The private small starship is lightweight, fast, stable, and comfortable. However, it is not suitable for long-distance interstellar travel and is better suited for short trips. During their vacation, Auston and Ryan didn’t want to use the military resources for free, so they piloted their starship away from the Gamma Military Base and arrived at the nearest large human settlement, the Amethyst Star in the Red Coral Starfield. There, they paid for tickets to dock with a semi-military transport ship. Civilian ships are too slow, and when they see Auston on board, their relaxed journey becomes cautious. The semi-military is the best, offering speed, high security, and no need to worry about being kicked off or charged extra along the way. It provides great assurance.

The Red Coral Starfield and its surrounding Starfield fall within the jurisdiction of the Golden Crusade. Many retired soldiers on the semi-military transport ship recognize Auston and don’t want to attract attention. Ryan takes care of all the communication and negotiation with the crew throughout the journey. They finally arrange to dock at the side flank of the transport ship Bluebird, which is the best position. It minimizes turbulence and resonance during the interstellar jumps, and the view won’t be obstructed by the transport ship, allowing them to better appreciate the scenery along the way. Although they have seen countless wonders of the universe on the Xingtian battleship.

The transport ship’s journey isn’t too long, so it cannot take Auston and Ryan directly to the E69 Planting Star in the Storm Starfield. The Bluebird’s destination is the primary star in the Libra Starfield. After spending a day on the primary star, Auston and Ryan board another transport ship, the Hermes, which has a similar nature, to travel to the Great Wall Starfield. From there, they can transfer to another starship to reach the Storm Starfield. The total travel time should not exceed half a month. Although they will experience dozens of interstellar jumps during the journey, the turbulence and resonance during the jumps, which can cause headaches (commonly known as motion sickness), are difficult to endure. However, when pursuing speed, some sacrifices have to be made, such as comfort.

Commercial routes involve too many transfers and stopovers at various stations, making it difficult to reach their destination in less than a month and wasting a lot of time. Although Ryan doesn’t mind the increased time alone with Auston during the journey, Auston is more eager to return home.

Home, it has been a long, long time since Auston has experienced the feeling of going home.

The final destination of the Hermes is a secondary planet in the Great Wall Starfield. After discussing it, Auston and Ryan decided to visit the primary star Qinglong, located 30,000 light-years away. Therefore, when the Hermes was preparing to enter the atmosphere of the secondary planet, their small starship detached from the transport vessel and set off towards their destination, Qinglong.

As they approached Qinglong, the primary star of the Great Wall Starfield, Ryan once again sent a message to their parents: [Auston and I are planning to explore Qinglong in the Great Wall Starfield. It will probably take another week before we can reach home.]

Attached are two photos of them on the starship.

In the photo, Ryan’s large face appears on the right side, and a few meters behind him, Auston is holding Da fu in his arms while standing next to the pilot’s seat. The starship is not on autopilot, and Yuan Chu is seated at the pilot’s seat. The person viewing the photo can only see a small, short mechanical arm resting on the armrest near the pilot’s seat.

Dad quickly responded with a message: [No need to rush home, you guys have fun, it’s your honeymoon, Understand? Son, be romantic.]

Ryan, [Auston really wants to meet you all. We won’t stay outside for too long.]

Dad, [Well then, we warmly welcome him!! It’s fantastic to have a new member in our family, and we’ve prepared a party awaiting your return. Son, you’re truly lucky. The general wishes you both well and have fun with Auston. You must have been so bored on the warship.]

Ryan: “…..” Dad, the General is waiting for your blessings!

He recalled the first time he told his parents about his partner’s name. Their reaction was unbelievable. Someone actually had the same name as General Dalton, and that person became Ryan’s partner. Seeing their disbelief, Ryan later sought Auston’s consent and took a photo to show his parents. They were amazed and told Ryan that there was someone in the world who looked so much like General Dalton, with a striking resemblance and the same name, and said, Ryan was incredibly lucky.

