Seeing the youths determined face Emperor chose to trust him. ''You are too young and you still need to learn about many things. I am grateful for your complete obedience. So I will give you a new position. You will be Minister of the palace and people affairs. If you feel that someone is not doing well, you need to report it to me but you need proofs about their actions.''

Yu Sheng was speechless for the first time. He gaped at Emperor while no sound came out his mouth while the other four people became astonished.

He Yuan coughed to get some attention but Emperor ignored him. He was about to tough again when he heard Yu Sheng talking. ''Are you trying to force Emperor to something he doesn't want. He is clearly ignoring you. What is it so important that you are forcing him to look at you?''

He Yuan blinked at him and lowered his head. Yes, he tried to make Emperor get attention but could it be called forcing? But thinking deeper it was kind of. If Emperor wanted to talk to them he would have. What he just did was voicing his Edict and ignoring them completely.

Emperor sat back on his throne and looked at his table calmly. ''Yu Sheng you will be given clear rules by tomorrow. Your family lives in the capital?''

Yu Sheng shook his head. ''No. They live in a small town in both of the country.''

Emperor rubbed his temples. ''I will send people to bring them here. I do not wish people to use them to harm you. They will be given the Flowing River mansion and can live inside. You will have full hands of work so I will give you free day once in ten days for a year. After that, your working time will be like everyone else's. You think you can handle it?''

Yu Sheng became serious. ''I will, but I will need help.''

Emperor nodded and pointe data the three men. ''Take them as the seventh grade officials and let them work for their money.''

He could see He Yuan pressing his lips and chuckled coldly. ''Unwilling? You all did well on the test. Bet tell me something. On end who is the head of the country... you or me?''

His words were filled completely with a treat.

They went on their knees and bowed but it could be clearly seeing that they were unwilling to comply. They didn't even want to answer that question.

Suddenly from all sides ministers slowly came in and sat on their chairs and even few of generals calmly entered. The four men were astonished by the sudden appearance and looked at each other while Yu Sheng just kneeled and waited for the real verdict.

''So... All of you had an idea and proposed these people. As my ministers and my generals, tell me if I let them inside and they argue with me every day, would I not die out frustration? Or is that your intention?'' He suddenly roared while everyone suddenly went to the floor under those people astonished eyes.

He Yuan looked up and suddenly felt dizzy as one of general rose and slapped his face. ''You dare to look at Emperor without permission? What kind of story is behind you that you think you can dare to even look at him? he was gracious enough to hear your stupid blabbering. I can't believe you thought and the normal minister would dare really disregard Edict and argue with him? Are yous stupid or you have some agenda against him?''

But stupid people come in all ranges and ages. He Yuan suddenly jumped and roared at him ..'' You lowly soldier. Do you know who I am?''

Emperor smiled nightly and looked at the few ministers shaking as He Yuan stood in pointed at generals face.

The general stood there in his beautiful armour and became suddenly calm as he stepped back from him. ''I am general Tao of Emperors Guards and highest army power. I bow only to Emperor and no one else. Who you might be to think I should bow or be polite to you?''

He Yuan's face became red in colour and no matter how much the other three men tried to calm him down he stepped forward making few ministers that were on his way slide to the side so they wouldn't be touched by his stupidity.

Emperor rose his eyes and met general Hua's that rolled his eyes and motioned at He Yuan. Emperor just shook his head slightly and smiled while general Hua almost laughed. Emperor is being naughty.

But he knew as well that his naughtiness lasted usually short and ended up very bloody so he just watched the show.

''I am last emperor's brother. Should I not be respected as older generation?'' He Yuan roared and pointed at Emperor.

General Tao reached for his sword but then stopped as he saw Emperor raising his hand to stop him. He went to his side and just stood frozen s slight shake was still seen on his body.

''Tsk, tsk... general tao shouldn't dirty my hall. I promised someone won't kill people again, so let's do it this way. When he leaves palace, cut his tongue, dig his eyes out and cut his ears. Then send him and his family far away, never to return again.'' He just waved his hand and few soldiers jumped at speechless He Yuan and dragged him away while holding his mouth.

Then he looked down on ministers and smiled brightly. ''It seems you all forgot your place, huh? Yes indeed, I will always listen to your advises, that si reason I put you on your position, but the moment you start to threaten me means you are disrespecting the country and Empire. Then you will end up even worse than He Yuan. I left him and his family alive because he was a family member. Actually, I planned to give him a good position so he can finally be closer to us. I do not have many family members, but I can't have people disrespecting me. What is it? Did you think I would give him my throne because he is older and maybe wiser? I am already Emperor and one that is unreasonable. But you still need to bow to me. If anyone has such or similar idea again, I'll just eradicate you and your family and just get new Ministers. What could they do then just bow deeply and shake? Some in fear and some in anger.

He was about to leave when he remembered the rest fo them. ''Lei Zhu will go to the ministry of water affairs and be fourth level Minister under Mo Chen. Ning Peng and Luo Hei seem to have similar mind with He Yuan but not the same reason. To learn more they will be sent back home and will have to work harder to prove that they are not working for someone else that Emperor and Empire. Yu Sheng will do as I said before. Tao, let him leave and take office near the Ministry of state and have full rights to read and ask anyone and anything. The punishments cells in that office an be used frequently and inner guards will be given to him as well the jade stamp for full entrance to anyone place. Let's see what he can dig out.''

He turned and left while to ministers, generals and two men just dawned what he said.

Ning Peng and Luo Hei will have a hard time from now on becoming higher ministers ever. Complaining and saying such stuff in front of Emperor's face was a stupid move. A very stupid move. But at least they are far away from palace and Emperor. Just now Luo Hei realized how scary Emperor's power can be. Maybe it's better to be official in his own town than be minister here. At least there he can calmly work for a few more years and then pull back completely out politics and power.

But for the rest of Ministers will start something they never expected. Direct investigation of all miniseries. And that youth would have even support of the army. Their days of calm life are about to end, right?

Only a few generals and couple Ministers calmly sat. They had nothing to fear as there was nothing they hid. But rest of them began to sweat even tho they were clearly kneeling on cold floor.

On the door, Emperor stopped and whispered at Taoqi's ear. ''Prepare again tonight everyone far away from the main room. I need to use chance and spend at least one more day with my dearest.''

Taoqi calmly nodded and waited until Emperor was gone to get flash of a smile on his face. It seems Emperor really likes miss Liu Mei... But what about her new position? They can't call her anymore miss...
