MEIWITA Chapter 810: Na’lan Ge Can’t be Rid of Now

Lou Mu Ran guided the thunder and lightning in the Thunder Pond to continuously attack the people from the two camps within the Domain.

The power of thunder and lightning continued to strengthen, and there were intermittent screams of agony in the Domain.

She discovered that ever since guiding the thunder and lightning from the Thunder Pond into the Lightning Domain she established, she actually had a clearer understanding of the lightning element, and the pain on her body gradually disappeared.

The purple-gold lightning was still bombarding her body, but soon the slivers of purple light on her wings grew even more intense, completely transformed and tempered.

“We are members of the same camp, you can’t kill us.” The short ugly man was burnt crisp by the lightning and screamed at Lou Mu Yan.

The man with the tentacles on his back was also dying, surrounded by fragments of broken magic tools.

“You can’t gain military merits by killing us. As long as you let us go, we will listen to yuo.” He concealed the scheming in his eyes, and said weakly, which could be considered as begging for mercy from Lou Mu Yan.

Lou Mu Yan could naturally see his purpose, chuckled, and looked at Na’lan Ge with a smile as beautiful as a flower, “As a collaborator, all their military merits will be given to you.”

Na’lan Ge accepted it as a matter of course, “Naturally.”

“You…” The man with the tentacles on his back didn’t expect Lou Mu Yan to ask Na’lan Ge to use them as military merits, but just as he was about to refute, he was directly struck to death by a thick lightning bolt.

The other people resisted until they were exhausted and still couldn’t break away from the shroud of the Lightning Domain; from the deity of death.

An hour later, all the people who wanted to beat and kill Ming Xiu and the others were all killed by lightning in the Lightning Domain.

The Tribulation Clouds over the Thunder Pond also continued to decrease and dissipate.

A huge mass of energy came from mid-air above the Thunder Pond, and Lou Mu Yan successfully advanced to Unification Realm.

Withdrawing the Lightning Domain, she looked coldly at the several groups of people not far away and said: “Do you lot also want to taste the feeling of being struck by lightning?”

Immediately, she smiled beautifully, and looked rather seductive in her gorgeous crimson dress, her red lips parting: “It tastes pretty good.”

Seeing this, the others were no longer in the mood to appreciate the beauty, and they didn’t even dare to covet the Heavenly Thunder Bamboo any longer either. There was only one though in their minds—this woman was too pervertedly strong.

So the waves of humans, birds, and beasts, that had appeared quickly, dispersed, scattering faster than rabbits, afraid that they’d be struck to death by lightning by Lou Mu Yan, that perverted demoness, if they were a step too late.

Lou Mu Yan admired their appearance of fleeing in such a sorry state. Originally, she wanted to leave them behind for military merits, but because there were many people from both camps who came this time, they couldn’t keep them all. They could only threaten them.

The Thunder Beast King saw with his own eyes how Lou Mu Yan used the power of the Thunder Pond to deploy the Lightning Domain to kill those people, and he felt extremely complicated, but he was also relieved.

He originally wanted to dampen her spirits, then rescue her when she was about to be struck to death by the lightning, but who knew that she not only survived the Lightning Tribulation alone, but also made a new breakthrough in her comprehension of the Lightning Domain.

This was good too. He couldn’t remain by his son’s side, so he could rest assured that he would be taken care of by this woman in the future.

He telepathically said to Lou Mu Yan, “The essence of the Thunder Pond deep in the Heavenly Thunder Bamboo’s small island will be gifted to you. Hope you take good care of this King’s son.”

Lou Mu Yan looked up at the Thunder Beast King and promised: “I will.”

There was a hint of helplessness and firmness in the Thunder Beast King’s eyes, and he said some things telepathically to Lei Huang and Mo Yan, then disappeared completely in the Thunder Pond without any trace.

Lei Huang looked at his father’s disappearing figure and felt reluctant and sad. He didn’t expect to be separated right after meeting.

Right now, there was a dark purple ball shining with lightning in his yao’fu. This was the natal lightning origin that the Thunder Beast King had forced into his body before.

Remembering what his father said to him and Mo Yan, he clenched his fists tightly and only then did he temporarily place his reluctance aside.

After the revenge, he would definitely rescue his father from the confinement of this Thunder Pond.

When the place grew quiet again, Lou Mu Yan retracted the wings behind her and the scarlet mark on her forehead. She moved towards the small island deep in the Thunder Pond.

There was a golden longsword in her hand, and she swung it lightly.

She collected the three Heavenly Thunder Bamboos together with the roots and soil.

Then she turned around and disappeared above the small island, diving into the ground.

After a while, her figure reappeared outside the Thunder Pond with a merry expression.
She took out a Heavenly Thunder Bamboo and tossed it to Na’lan Ge, saying: “This is yours.”

