Wen Shui fell back on the sofa. He kicked with irritation and said, “Does that guy want to rebel? Why did he suddenly get into a car accident? I wonder if it was done on purpose.”
“That’s why you need to go and take a look.”
He always acted strangely but he knew what his priorities were.
“That b*tch is so irritating.” Wen Shui stood up and got his jacket. He strode out with huge steps. When he noticed that Han Changqing wasn’t following, he came back and kicked Han Changqing. “Are you leaving? I don’t have time to waste, you bunch of violent people.”
“Who on earth did I provoke? I was beaten by Xiao Mohan since I was young. Now, I still have to be your doctor for free. What am I supposed to do with the Wen family’s reputation?”
In the dead of the night, a luxurious car slowly drove off the mountain.
It drove straight to S City and stopped diagonally opposite the hospital. It was so dark you couldn’t see your own fingers. The atmosphere felt really eerie.
A scream of agony was heard in the hospital.
A black figure was seen carrying a lady out of the hospital. The figure ran towards the apartments and climbed to a high floor.
“Who are you? Let me go.” Gu Miaoting kept struggling. She wanted to push them away but they gripped her tightly.
She looked at them with fear. It was too dark so she couldn’t see their faces properly.
“You have no right to know,” the person replied coldly.
Gu Miaoting was forced to kneel on the ground. She twisted her head and warned them, “Gu Yan is my relative. If you don’t release me now, I believe you will die a terrible death.”
The person laughed loudly. “Who is Gu Yan?”
Gu Miaoting felt a sense of unease when she heard this. She felt as though a huge disaster was going to happen…
“I heard you’ve been really arrogant lately, especially when you tackled the young lady of the Gu family. Your methods were brilliant. Let’s play something new today, shall we?”
Before she could react, he raised his leg and kicked her down.
“Ah!” Gu Miaoting flew off the roof. It was eerily dark inside. The frightening sounds coming from the room gave her a huge shock.
It was negative 80 degrees Celsius inside. She trembled furiously from the cold. Her body kept falling. A fist appeared and punched her onto the ice blocks.
The ice blocks were pressed onto her body. Her body was frozen. Just when she thought she was about to die, someone kicked her.
“Bang.” Her body hit a door and she fell inside. There were huge flames of fire in the room. All the walls turned red because of the heat.
She kept falling. Every single floor was frightening. At the bottom, there was a springboard. It caused her to fly back into the air.
Her body formed an arc in the air. Then, she hit a wooden board and dropped.
She landed in a pool.
“Ah!” Gu Miaoting struggled. She kept retreating.
The pool was filled with black ants. They were African army ants. They could swim in the water so they attacked her quickly.
She wanted to vomit but she couldn’t. Someone came forward and pulled her up. He threw her at the edge of the pool.
As she lay there, she could faintly see what was happening in front of her. A tall young man was sitting there quietly and drinking tea. It was too dark so she wasn’t able to see his face clearly. He looked like a king hidden in the dark. He raised his head. The malicious intent in his gaze seemed to be tearing her into pieces.
“Why?” She couldn’t believe what happened. Why was he doing this to her?
The man stood up and replied, “I don’t like you.”
He threw this sentence at her and strode off with his long legs. Gu Miaoting wanted to climb up but her injuries were too severe. She couldn’t stand up.
