Mom and Ken are not here today, because mom's sister is sick so they went to visit them, Edward didn't go to work today and is home to take care of me because there is only a month left in delivery.He is in study room and working there after we have breakfast and I am in room,suddenly I started to feel a pain,it becomes unbearable so I tried to go to study but because of pain i didn't able to get there so I loudly call for help,Edward heard me because study is not far from room and quickly come to me,when he entered the room i was lying on the floor and my water broke, he lift me and take me to hospital.

In the hospital, doctor check on me and told Edward, it is very complicated as I have already told you Edward that her body is not ready for giving birth because she is not even 19 yet and upon that she is carrying twins, now is even have to give birth before due date so we have to prepare for worse, I suggest you to choose between babies and mother because saving both will be very difficult. When I heard that I said doctor please save my child Edward told doctor to save our child. Edward said doctor please save Hana and try your best to save babies too . Doctor said we will try our best, now I am going to prepare for surgery and left.I hold Edward's hand and said please Edward I beg you please save my child if anything happens to them i can't live, then Edward said if anything happen to you how can I live, babies are also important to me but if I have to choose I will choose you because I love you and I can't live without you.

She went in the operation theatre and surgery started, it already time to finish the surgery and doctor came out i asked doctor is she okay. Doctor smiled and said operation is successful and both children and mother is safe . Doctor said babies are going to be under observation for few more days and you can meet your wife. I went in but Hana is still unconscious, I sit beside her until she regain consciousness, the first thing she asked is how is babies. I replied both of our babies are safe, you don't have to worry and kiss her forehead. When I kissed her someone open the door, mom and Ken entered and asked is she okay ,she replied I am okay mom .Doctor entry and check on her doctor said everything is fine she just need to rest for few days. she asked doctor can I see my babies. Doctor said yes, nurse will take you to your children. we went to see our child when we saw them they are very little . when she saw the child the started crying so I asked her they are fine why are you crying. she said i m very happy that our babies are safe .Mom said baby boy just look like Edward and baby girl is just like Hana. ...

I am already discharged from hospital, we went home with our kids.Mom take me to room to feed babies. I asked Edward please let me contact my family once he said i have already forgotten the past you can do anything as you want . when he said that I feel very happy and didn't call anyone and said now I also have my family...

Time passed,

Now our babies are already 2 .we named them Enna and Elferd. we are very happy with each other, Edward love and adore me ,I still didn't replied to his confession but he daily propose me and said I love you. we are living peacefully and normal live . our kids started to go to attain kindergarten.

But the happiness didn't last long. ...
