Rinley has yet to enjoy all the attention when she was picked up by her uncle with one hand on her bottom and another supporting his back.

It has been three hours since Rinley has been pretending to sleep while imagining about her plans. After her escape, she will go to the largest store in the capital to buy a weapon, some pills and other miscellaneous things.

Rinley was just about to grab the spoon when her uncle has beaten her to it. Leo very naturally fed her spoonful by spoonful. Cooling the soup and raising it to her mouth in a very practiced manner.

Rinley just automatically opened her mouth until the soup is finished. In her mind, she is still busy thinking on how to escape.

However, in the filter of his uncle's eyes, her dazed and tired look is very meng.

"You can continue your rest. It's already dark, we will head out tomorrow morning," Leo said with a hint of pity.

His voice brought Rinley back from her musings and she was momentarily startled.

Why stay? It's not even noon yet. They can still make it to the next city if they resume their journey now that she's awake.

Rinley looked at his uncle's expression and had a sudden enlightenment. It must be because she's a genius! Her uncle must pity those youngsters here with very lousy talents. Staying here for a day will be good to inspire the youths who wanted to cultivate. Really, that must be it.

Hi readers! I'm very sorry for not updating for so long. I thought last time I was already better but I woke up next day with higher temperature. Turns out I have a serious case of pneumonia, I was hospitalized for about two weeks. Yes, two weeks of IV drip and bitter medicine... two weeks without cellphone or internet.

Now, I'm better but I kinda need to revisit all my previous chapters and plot drafts again so there will be no mass release. But, I will start regularly publishing 3 chaps/day instead of the previous 2. Thanks for your understanding.

**Cough, this one also needs to read a two-week pile of my favorite novels tonight. ^__^
