Ru Shi stayed up late that night, thinking about what Feng Lu said. Should she ask Mu Chang or just leave it so as to avoid getting hurt. She was very confused. Every time she did not get an answer she'd just groan and look at the man who has his hand wrapped around her. Ru Shi didn't even realize what time she slept at.

The next day when Ru Shi woke up, Mu Chang wasn't there. When she heard him coming from outside, she hurriedly opened the door totally forgetting about her image.

When Mu Chang saw her like this, he sighed, "good morning."

Ru Shi grabbed her hair with her fingers and smiled embarrassingly.

"Come in for a while, I'll bath right away."

"Hmm, bath and come, I brought food."

Mu Chang said as he patted her head.

When Ru Shi came out of the bathroom she saw that Mu Chang has set the table. He smiled softly as he waved at her. "Come, let's eat."

Ru Shi sat down as Mu Chang served her. He filled her bowl with food and carefully removed all the bones from her fish.

Ru Shi looked at his actions and decided to ask him the truth about his identity

"Mu Chang, don't you have something to say to me? Or should I call you President Li?"

Mu Chang's action stopped when he heard her. He looked up at her and saw her you better explain yourself look.

"You.... when did you know?" Mu Chang asked her. "Did Feng Lu tell you?"

"Who told me isn't important. What I want to know is why? Why did you lie to me? Why did you approach me in the first place? Was it because I am Feng Lu's ex-fiancée or just your f.u.c.k buddy until your fiancée comes back?!"

Mu Chang remained silent as he stared at her.

Ru Shi got angry because of his silence

"Answer me!!!"

"First of all, I didn't lie to you I just didn't tell you my identity because I thought it wasn't important."

Ru Shi chuckled sadly. "You didn't think it was important to tell the woman you have been f.u.c.k.i.n.g for weeks that you're her ex-fiancée's enemy and also the Cousin of her best friend. What's more important, you have a fiancée whom you still love! OK, I hear you. "

"Ru Shi.... I didn't...."

"I know. Answer my other questions."

Ru Shi interrupted him, while he was talking.

"I approached you at first because you looked like someone. I didn't know that you're Feng Lu's ex-fiancé at that time. I'd never use you. When I met you, I told you that I needed a break from work. Since my fiancé left I had immersed myself in work in order to forget her, but I couldn't. So I decided to hook up with someone. I thought maybe it'd help me to forget about her. I now have a woman whom I want to go out with; whom I want to pamper and adore. Hopefully, I can fall in love with her one day. Please give me a second chance. I'd never lie to you again." Mu Chang said as he approached her.

Ru Shi stepped back when she saw him approaching. "Who do I look like, huh? And what if your fiancée comes back? Are you going to go back to her?"

Mu Chang sighed, "the moment I told you that I like you and we should go out, I had already decided that I didn't have a fiancée anymore. I would never get back with her even if she comes back. I can't treat her like an enemy though because she has helped me a lot," Mu Chang said as he walked to the window.

His back showed traces of sadness.

"The person you look like is my little sister. If she'd grown up she'd just be like you." Mu Chang smiled sadly. "She died when she was just 12 years old."

"I'm so sorry," Ru Shi said.

"At that time I felt like my world was crumbling down. I did drugs, women, car racing, all sort of things in order to forget my pain. I thought God was so cruel to take my little Kitten away from me. She was so pure and kind. I remember when we saw a stray cat in front of our house. She happily held the dirty cat and said: "Brother, you see this cat is very cute, from now on call me Kitten because I'm as cute as it is!"

Mu Chang smiled softly remembering that time.

"But who would have thought that she would die just that year. It was Qin Jieli who saw me dying from an overdose and saved me. She then took care of me. No matter how rudely I treated her, she never complained nor did she give up on me. She was a rich heiress, pampered and loved by her father. She could have had anything she wanted but she'd come and cook for me and clean my room. She never complained about all of this. Gradually I fell for her.

Mu Chang continued, "people say that I pampered my fiancée and I loved her very much and so many other things. But they never knew our love story and the reason why I treated her like that. If it hadn't for her, I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't have been the CEO of Li Corp's. She motivated me and helped me a lot. So now you know why I can't be an enemy with her." Mu Chang turned to look at her.

"So...will you give me the chance?" He asked her.

Ru Shi ran into his arms and nodded her head.

"I didn't know that she has helped you like this. I'm sorry, I was too quick to judge you."

Mu Chang smiled softly, "it's okay. The fact that you were over-reacting means..... You've fallen in love in with me already?" Mu Chang knocked her forehead jokingly.

"No!" she refuted.

Mu Chang chuckled, "Whatever makes you sleep, Kitten."

Ru Shi snorted.

"You owe me a date and a punishment President Li"

Ru Shi said, "a date I remember, but a punishment? Miss Ru, what're you talking about?"

Ru Shi pouted.

"So you still remember that? Okay, go get dressed. I'll take you out on a date. As for the rest.... well, we will negotiate it later," Mu Chang said as he winked at her.

Ru Shi blushed as she rushed to wear the clothes Mu Chang bought for her yesterday.
