"That means if we bring all the plants here, we are going to get over 50,000 coins" Gabriel spoke holding back his excitement.

"We shouldn't be hasty, a beast might be lurking here"

The group looked around, their eyes checking the surroundings for any potential threat but there was nothing around, the forest was too quiet.

"We should just take the plants and leave here, it's too scary," Rebecca said her hands trembling.

"You can just stay here, we'll get the plants and we can be on our way...and bring out your healing cane, it should be on your hands always in case of emergency," Alex said.

"Okay...but I'm going to go with you, I can't stand here alone," Rebecca said.

"Okay then, stay close," Max said and the four of them moved forward and approached the first plant.

"So who's going to touch it?" Gabriel asked.

"It's my quest so I'll do it," Alex said and the rest of them stood on guard watching for any beast that might jump out.

The forest was dark but the plants alone brightened up the area with their blue light, Alex bent down cautious of his surrounding. First, he used one of his weapons to touch the plant to see if there is a reaction but nothing happened.

"Okay...here we go" Alex mumbled as he grabbed the first plant and uprooted it.

The moonlight plant was small in size, after one pull from Alex the whole plant was uprooted, each of the plants had three leaves so Alex now held 3000 blue coins in his hands.

[Inventory]

Alex's quickly swiped the plant into his inventory and stood up quickly, with both of his daggers in his hands he looked around to see if any beast would jump out in regards to the plants.

Rebecca was in the center while the three of them faced different sides, after a minute nothing happened, Alex still couldn't believe nothing was attacking them.

"Maybe there is nothing here after all," Max said.

"We were worried about nothing, we should uproot all the plants here and we'll be rich, we can all buy next-grade equipment and be on the fast track to be a high-level player earning money," Gabriel said.

"We are still newbies compared to them, we should get this over with, I have a bad feeling about this place," Alex said.

"Rebecca you should take that one over there" Gabriel pointed to one of the plants close to them.

Rebecca who now felt at ease now that no beast was found quickly walked over to the plant and bent down to uproot it.

The three of them quickly went in different directions to collect more of the plants, unknown to them something was there in the darkness waiting for them.

"Thank goodness it's easy..." Rebecca smiled as she uprooted the plants, she opened her inventory and placed it inside, her healing cane was in her hands and it was slightly glowing.

"Does it usually glow at night," Rebecca looked back and the boys were now far away from her retrieving more plants.

"I should move closer to them, or I should just log out, I'm too scared of this place, I should move close, there is nothing here to be afraid of" Rebecca mumbled and stepped backward.

She tripped as her legs came in contact with a hard rock and she fell on her butt.

"Ouch..." Rebecca mumbled in pain and tried to stand up, then she saw a hand, more precisely a skeleton hand.

Rebecca screamed loud enough for the boys to hear her and immediately she dashed towards them, she was so scared that she began to cry as she ran towards them.

"What's wrong?" Gabriel asked as he ran forward.

Rebecca quickly hugged him and hid behind him as she stopped to catch her breath, the three of them were now on guard waiting for her to speak up.

"I saw a skeleton," Rebecca said as she finally calmed down.

"You saw a skeleton, that means we are in real trouble" Max muttered.

"Skeletons are tough opponents but that's not all, they usually move in groups, they can't be one skeleton in one place" Alex spoke.

"Where did you see the skeleton, did it come at you?" Gabriel asked.

"No, it wasn't a full skeleton, I only saw a hand" Rebecca spoke.

"Urrgh...now we look like fools standing here waiting for something to jump out, I thought you saw a full skeleton that tried to attack you," Max said.

"What!! a full skeleton...why would a full skeleton be moving, Isn't it dead, if I saw a skeleton I would pass out immediately" Rebecca said.

"Why is she in a game like this, then what would you do if we saw a zombie?" Alex asked.

"Ohh...I like zombies, I watch a lot of zombie movies"

"So you hate skeletons but you like zombies, you are a weirdo" Max spoke.

The tension between them now eased out, Max and Alex went back to retrieving more plants while Rebecca cling on to Gabriel. she was afraid to be on her own.

"We should check out the skeleton hand that you saw, it might belong to be beast," Gabriel said and Rebecca had no choice but to follow him.

"I saw it over there" Rebecca pointed to where she fell but nothing was there, "That's strange, I swear I saw a skeleton hand here"

"Maybe you were just afraid, don't worry about it, let's join the rest of them," Gabriel said.

The two of them turned back to leave when they heard a strange sound, both of them immediately turned around to locate the sound.

"Arrrgh..." Gabriel and Rebecca heard screams coming from Max and Alex's location.

"We should head back immediately, something might be wrong," Gabriel said and dragged Rebecca with him.

The two of them ran and stopped when they saw Alex and Max running toward them.

"What happened? who screamed?" Gabriel asked.

"Skeletons..." Max muttered.
