The design that was being passed by a customer also stopped to proceed.

"Call the engineer of this design and solve the problem," miss Li instructed, someone brought the engineer and he checked but it was not that design was lacking the blueprint follow up, the problem was with assembly line.

The students were still standing there to see how the problem will be solved, it seemed to work in the manufacturing plant was a tough job.

The project engineer and the manager were standing to check ongoing suspension reason.

Mag was also curious, he was genius he spoke, "Is this possible that the assembly line broke some component and it stopped the procedure immediately," he suggested.

The project manager and the engineer both looked at the student, they understood what he meant but they were surprised that this option did not cross their mind.

It was possible that twenty four hour working assembly line broke some component or damaged any part.

"Good suggestion young boy," the engineer appreciated and they called few people to check the assembly line.

The workers step by step checked all parts but the assembly line was not some small line of machine, it was a whole mega structure.

The worker who were responsible to prepare this order were little worried, "I am afraid since the design crashed on the final binding, it might take more time to refurbish and the deadline is tomorrow," a female worker asked to the other.

"How much time it would take further?" miss Li was getting worried now, she was product clearance manager and she knew that the deadline was tomorrow.

Lui and his group was looking at the procedure where the workers were positioning diamonds on a car design, it was a critical process, if they lack sliver of pattern the design would lost its beauty.

"What happened?" the worker shouted because he barely kept back the hot gun either it would have ruined the metal frame.

The robot machine that was attached to this process stopped suddenly.

Lui and his friends looked at the manager, manager looked at the worker with questioning eyes.

"The machine gave a sudden jolt and it stopped, I hardly managed to safe the frame," he explained to the manager.

These two sections of the plant were connected and both stopped working, the manager received call that the next section was also facing trouble.

The manager called miss Li, "What is going on there?"

"I don't know sir, it's the temporary shutdown of assembly line and the worker are trying to find out the reason.

"Sorry I have a call from management," she hung up and received another call.

"Miss Li, the customer wants to meet and see the final design before company issue," the management called her to receive the client.

She was at lost, why the customer was here when things were little mess and design? What design he was supposed to see when it was froze and perhaps crashed, who knows?

Her hands were shaking, how she would explain this to managements?

Tellurium was reputed company and its customers trust its service, if the customer saw this mess then she might not be able to handle the situation anymore.

"I wanted to relate something urgent," she called the management, she thought to explain the situation before they send the customer in this section, it was not that every customer has such privilege of personally visiting any section but this customer was wealthy business man and he has invested insane amount for this product customize and show off his wealth.

If the customer got angry, he would cancel the order and they would face huge lose, the lose was not the only thing to be worried about, the company would lose face to such wealthy customer, the wealthy people happened to psychic to some extent, they behave inflexible in such matters and rest she don't want to imagine.

"What, how could this possible, how much time it would take?" the management asked.

"I don't know currently, the engineers are trying their best but the problem is not clear yet,"

"What I am supposed to excuse the client?" the management staff spoke.

"I will come and talk to him," miss Li knew the situation was s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e, she cannot say that they can excuse anything, she has to take this responsibility on her own shoulder.

She left the students there and reached the office.

She pleasantly greeted the man.

"Miss, can you bring me to take a look at the final design?" he plainly asked.

"Sir, the assembly line process cannot be given access for anyone, you can understand the confidentiality of the process and disclosure threats," she spoke in a tone that was not friendly nor grave, completely a corporate tone.

"I know but I have few reservation for the final design and if I felt, there would be some recommendations on my behave and I will increase the price as well according the rule," he was here because he wanted some last minute look out and order some new features, this would cost his wallet but he don't care.

The management staff heard this they looked at miss Li, it was face on, if she excused then the company would not earn and if she let him see the final design, he might get angry because the design was not complete and perhaps due to the failure of assembly line, they might not be able to shift it tomorrow, and the contract between the customer and company go violate and company would face lose in this situation.
