The next day, news reports revealed the fiasco behind Yuan Xue's s.e.x scandal as well as another interesting story. Incriminating evidence had come out yesterday night that Yang Keung was involved in numerous s.e.x.u.a.l assault cases and enforced child labour in one of his factories, which led to the many deaths of children under the age of 10 years. The police were having a hard time dealing with the various women stepping forward and claims of ****. The Yang family's reputation dropped to an all time bottom low, which naturally affected Yang He. As Yang Keung is Yang He's father, her perfect elegant image was being tore down. Her family was a mess, not to mention, there were even allegations that she had a hand in Yuan Min's plan to set up Yuan Xue.

Another person who was facing a much larger criticism was Ming Lan. In fact, the news of Ming Lan's affair with Yuan Min had a much a bigger impact than Jing Fei's scandal as she had broader viewership. Because of Ming Lan's majestic image in the media as a queen, her affair was all the more catastrophic. Ming Lan's manager was running around, making calls to erase the video from the web but neitzens got a hold of the content before it could be wiped. The worst part of all was the ensuing fall out of Ming Lan and her childhood sweetheart, Bai Peng.

The Bai family was furious to learn of Ming Lan's disgusting actions and immediately broke off their engagement, pulling out all their funding from the Yang family projects. Ming Lan's agency was silent which further riled up the neitzens and anti fans. Ming Lan tried to retaliate by placing more attention on Jing Fei's issue to escape the backlash, but Yuan Xing wouldn't let her off. Over the course of a week, the issue behind Jing Fei's scandal was slowly revealed when an almost identical looking Jing Fei appeared on the door of Heavenly World Entertainment and confessed that Kang Lai and Ming Lan used her to frame Jing Fei.

There was no coming back from this. On the other hand, Jing Fei's popularity soared and her agency sued the two artists on accounts of slander and coverage of false content. Yuan Xue was freed of all accusations held against him and the woman who he was proclaimed to have a scandal with was found dead because of a car incident. With no where left to go, the press dropped the story as they had nothing to go on, and Yuan Xue had now more than ever secured his spot as future head. Everyone in the Yuan family was pleased with the turn of events, everyone except that is Yang He.

She had locked herself in her bedroom and refused to eat. The occasional crash or two as well as muffled screams could vaguely be heard from the room. Then came the long stretches of silence, making it seem like everything was normal. Yuan Xing knew that it wasn't over just yet. It was quiet obvious that someone was behind Yang He, however, she couldn't afford to delve too much into the Yuan family's private life. She couldn't reveal herself because one wrong step would draw their attention and Yuan Xing was not ready. Far from it. She had so much to do, which is why she had to stay down. For now.

Jing Fei had called up Yuan Xing and thanked her when she received another call mid conversation. She looked down at the ID to find an unexpected caller. Yuan Xing put Jing Fei on hold and answered his call. She had just opened her mouth to speak when he said, "Beautiful Yuan Xing, are you really so cruel to leave your man hanging here? I've been waiting for your call all week." She could hear the slight pout in his playful voice.

Yuan Xing rolled her eyes and smiled at his antics. "If your in the mood to be joking around, you're plenty fine." She liked Su Feng; he reminded her of someone she knew in the past. His attitude was also very compatible with hers. She usually couldn't handle stiff people like Song Chen.

Su Feng was sitting in a lounge chair with an unbuttoned shirt, exposing his fine muscles. His injured leg was carefully laid out on the lounge whilst he held the phone to his ear. He had a huge lovesick grin on his face that lit up his masculine features.

"My dear, when will I see you again? We have many things to discuss." 'Including how I'm going to woo you, my Muse.' He didnt say that aloud because he knew she would refuse to come see him then. Su Feng knew he was being really despicable and shameless by doing this but he didn't have it in him to care that much. 'As long as I could see her face again.'

Yuan Xing was thinking some things over and decided that she needed to go ahead with the next step of her plan. "Alright, text me your address. Is this Wednesday OK for you?"

Su Feng didn't even need to stop and think. "Yes, yes, I'm most definitely free. Uhh, I'll see you then I guess?"

"Mmm."

He blew out a nervous breath and calmed his anxious heart. Su Feng rubbed his sweaty palms. And so, the hunt commences.