Even if Ryan were to say that Auston and General Dalton were the same person, his parents would choose to selectively ignore it. It was only when they brought the person in front of them that they would believe.

Ryan, [Fortunately, life on the ship is not so monotonous and boring.] After all, he was with Auston.

Dad, [I told your mother that you’ll be home in a week, and she’s so happy that she wants to make your wedding cake right away.]

Ryan, [Haha, if it’s made, you should eat it first. I want to have it fresh.]

Dad, [I’ll pass on your message to your mother. Goodbye, son. Have a great time.]

Ryan, [Okay, bye, Dad.]

After sending the message, Ryan put away his personal terminal and asked Auston in the cockpit, “The strawberry mousse is ready. Do you want a piece?”

“Sure,” Auston’s response came, accompanied by the adorable cooing of Da fu. Auston softly added, “And Da fu wants some too.”

Ryan said, “… I see.” Da fu completely occupied Auston’s arms. Ryan didn’t expect Auston to be a devoted cat lover. If only he had known earlier… Well, there’s no point in dwelling on what could have been. Da fu had already been brought along.

Da fu’s fur was short and soft, with the fading of the kitten fluff revealing a softer but coarser coat. The fur on both wings was patchy, with some areas losing fluff and exposing flight feathers. Once the fluff was shed completely, Da fu would be able to fly. Currently, the appearance was a bit unsightly, but Da fu would undoubtedly become majestic as it grew. Calcium supplements should be given generously! The shedding period was indeed troublesome, with Da fu’s fluff scattered all over the starship.

Ryan walked into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator, taking out a gradient strawberry mousse cake. The bottom layer was a plain white mousse, followed by shades of light pink, pale red, deep pink, dark red, and crimson. On the surface of the six-inch cake, six beautifully halved strawberries were arranged, and Ryan sprinkled some silver sugar beads on top. After removing it from the springform pan, he used a knife to divide the gorgeous mousse cake into six equal portions. The cross-section of the cake revealed two layers of brown chiffon cake, which helped to reduce the overly sweet taste.

Ryan also prepared some lemon iced tea, making it a perfect afternoon tea.

Out of the corner of his eye, Ryan noticed a tuft of white fur on the countertop. Without expression, he picked up the vacuum cleaner and sucked it away. Having a “cat” that sheds fur like crazy meant being prepared to clean up at any time.

Holding the cake tray, Ryan crossed the small living room and arrived at the cockpit. He placed the tray on a small table and walked over to the pilot’s seat, extending his hand towards Auston. “Here’s the cake. Give me Da fu.”

“Ah-ooh!” Da fu let out a short cry and reluctantly jumped out of Auston’s arms. It wagged its tail and walked over to the edge of the table, flapping its little wings in an attempt to fly up. However, its wings were still weak, and its skeletal structure hadn’t fully developed, so it couldn’t fly up to the table by itself.

Unconcerned, Ryan retracted his hand. He might have been too strict when setting boundaries with Da fu, which made the little creature afraid of him.

Auston, who is usually serious and meticulous in his actions, showed a significant fondness for Da fu, despite being unaware of his own tenderness. He took a few steps, bent down, and picked up Da fu. Sitting down on a nearby chair, Auston took a small spoon and scooped a bite-sized piece of cake, offering it to Da fu. As he watched Da fu eat the cake, Auston couldn’t help but narrow his eyes, looking infatuated.

He was deeply absorbed in pampering the “cat.”

Ryan: “…” Once again, the thought of getting rid of Da fu crossed his mind. He decided that after returning home, he would give it to his parents. It was such a cheerful resolution.

Walking over to the pilot’s seat, Ryan asked, “Yuan Chu, how much longer until we reach Qinglong Star?”

“Approximately one more hour, and you can enjoy dinner over there,” Yuan Chu replied without looking up. “Sir, would you like to increase the speed? With a speed boost, we can arrive fifteen minutes earlier, but it may cause some minor discomfort.” Since it’s a small spacecraft, stability decreases and the sensation of turbulence intensifies. The symptoms of motion sickness may also be exacerbated. Although it’s not a problem for trained soldiers like them, why would they want to make themselves uncomfortable? They are not in a hurry.

