11. Lian Nuo Went out of the Ward

Shingen was a man who was tall and slim. His figure occupied two-thirds of the screen.

His height was around 192cm and he was wearing his white military uniform. The uniform was so well-suited. It was not only a military uniform, but a symbol that only belonged to him.

It was noble, elegant, and solemn.

Shingen had dark skin like wheat. His handsome face looked like a beautifully engraved sculpture. His eyebrows were filled with pride and confidence. His lips were thin, and he looked unusually stern, but his beauty was enough to fascinate anyone who looked at him.

The military uniform wrapped around his tall and slim body; it was so dazzling.

Shingen, the Crown prince of the Sodir Empire, was an impeccable person in his appearance.

Lian Nuo held his chin in his hands and frowned. Then he looked down at himself. Then he stood up, walked to the side of the window and twisted his body from left to right, then right to left, as if he was exercising.

Lian Nuo disliked this body. It was thin and weak.

Even though Lian Nuo was a scientist in the End Times on Earth, he only stayed in the laboratory every day without going out. Lian Nuo took good care of his original body; his original body was white and chubby.

Yes, Lian Nuo was a white and chubby man in the End Times on Earth. It was hard to live a life at that time, so Lian Nuo took as many nutrients as he could. He felt very proud to raise himself to be white and chubby.

Although Lian Nuo was a little chubby, his body was still healthy.

After twisting his waist, Lian Nuo pinched his arms again. They were too thin. He looked at the bright sunshine outside and decided to go out to take a look. After all, he couldn't always exercise in the ward.

Thus, Lian Nuo, dressed in a patient’s uniform, went out alone.

The air on this planet was really fresh. Everywhere were high-tech products. Compared to the air with the smell of rotten meat in the End Times of Earth, this place was simply heaven.

Actually, Lian Nuo did not know that this was the Capital Hospital. The air conditioner was working all year round. The patients who could live here had a certain status and connections with the imperial family.

If he went to the slums, he could smell the polluted air there, not better than the air in the End Times on Earth.

In fact, Lian Nuo's memory of the End Times on Earth was also blurred. Apart from the corpse of people and zombies, and the bad smell in the air and the endless fights, Lian Nuo could hardly remember anything else.

In the end, all of the people and the zombies perished together, leaving him alone on the planet.

As he was born and grew up in the End Times, Lian Nuo had no sympathy at all. Even though everyone else was dead, he didn't feel sorry for them. Since he was young, he only lived in the laboratory. He only had the lab with him. He had no friends and no companions. He could only see some assistants and subjects to be experimented on.

The corridor from the ward to the garden was very quiet because Lian Nuo lived in a special ward.

But it was like another world in the garden. There were people walking back and forth and some chatting voices... Lian Nuo looked at everything in front of him with a bit of affection. He had never seen a crowd of people for five hundred years.

Lian Nuo saw many tall and lush trees in the corner of the garden and he slowly walked over.

Lian Nuo walked very slowly. He enjoyed the scent coming from other people at this moment. This scent spread around him, and he knew after being lonely for five hundred years, he finally found a familiar crowd to live with.

Lian Nuo found the biggest tree among the tall trees then sat down with his body leaning against the trunk. He took out the crystal cores from his own space to cultivate his Wood and Water superpower. He picked these crystal cores from the corpses of humans and zombies. He was in a good mood when was picking up these treasures.

Lian Nuo didn’t find anything he liked since he was young. When his parents were busy researching the antidote to the virus, he was locked in his room to play by himself. He remembered that he once had a toy. It was a puppet made by his mother with broken clothes. Later on, he grew up and could not find his puppet anywhere… Where was it?

Lian Nuo had never remembered it.

He was educated by his parents when they squeezed their time to teach him. Therefore, he was deeply influenced by his parents, and his talent in scientific research was very high.

As his parents spent very little time with him during his life, he rarely had feelings for others.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have collected the crystal cores of the dead people and the zombies happily after they perished together.
