"Are you still upset that your father placed you as Bastardo?" Nikos asked seriously.

Piore's face darkened when Nikos mentioned his father, so he immediately lowered his head to avoid the other man's gazed.

Of course, Piore knew why his father left his mother in the red light district after going back to the Doncrelli family.

"Yes," Piore replied cautiously.

Nikos is a businessman and most of the finances that the Doncrelli clan deals are handled by the man.

As the man who personally taught Piore what he knows about the corporate world, he also understands that Nikos will not waste his time to Mo Lihua if there is no benefit.

Piore looked at the content of the doc.u.ment again. Even though he is holding the last will, there are still a lot of details that are not easy to understand.

Especially the part about Tres Claves. The last will states that, it will be the greatest reward for the winner of the Selection. They will have access to it. Is it Doncrelli's treasure? If it is, then he never heard of it.

He wanted to ask Nikos further, but the man already refused to answer him once and Piore does not want to be in trouble. They are on a very crucial stage of their plans, and he does not want to make things difficult as it is.

Regarding Mo Lihua, it is clear that she must participate. There is no clause indicating the precaution, thus it can be used as a reason to kill her if she decided to back out eventually.

"Can I show this to her?" Piore asked hoping that Nikos will agree. After all, Mo Lihua will be the most affected, after the last will was read.

"Go ahead. The sooner you let her see that to understand the danger and seriousness of the situation the better. I was able to get these suppose confidential doc.u.ment without much challenge so let's use it to our advantage." Nikos explained.

Piore's eyes narrowed to Nikos suspiciously, before he nodded. 'Right. Why don't you just show this to her in the first place to make my life easier?' He thought to himself sarcastically. And to him as well, Mo Lihua will probably feel better seeing someone who looks almost exactly like her mother.

"Master, there is news from the Mo and Yu household of the Phi country," Nikos assistant spoke softly.

Nikos just waved his hand for the assistant to continue. "Three people were abducted and it seems the first master is involved."

"Who was abducted?" Piore asked through clenched teeth. He is more concerned about how to tell this to Mo Lihua as the woman will surely stop her training.

"The Master of the Mo family. As well as Yu family head and current young master." The assistant replied seriously.