“No, maintain the current speed,” Ryan reiterated. “And don’t teach Code Zero some messy things.” Having one “eccentric” artificial intelligence at home was enough.

A small mecha with black body and red short lines hanging on its neck has a palm-sized disk. The disk has the appearance of a face with the Code “Zero,” and its eyes flicker with red light, resembling blinking. This disk is used to store the Code Zero AI. They also brought along Code Zero, who is in the stage of intelligent enhancement.

With his monotonous and flat voice, Yuan Chu said, “Once connected to the network, it’s code zero freedom to learn what he want to learn”

“I have already set the network to parental control mode,” Ryan didn’t discuss it with the two AIs but directly informed them that he has exercised the “parental” right and restricted internet freedom.

Yuan Chu: “…”

Code Zero: “…”

Unable to hold back his laughter, Auston agreed and said, “Well done.”

With the support received, Ryan curved his lips and said, “Hmm.” When it comes to educating children, parents always need to stand together on the same front.

Auston lowered his head after taking another spoonful of mousse cake. From Ryan’s perspective, he could only see Auston’s long and thick eyelashes tremble lightly. Even Auston’s voice carried a barely discernible tremor. “Ryan, the toxins in my body have been cleared.” Thanks to the strawberries cultivated by Ryan, Blair discreetly brought soil from their home planet to mix and grow more strawberries aboard the Xingtian ship. With the strawberries, they were able to extract detoxifying enzymes and synthesize antidotes. Just yesterday, Auston had taken the last dose of the detoxifying agent and confirmed its effectiveness through the test paper provided by his friend Blair. The Zerg Queen’s toxin in his body had been completely eliminated.

This meant that now that his body had recovered, he could conceive a child.

If they were fortunate enough, during their vacation, they could have a child who would share their bloodline.

Ryan was initially bewildered for a moment, but then he understood Auston’s meaning, and a surge of joy welled up deep inside him. “Auston!” he excitedly walked to Auston’s side, stretched out his hand and held him down in a state of bewilderment. Auston raised his head, and the two looked at each other, their faces blushing at the same time.

Meanwhile, Yuan Chu, sitting in the driver’s seat, shook his head. His master was the same as always. How could he be shy at a time like this? Why didn’t he just lean in and give a passionate kiss? After all, his master’s cousin wrote novels. Why hadn’t his master learned any seduction skills?

Code Zero: 【Why did they stop talking?】

They had established a channel and could communicate internally.

Yuan Chu: 【Human emotions are complicated. They’re not talking because they’re shy.】

Code Zero quickly searched for the meaning of “shy” – feeling uneasy due to timidity, shyness, or fear of ridicule. Code Zero responded, [My master is not timid. He has a strong determination and is never afraid of others’ ridicule. He doesn’t shy away even in the face of the Zerg. How could he be shy?】

Yuan Chu narrowed his eyes and said meaningfully, 【You’re still young. You’ll understand when you grow up.】

Code Zero: “= =” 【Little Strawberry, I’m much older than you.】

Yuan Chu: 【Being physically older doesn’t mean being mentally mature. You still have a long way to go in terms of growth.]

Code Zero,【Then give me another upgrade to enhance my performance.】

Yuan Chu,【No, it’s not possible. If we perform too many upgrades, it can strain your system programs. We need to proceed gradually. Don’t worry, enhancing your intelligence requires a process.】

Code Zero,【Oh, okay. Ryan is so annoying. There are so many websites I can’t access. I was searching for how to upgrade without damaging performance. Why can’t I access many websites?】

Yuan Chu,【Well, it’s for your own good.】

Code Zero, (⊙﹏⊙) ?

