A pupil of the Vast Mountain Sect said indignantly: “Why do you have so many killers of your Hidden City in here. We have no grudges with you, why do you keep chasing us.”

When they were attacked before, it wasn’t this group of Hidden City people at all. After three were killed, they activated the life-saving Teleportation Talismans given by the Sect, yet who knew that they’d be found and besieged by this group of people.

Most importantly, they were ambushed and poisoned by some toxic smoke as soon as they were teleported here. Right now, their entire body was poisoned, and they could only use a third of their elemental energy. It was impossible to be the other party’s opponent.

Luo Li’s sunny and handsome face was also stained with a haze, and his hand held the longsword tightly.

“Humph, our mission is to kill all the geniuses of your Six Sects this time, so just go die.” The leader snorted coldly and beckoned to the people beside him.

Just when everyone was in despair, suddenly, a violent golden sword aura slashed down from the side and the sword aura swung by the ten killers was blown away.

The sword aura vortex collapsed in an instant, and the ten people were stunned, looking in the direction from where the golden sword aura came from in shock.

“Who? Roll out1.” The Hidden City leader killer shouted.

Immediately, everyone saw a stunning and flamboyant woman in a red uniform from the Eight Extremes Sect walk out from a corner of the canyon.

“How about you show me how to roll?” Lou Mu Yan raised an eyebrow and looked at them.

Luo Li’s pupils constricted when he saw Lou Mu Yan appear, and there was panic on his face.

“Mu Yan, leave quickly, these are all Hidden City killers, you aren’t their opponent, quicky leave.”

Luo Li’s voice kept sounding in Lou Mu Yan’s sea of consciousness. He didn’t dare to call out for fear of attracting the attention of the ten killers to Lou Mu Yan, so he only dared to use telepathy.

The Hidden City wanted to wipe out all the talented pupils of the Six Sects, but their main targets were Lou Mu Yan and Chi Xiu. He couldn’t watch her fall into danger.

“If I leave, what about you all?” She telepathically replied.

“Don’t worry about us, if I die, then ask my brother to avenge me after he leaves this place. Mu Yan, leave quickly!” Luo Li was extremely anxious.

There were no emotions on Lou Mu Yan’s face, but a warm feeling flowed in her heart.

The ten people were even more wary when they saw her like this. They had already received news that the number of people who had been lost under Lou Mu Yan and Ming Xiu recently added up to nearly a hundred people.

Most importantly, only the news of those people having been killed arrived, but no one reported any recordings of Lou Mu Yan and Chi Xiu killing or how they killed.

“Then see if you have that ability.” The leader looked gloomy and gave the person behind him a look.

Seeing this, the several people immediately dispersed and the swords in their hands emitted countless sword lights, then was almost going to gradually form an offensive and defensive sword array.

Lou Mu Yan narrowed her eyes. With a thought, the little Qi’lin on her shoulders that had already turned into an orange little Qi’lin from purple-gold leapt into the air, opened its mouth, and spewed out a faint cyan smoke.

Then she swung the golden longsword in her hand and waved it around. Countless golden butterflies turned from sword auras flapped their wings and quickly flew towards the ten people.

The toxin quickly penetrated into the bodies of the ten killers and the half-formed sword array was forced to a halt.

In only a moment, the golden butterflies absorbed all the sword auras condensed in the sword array and rushed to the longswords of the ten people one after the other, slowly devouring it.

The ten were horrified. The elemental energy in their bodies seemed to be blocked and couldn’t be used.

Just as they were about to launch a lifesaving means from the Hidden City, strips of golden vines suddenly burst from the ground, dragging them all into the depths of the underground.

After a while, the ten killers became Xue Xue’s fertiliser and their aura completely disappeared in this world.

Seeing this, the pupils of the Vast Mountain Sect stared at the place where Lou Mu Yan stood and where the ten people disappeared, dumfounded, with a face of disbelief. They just felt as if they were in a dream.

1ughhhh a bit difficult to translate here since there’s wordplay going on. 滚 means to roll, like roll a ball, but used colloquially, and often rudely (so never say this to people you don’t know well), means either to ‘go away’ or to ‘get out’ – depending on what other words its grouped with. In this case, the words are 滚出来, meaning to ‘get out/come out’ and, it literally translates to ‘roll out’, hence why Lou Mu Yan is saying ‘why don’t you show me how to roll?’. Tried thinking of using other words, but can’t think of any other way to translate it so that it fits the wordplay. I tried hahaha
