"Liu Mei..." A deep voice could be heard.

A beautiful hand with long fingers and cute pink nails slowly made its way to his ċhėst. A soft voice could be heard, whispering. "Emperor, I am here. I am here..."

Emperor's eyes were cloudy and his face looked red. The woman's hand was sliding slowly down his ċhėst when Liu Mei yelled. "Wake up, you idiot! That is not me!"

She opened her eyes and furiously stared at her reflection in the mirror that was right opposite the bed. That idiot got himself drunk, or maybe even drugged!?

"Old man! Get me back to the Palace. Now!!!" She yelled as she looked at the small statuette that was standing on the nearby table. Somehow she knew that this thing was a link to that person.

Hua Roulan rushed into her room and saw her raising the statuette to break it. Suddenly the statuette disappeared and the young man appeared. "You can't go back now. We are too far and my powers are not strong enough. So not yet."

Liu Mei might be angry, but even in anger she was not unreasonable. With a deep exhale she steadied her emotions. "Help him wake up, please. I fear he was drugged."

The young priest touched the mirror and pressed his lips as he saw a half-naked woman trying to strip a passed-out man on the bed. Then he shook his head. "This isn't a palace and that woman. Look, she looks like you, how is that possible?"

A strange memory passed her eyes and she waved her hand. "Quickly, wake him up. Knowing him, he will kill people that are not even related to this case. Hurry."

A small ball of light appeared in the monk's hand and started floating towards the mirror. And almost like they watched a movie they could see what was going on there.

The woman noticed the light and got angry and frightened at the same time. She quickly picked up her clothes and rushed outside the room. As the light touched his hand he got electrocuted and opened his eyes.

The light slowly went back to the mirror and he jumped right after it. He saw Liu Mei standing from another side of the mirror and staring at him with crossed arms.

Her voice could be heard. "Are you awake now? You are an idiot! You almost got rȧpėd by some strange woman. And where the hell are you? Why are you not in the Palace?"

He listened to her breathlessly and suddenly did something that made everyone speechless. With full force, he rose his hand and slapped himself silly as he thought he was still dreaming.

"Liu... Liu Mei?" He touched the mirror almost crazily. "Liu Mei... I miss you so much."

"Stupid pig. There are things we both must accomplish to be able to see each other. But seriously, where are you?" Liu Mei looked at the room.

He rubbed his dry eyes and yawned. "I'm in the safest place in this city, in your brother's home. What actually happened?"

Hua Roulan scrunched her eyebrows. "With all the respect, but may I ask where are your guards?"

"My guards?" He was still dizzy and didn't think too much about her direct question. "Guards!"

Nothing happened. He stood up and just then realized that his clothes were moved. "What the hell?" .

He glanced towards the furious looking woman and rose both of his hands. I swear I didn't touch any other woman!"

"You idiot, you didn't but some strange wan that looked like me was in your room just moments ago. Go get my brother. And yes the monk is wasting his energy while we talk. Do not kill people! And stop looking like a beggar, what's with that beard. You look like you just jumped out of the forest. I don't like it." She really disliked bearded people.

"I wanted to make myself ugly. Oh, the picture is going weaker!" He saw her picture blurring.

"The old monk is weak. Take care well about yourself and our country. We will see each other when he feels better. And look at what is going on over there, this situation is just too weird." Her voice became fainter and was gone.

Just when she disappeared his eyes lost the warmth and he staggered. He still felt dizzy but didn't want to let her know. With last strength he kicked the door and saw his hidden guards lying in surroundings, all knocked out as well.

Someone really had big guts. "Liu Shen!" His voice echoed with full aura, but nothing moved. Almost like the whole place was empty. Dead silence enveloped him and he turned around.

He could feel strange fluctuations and gathered his energy. A man appeared in front of him and threw something like powder towards him but saw absolutely no change.

"Impossible. Impossible!" The man flicked his fingers and disappeared while the eyes of the Emperor turned red while he waved his hand and snickered. "So, Sect of Undying Death is back? Good. I have a few things to do. Wait... That old monk knew probably but couldn't do anything about it? Is that reason why he sent her away? Good that she has that thing and can escape. Ugh, no wonder."

Now he understood monk's sudden decision to escape that day. Does that mean at that time...?