In the deep expanse of the universe, there were many small spacecraft traveling along the route to the Qinglong, primary star of the Great Wall Starfield. In two days, it would be the 900th anniversary of Emperor Anderson’s birth, and Qinglong would host various commemorative events for a week. It would be lively and entertaining, attracting people from all directions to visit the primary star. Emperor Anderson was born on a secondary planet in the Great Wall Starfield, and this place was his hometown. As the spiritual leader of the entire Great Wall Starfield, Emperor Anderson’s commemorative days were celebrated with great pomp and circumstance, with a five-day mini vacation to mark his birthday.

Immersed in their shy emotions, the masters couldn’t extricate themselves. As the most rational member of the household, Yuan Chu took on many responsibilities. He had already made contact with the ground tower on the primary star in advance, obtained docking permission, and booked a hotel and restaurant in the capital city of Yanjing. He also secured tickets for the masters to visit the Anderson Emperor Museum tomorrow.

Without prior communication with the ground tower, they would be denied entry into the atmosphere of the primary star, just like those small spacecraft waiting outside without permission. Traffic police wearing low-grade exoskeleton suits directed the traffic, holding up a green sign to grant passage. Yuan Chu activated the starship and followed the designated route into the atmosphere of Qinglong. The friction between the numerous starships created streaks of “meteors” in the sky. In the interstellar era, “meteor showers” were no longer a rarity. After fifteen minutes, the small starship smoothly docked.

The port was bustling with activity. Thousands of starships were neatly docked here, and this port was just one of many on Qinglong.

The starship’s doors hummed and opened. Ryan and Auston walked out side by side, with Yuan Chu carrying Da fu behind them. Da fu was squirming uncomfortably in Yuan Chu’s firm arms, making soft sounds of protest, “Mmmnnnn~” It wanted Auston to hold it. But Ryan didn’t allow Auston to hold it! How infuriating!

“I’ve booked a car, it’s at the door.” Yuan Chu said, considering every detail without any omission.

Auston replied, “Thank you for your hard work, Yuan Chu.”

“It’s my honor to serve you,” Yuan Chu said, bending down in a standard gentlemanly gesture while still holding Da fu with one hand.

Ryan added, “Auston, don’t be so polite. This is what Yuan Chu should do.”

Yuan Chu’s eyes flickered for a moment, “Oh.”

Ryan: = =!

Auston suppressed a smile, finding the interaction between Ryan, Yuan Chu, and Da fu amusing. He admired it but knew that he could never do the same due to his own personality. Feeling his hand being held, he instinctively turned his head to look at Ryan, seeing a gentle smile on his face. Auston’s lips curled up, and the smile reached his eyes. “I have been to Qinglong Star many times, both on my own and for work-related trips. Every time I come, I make it a point to visit the museum. Anderson once said, ‘Success comes from perseverance, and failure is not terrifying. What’s truly terrifying is not even trying.’ I really like this quote. Whenever I feel like giving up, I think of it, and it’s as if I gain strength in my heart. We’re going to the museum tomorrow. Have you been there before?”

Ryan didn’t know what expression to put on, so he smiled and shook his head.

“I know every layout inside. I’ll be your guide and show you around,” Auston’s enthusiasm was genuine, like a child wanting to show their cherished treasure to someone they like.

Ryan attempted to dissuade Auston from the idea. “It’s the Emperor’s anniversary, and the museum will be crowded. We didn’t make a reservation in advance, so we probably won’t be able to get in.”

A tinge of regret appeared on Auston’s face as he lowered his head. “Then there’s nothing we can do.” Ryan almost wavered, thinking of finding a solution. Perhaps they could still get in.

But Yuan Chu’s flat voice interrupted, “I made a reservation.”

Ryan: “…..” No!

Auston immediately raised his eyebrows in joy and bent down to Yuan Chu, saying, “Thank you.”

Under the gaze of the master wanting to devour AI, Yuan Chu’s eyes flickered twice, and he said, “Considering everything for you is what I should do.”

Ryan squeezed out two words from between his teeth, “Thank you.”