Na’lan Ge’s expression was still cold, but there was a slight smile in his eyes. He took the Heavenly Thunder Bamboo and caressed it before putting it away, “At least you keep your promises.”

Lou Mu Yan rolled her eyes at him, “I always keep my promises as if it’s worth a thousand gold.”

Na’lan Ge raised an eyebrow and ignored her—this crazy perverted woman even had thick skin.

Lou Mu Yan looked at Ming Xiu and the others, asking: “Are you all alright?”

“We’re fine.” Ming Xiu replied with a chuckle.

Su Jin smiled faintly: “Yan’er is now the first among us to advance to Unification Realm.”

Lou Mu Yan said with a smile: “Yeah! I used to always be a bottom existence, but today I can finally stand proudly in satisfaction in front of you all.”

After reaching Unification Realm, one must rely on comprehension to advance. She didn’t need to suppress the spiritual energy in her body anymore, so she believed that she wouldn’t be at the bottom anymore in the future.

“Let’s leave here first, people are coming again.” Ming Xiu said, looking not far away.

The aura of fighting here had already spread, and it would attract more people.

“Mm, let’s go.” They quickly left the Thunder Pond.

Not long after they left, waves of people from the two camps appeared near the Thunder Pond one after another. Seeing that the treasure had been taken away already, they all secretly hated.

Naturally, people from both sides wouldn’t let go of the military merits after meeting, so constant battles took place near the Thunder Pond.

The people who left before weren’t idle either. The news that Lou Mu Yan and the others had obtained the Heavenly Thunder Bamboo had already spread.

Returning to the seven-coloured bamboo forest where Lan Ruo Shui and the others were, Lou Mu Yan furrowed her brows and looked at Na’lan Ge behind her, asking: “Aren’t you leaving?”

“Leave? Where to?” Na’lan Ge asked.

Lou Mu Yan said angrily: “How’d I know where you’ll go?”

“I have nowhere to go, so I’ll follow you lot first.” Na’lan Ge replied.

Lou Mu Yan said rather speechlessly: “Why’re you following us? Don’t forget that you’re from the red camp.”

“So what? Didn’t we cooperate just now?” Na’lan Ge’s eyes revealed a dazzling brilliance: “I don’t know where I want to do either. Since we’ve signed a blood contract, why not continue to cooperate and journey through the Foreign Battlefield.”

He discovered that it was very pleasant cooperating with Lou Mu Yan and the others, so he didn’t want to act alone anymore.

“This works too?” Lou Mu Yan’s lips twitched.

Seeing this, Jun Luo Chen said with a smile: “Actually, there have been many precedents of cooperation between the red and black camps in the Foreign Battlefields before.”

“Cooperate to kill people to gain military merits or find resources?” Lou Mu Yan asked.

“More who kill to obtain military merits.” Jun Luo Chen replied.

Lou Mu Yan turned to look at Na’lan Ge and said: “I won’t cooperate with you to lure people from the same camp for you to kill and gain military merits. But I can consider other aspects.”

She wasn’t a cold-blooded animal. If people from their camp took the initiative to attack her, then she didn’t mind killing them with her own hands, but she wouldn’t take the initiative to kill people.

Na’lan Ge glanced at her and said: “I always scorn doing such things.”

What he meant was obvious—what do you, damned woman, think of me as? Even if it’s insidious and cunning, that’s you alright…

Random Note: I swear I posted saying my New Years Resolution for 2023 was to finish translating this novel by September 2023, did I actually post that on one of the chapters? Whatever! Since that goal’s been on my mind, I realise I need to publish at least 2 chapters a day starting asap to make it to that goal… Guess I’ll just try my best. I’ve been too unmotivated and lazy recently (plus busier than usual) so this is good motivation. I’ll give myself leeway and say as long as the translation of this novel doesn’t continue into October… I want this to be over soon so I can translate others XD. Now I just need to figure out whether I want to translate one of the 4+ books from the same author or translate this other cultivation one by another author (leaning towards the latter)… and at the same time maybe throw in a short historical romance novel that I’ll update less regularly while translating the longer series… Is it too ambitious HAHAHA

And I want to pick up a dropped series that I liked too, but that series has hella long chapters… And I need to double check with the original translation group if I can take over and the reason for them dropping it. Maybe I’ll leave this idea until later…

FYI, I won’t be taking recommendations, I have too many I like that I want to translate already, it will take years! Plus it’s only enjoyable if I like the series (the whole reason I started translating), and I can’t guarantee I’ll like the recommendations hehe.

I should also spend some time updating the MEIWITA information page and fixing some translation inconsistencies… lol. So much to do, so little time.
