My Hero Academia- Thunderstorm

I been taking classes at U.A. for the past few weeks and everything seems to be going well. I'm making new friends, learning new skills, and obtaining knowledge on various new topics. Even the fight between Midoriya and Bakugo happened as planned. However, the attack on USJ never happened and that worries me.

Mika Jiro Jr., my classmate, was telling me about how her sister got caught up in another event as we walked home from school.

Jiro: I don't understand what they want with her. Her quirk is sound amplification and it shouldn't be something they need to kidnap her over. The only reason she came home safe was because a pro hero happened to be around and managed to save her. This is the second time in a month that someone has targeted her and tried to kidnap her. My family is seriously considering moving or sending her away.

Denki: We'll the thugs that were trying to take her before talked about combining her quirk with something else. Do you think there trying to use her quirk to reach a certain pitch that could use to hurt everyone no matter how strong they are? (Like All Might)

Jiro: Even if that were the case it would be more efficient to build a machine for that purpose instead of trying to kidnap a little girl?

Denki: I don't know, but can we really be sure that moving or sending her away will solve the problem. I don't know the limitations of the guy's quirk that I saw, but he could teleport. This will grant him access to basically anywhere he wants if its powerful enough. Sending her away might just make it easier for her to get caught, but its all just speculation at this point. I wish I had the answers.

Jiro: Its fine. I didn't expect you to have answers I just wanted someone other than my parents to confide in.

Denki: You can always count on me.

Suddenly, Jiro's phone began to ring. Caller ID says mom on it. Jiro picks up the phone and tells her mother that she's on her way home. There's a bunch of back and forth between them, but I could tell what what going on. Kyoka was kidnapped successfully this time. Jiro looks distraught hearing the news and has tears forming in her eyes. I try to comfort her by telling her that everything is going to be okay even though I knew that they wasn't likely the case. I led her back home while wondering what I could to do to not only help Jiro but to save her sister as well.

In an underground facility, Kyoka is being held by the criminal enterprise that is known as the Perfect Machine. Kyoka is tied up to a chair with rope wrapped all around her body. The villains made sure to duct tape her mouth shut, so she couldn't use her quirk to escape. She could only squirm helplessly while waiting for a hero to come and save her. She looked around the room for another exit to no avail. She was in a gray room with no windows and a single door that seemed to be locked. She looked around to find much to her horror a scalpel and table full of medical equipment that would most likely be used to conduct experiments on her. She panics and tries desperately to move but the rope doesn't budge at all. She gives up momentarily to listen to the conversation her kidnappers where apparently having in the next room over.

???: Yes, she's exactly what were looking for. The timetable the boss set up will move forward immensely. Not to mention how much fun I'll have experimenting on her, but I know restraint. I need her alive for all the tests I'm going to run on her.

???: I understand that we need her, but why did we risk so much of our time and manpower for her. Sound amplification doesn't seem to serve any purpose in our plans whatsoever. If you do not mind me asking Doctor.

Doctor?: Honestly your lucky I'm giving you the time of day but just this once I'll humor you. Her quirk isn't sound amplification its just amplification. This means that using her quirk and blood as a basis I'll be able to synthesize a quirk enhancing agent with no side affects whatsoever. It'll be revolutionary and to think that it was under the general population the whole time. I guess its all thanks to that man's quirk that we were able to locate her in the first place. MHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

The evil scientist laughs manically into the night while Kyoka fears for her safety more and more.