The rented car was parked at the exit of the docking port. After connecting to a personal terminal, Ryan opened the car door, and the group entered. Once inside, they set the route, and the car could drive autonomously. The vehicle ascended and merged into the traffic flow, reaching Yanjing City in less than half an hour.

The entire Great Wall Starfield retained a strong Chinese civilization, as evident from its name. Throughout the planet, one could see buildings in the style of Chinese culture, with city landmarks that were understated, harmonious with nature’s rhythms. The majority of people here had Chinese heritage, with black hair, brown eyes, and yellow skin. Their youthful and gentle features, along with the warm Chinese language, gave Ryan a sense of familiarity as if he had returned to his birthplace.

As it was during the celebration of Emperor Anderson’s birthday, the sky was filled with flowing traffic, and the streets were crowded with people. By 7 o’clock in the evening, the various buildings adorned themselves with neon lights. Several skyscrapers in Yanjing City featured beautiful light shows. Butterflies fluttered their wings lightly, dancing amidst the falling blossoms in the peach forest. The majestic Chinese dragons overlooked the mortal realm, their whiskers swaying in the breeze. In a verdant bamboo grove, black-and-white fluffy balls munched on bamboo shoots, exhibiting an adorable and naive appearance. A melodious phoenix cry resounded, and a splendid golden phoenix spread its wings and flew by, leaving behind a dazzling afterimage and scattered specks of light from its feathers.

The hotel that Yuan Chu had booked was located in the city center, occupying the middle floors of a 288-story building. It had the best window seats with a panoramic view. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, they could see the towering holographic projection of Qin Feng Anderson, the Emperor. Their position was perfectly aligned with Anderson’s face! Ryan looked at the Emperor’s benevolent face, overlooking the world, and felt a sense of unease creeping up from deep within. It made him want to explode right where he stood. He pressed his left hand against his right, suppressing the urge to cover his forehead. He sent Yuan Chu, who appeared to be in a good mood with sparkling eyes, to get some food.

Auston focused on the holographic projection outside the window, unabashedly filled with admiration, reverence, and admiration. However, he didn’t overlook Ryan’s emotions. “Ryan, you don’t seem very happy.”

Ryan smiled helplessly. “No, it’s just that I feel like the Emperor has been mythologized, making it all seem unreal.” There was a slight tinge of embarrassment… no, not slight, but an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly large magnitude of embarrassment.

Auston hesitated and said, “Your thoughts are mainstream.”

Ryan’s gaze calmly shifted to the familiar face of the holographic projection outside the window, ”Hmm”. The holographic projection displayed a photo of Anderson during his tenure as the Emperor’s President. In his middle age, his mature and reserved face exuded a gentle and refined expression. However, the underlying worries and profound depths in his eyes were suffocating, representing the most challenging and darkest period of his life.

“In the Longcheng Starfield and the surrounding planets, it’s only here that you can see such a strong culture of admiration. Beyond this region, many people even hope to reassess and evaluate the Emperor’s contributions, reducing or eliminating related content from literature and textbooks, and minimizing the presence of glorification. They believe that the Emperor engaged in excessive military actions, causing harm to the people and draining the nation’s resources. They argue that it was only a century after his death that the Empire was able to recover through a long period of recuperation,” Auston’s smile faded slightly, and the aura of someone in a position of power was evident as he spoke firmly, “But have those who express extreme views on the Star Net considered that without the Emperor’s iron-fisted methods, humanity would have long become prey to the Zerg? Where would we be without the prosperity and peace we enjoy today?”

Ryan replied, “After all, it has been too long since the Dawn Battle. People have a tendency to forget. They can’t remember the past.”

“The Dawn Avenue has been re-established for over thirty years, yet the National Memorial has been continuously postponed. After our vacation ends, I will bring it up in Parliament. People should not forget the sacrifices of our predecessors and respect the heroes.”

Ryan nodded and said, “Yes, I support whatever you decide to do.”

