowed its head respectfully before its master.

Legolas's impression of this Wind Wolf was already rising up a notch.

After dealing with all this, Legolas was satisfied and he could finally rest. From Prince Christensen's situation to the Wind Wolf now, though luck tried to screw him over, he succeeded and it was a feat worth being proud of.

Now, he felt that he was ready to reward himself with a goodnight rest.

Legolas did just that as he slumped into the sweet world of slumberland.

The next morning, Legolas woke up energized.

He loved this feeling since in this state, his brain was very active. Despite just waking up, he already had a clear idea of what he needed to do to make the day productive and the name that dominated his mind was the Star.

After settling down, Legolas took his time to compose the best appreciation speech that he could think of before sending it to the Star through the grey world.

After doing this, he finally checked his virtual interface for the mission that was his current priority.
