Pokemon In Cultivation World

"Haah..."

Blake g.r.o.a.n.e.d as she woke up, groggily stretching her arms upwards as she looked around. Yesterday was a long and tiring day, with all that unstable Qi crap. She really needed this long night of sleep, she was feeling much better now.

"Hm?" Blake looked around and realized Honedge and Riolu weren't here. She then concentrated a little and was able to feel their presence coming from the other bedroom beside's her.

"Heh, did they go there to not wake me up?" Blake smiled. To be honest, she didn't think she would have woken up even if they were jumping and running around this bedroom for hours, she was really sleepy and only water bucket or a punch to the face would awakened her up. Still, she was a little touched with their consideration.

"Riolu, Honedge, come he-" Before Blake finished her sentence, her vision suddenly began to distort. She grabbed her head in pain and confusion, but before she could even think about what was happening she blacked out.

In a modern city with a unusual scenery, a red haired girl wearing weird clothes was passed out in front of a building. Her eyes quivered and she opened them up abruptly.

"Aghh!!"

She immediately stood up and shouted, taking deep breathes. It was like she woke up out of a nightmare. Some people passing by were startled with the shout, they looked at her, then went their way.

"What the hell.... Where am I...?" Blake looked around and was shocked by the sight. It was a normal modern city. Now that she thinks about it, that sensation is the same one she felt in that dream when she came to this world. Did she travel back to Earth....?

As soon Blake thought about this, her eyes widened and she started hyperventilating a little, frantically searching her pockets for something. As soon she realized her pokeballs were still there, she sighed in relief.

'At least I'm not alone, but, where the hell is this place?' Blake looked around. She felt far more calmer as Riolu and Honedge were there with her inside her pokeballs. She didn't bring them out yet as this war unfamiliar territory, she wanted to know if Pokemon would be considered something weird here or not.

Now that she is paying attention, while this place is indeed modern she has not seen a similar place like this in earth. The road was entirely made out of stone tiles, there was a fountain in the distance and there were light posts everywhere, whoever made this city was obsessed with them.

'This city... Why does it seems familiar? I have never seen a city like this on Earth, so where...?'

"Woah!" Blake was a little startled with the sudden system message in front of her. She doesn't fall on her b.u.t.t anymore like day one though.

"A new function? Why? I didn't even do anything, how the hell did I unlock this?" There was no answer given to Blake's question. She sighed and decided to go with the flow.

She checked with the system what this new was all about, and what she discovered surprised and even excited her.

"This is the Pokemon world?!" Blake said with a smile, incapable of making her own voice quiet.

Checking the message logs and with the system's explanation, Blake understood this new function let her join the world of Pokemon games for battling gyms, or doing raids against a single one, strong Pokemon. All raid options were [?????] except for some of them:

[Mega Rayquaza] Difficulty: IMPOSSIBLE(Locked)

[Rayquaza] Difficulty: HARDCORE(Locked)

[Groundon] Difficulty: HARDCORE(Locked)

[Primal Kyogre] Difficulty: IMPOSSIBLE(Locked)

[Kyogre] Difficulty: HARDCORE(Locked)

[Grovyle/Combusken/Marshtomp] Difficulty: EASY

[Treecko/Torchic/Mudkip] Difficulty: VERY EASY

These were the only raid options that were not question marks, she was really surprised seeing the big names like Rayquaza being here as well. Doesn't that mean if she went to Pokemon Diamond/Pearl she would fight the literal gods of the Pokemon world and Arceus himself? Blake didn't know if she was scared or excited at this.

'Anyway, this should be Omega Ruby, in Rustboro City. This does explain the familiar feel' The city wasn't 100% like the in game, it was bigger and had more people. She could see its inhabitants running around busily or kids playing with small Pokemon. This really was a beautiful place.

She was in the front of Roxanne's gym, the first gym in Pokemon Emerald/Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. The system brought her here to challenge Roxanne, if she won she will get a unknown reward. There was also a 2 hours time limit and she could not go anywhere far from the gym.

There was a invisible barrier that stopped Blake from exploring the city, much to her frustration. She would also be dragged back to the cultivation world after the 2 hours were over, or she could choose to leave early. The time flow is different between here and the cultivation world and time is basically stopped there.

"Well since this is the pokemon world no reason to not bring you guys out." Blake smiled and pointed two pokeballs at the ground. Honedge and Riolu were brought out in the form of red rays of light.

"Riolu...?" Riolu looked around in a confused manner in the sudden change of scenarios.

"Honedge.." Honedge also seemed to be confused but did not show it as much as Riolu.

"I know you two aren't used to being out in front of so many people but this is the Pokemon world, so we can travel outside." Blake explained to them.

Riolu nodded and Honedge just stared. Blake then entered the gym through the double door as they followed behind her. She was going to have her first ever actual Pokemon battle, she couldn't wait for it.