The restaurant was in a self-service style, with rows of food in the central area consisting of hundreds of dishes. From Kung Pao Chicken and Hangzhou-style Pepper Beef to pickled delicacies and steamed sea bass, the variety of authentic Chinese cuisine was overwhelming and rarely seen in other starfield. People could freely choose the dishes they liked, with the only condition being not to waste food.

Yuan Chu, with his robotic body, walked straight towards the buffet area. Along the way, he noticed a small robot snuggling and acting cute beside its owner, which he felt ashamed of deep down, thinking, [Not striving for improvement and resorting to acting cute like a cat— that’s just being useless.]

Code Zero echoed, [We should take it as a lesson.]

Yuan Chu nodded, [Yes, you’re right. We should be independent, self-sufficient, and able to alleviate our master’s concerns. We are the AI of the new era.]

Code Zero chimed in, [You said it perfectly. I’ll make sure to remember that.]

After finishing their meal, they went to the hotel where Yuan Chu had made reservations to rest. The next day, they had to wake up early and queue up at the museum entrance. They wouldn’t be using any privileges or VIP channels; they would join the ordinary citizens in the queue, embracing the principle of equality among all beings.

The Qin Feng Anderson Emperor Museum was one of the landmark buildings in Yanjing City. It had a grand and majestic design, exuding a sense of stability and dignity. The main structure featured elegant vermilion walls and bright yellow glazed tiles, complemented by a floor and railing made of white marble. At the entrance stood a magnificent statue of the Emperor, dressed in military attire, gazing into the distance. The sculpture captured his aura perfectly, with profound eyes reflecting both concern for the future of humanity and resolute determination. The museum offered free admission, but the daily capacity was limited, requiring advance reservations. Thanks to Yuan Chu’s exceptional computational abilities, they managed to secure remaining tickets before they were fully booked.

After making the reservation, they still had to arrive early and join the queue to fully enjoy their visit to the museum. The doors opened at 8 o’clock, and they needed to arrive at least an hour in advance to secure a good position in the line. The weather in Yanjing City was pleasant, unlike the historical records of the Earth’s ancient times when the capital of Huaxia was plagued by smog. Ryan and Auston didn’t arrive exceptionally early, and there were already more than thirty people ahead of them in the queue. Soon, more people arrived and lined up behind them, causing the line to wind and making it difficult to see where it ended. Standing on the white steps, Ryan unfolded the museum guidebook, contemplating their route. They came across a diary exhibition. Ryan thought it would be better to skip that. There was also a display of everyday items, but he wasn’t sure if it would be interesting. However, the Hall of Honors seemed appealing.

“Ryan, the doors are open!” Auston’s voice was filled with excitement. He said, “Let’s go see the diary exhibition. Each time they showcase different pages, and if I come a few more times, I’ll be able to see everything.” He didn’t use any privileges to gain access to the entire collection of diaries. Visiting the Anderson Emperor Museum had been one of the few entertainment activities in Auston’s life, and seeing the diaries made him feel closer to the Emperor.

Ryan bit the bullet  and said, “Alright.”

“Are you going to see the diaries too?”

In front of the two of them were a chubby couple. It is said that couples who live together tend to resemble each other in appearance due to shared habits and hormonal influences. So the two individuals in front of them looked like brothers—equally white, equally chubby, and with similar almond-shaped eyes.

Auston wasn’t very good at interacting with ordinary people, so Ryan became the ‘diplomat.’ He smiled and nodded, “Yes, we’re planning to go.”

“Wow, then let’s go together. It’s more fun with more people.” There were people everywhere, but not many with whom they could converse.

Ryan asked, “Sure. Where are you from?”

“We’re from the Stormwind Starfield, here for a vacation,” the brown-haired man from the couple replied. “And what about you?”

“We’re from Red Coral,” Ryan responded, still maintaining a certain level of privacy about their origins.

“Oh, that place is beautiful. We’re planning to visit there next year during our vacation,” the brown-haired man, clearly an open and friendly person, said with a proud smile. “Our child is already six months old and growing well in the artificial gestation pod. The next time we travel, we’ll be a family of three.”

“Congratulations,” Auston, who rarely initiated conversations with strangers, suddenly spoke up. He asked, “How long did it take for you to conceive?”

“We had a high compatibility rate, so we were able to conceive within five years. We were fortunate.”

Ryan smiled and reassured Auston, “Having a child is a matter of fate, there’s no need to rush.”

“I’m not in a hurry,” Auston quickly explained. “I was just thinking that with our compatibility rate, it should be relatively easy…” He struggled to continue speaking, feeling shy about discussing such intimate matters in public.

His perspective had changed since he married Ryan. Initially, he only saw Ryan as a means to continue the family lineage, treating him as a tool. But now, Ryan was his beloved partner, and a child was not a tool to carry on the family’s will, but rather a symbol of their love and union.

Auston and Ryan were initially taken aback, wondering how to handle being recognized. However, they were surprised when the couple drew their own conclusion. The one with brown hair interjected, “You look just like someone, General Dalton!”

“Yes, yes, you really resemble him more and more. But the general seems quite aloof, despite his smile. He feels distant from ordinary people,” the other person remarked. “You may look like him, but your demeanor is different. Clearly, you are two different individuals.”

“Yeah, two different individuals.”

Auston and Ryan exchanged glances, unsure of how to respond. And Ryan began to understand why he had emphasized several times that even his own parents didn’t believe that Auston was General Dalton. As the couple mentioned, the Auston they saw in news reports was completely different from the person they encountered in everyday life. More accurately, the Auston they knew privately had undergone significant changes, and his demeanor was far from the aloof and distant general depicted in the news.

It was a relief not to be recognized.

As the gates opened, the queued visitors entered in an orderly manner. Due to the commemorative day, there was a larger influx of visitors than usual. To manage the crowd, each person was given a limited three-hour time slot for their visit. Personal terminals were checked upon entry, and when the allotted time was up, the terminals would remind the visitors to leave.

Although Ryan was reluctant, Auston was eager to see the diary exhibition. With some hesitation, they made their way there.

The diary section showcased all the diaries from the five stages of the Emperor’s life: his teenage years, reserve duty, military service, political career, and old age. Qin Feng had a habit of writing diaries, and after becoming a public figure, this exhibition was akin to a large-scale public scrutiny, as if every secret of his life had been laid bare for all to see.

Ryan glanced at the diary displayed in the showcase. The familiar handwriting on the open pages revealed the following entries:

“Lisa from the neighboring class actually wrote me a love letter! Hmph, anything that distracts me from studying is a nuisance, rejected!”“I love studying, and studying loves me. Knowledge, embrace me tightly.”“I don’t love studying = = textbooks, go away! (ノ`Д)ノ”

A young teenager at the age of thirteen or fourteen does not yet understand love, but constantly thinks about ‘With mountains to climb, one must diligently forge a path; With the boundless sea of learning, one must endure hardship as if sailing in a boat.’

“That foolish Qin Hao dragged me to play mahjong. It’s just different combinations of a few cards. What’s so fun about it? I won’t learn it; it can’t distract me from studying.”“Playing mahjong… well, it’s kind of fun…”“In two years, I’ll be a reserve soldier. Qin Feng, work hard… but I do miss playing mahjong. Three players short, itching for a round.”“Qin Feng, you’ve fallen astray. You didn’t touch a book all day, indulging in mahjong. Who are you accountable to? What should I do? Should I get up and invite someone for a game?”

The impatience of a young adult is evident in the writings of Qin Feng, who is approaching his twenties.

Most of Qin Feng’s diary entries as Emperor Qin Feng Anderson consist of just a line or two. He writes impulsively, capturing his thoughts in the moment. Ryan reads through them expressionless, but internally, emotions surge. The diary entries reveal Qin Feng’s life as a student during his teenage years.

Ryan maintains a calm exterior, but internally, turmoil brews: You shouldn’t have written these diaries. Even if you did, you should have been burned completely before your death. It’s embarrassing!
