Sophia opened her eyes and found herself in a beautifully decorated room.

"Where am I?" she wondered aloud, trying to piece together what had happened. She remembered being mugged and then losing consciousness.

"You're awake," a male voice drew her attention. He was sitting on a chair, sipping coffee and nibbling on a slice of bread.

"Who are you ?" Sophia asked, feeling a twinge of anxiety.

"I saved you last night. Do you remember anything?" Vincent replied calmly.

"I only remembered being mugged by a robber " she spoke with a low voice. His words brought back the traumatic experience she had gone through, and she couldn't help but burst into tears of relief that she was no longer in danger.

Vincent also felt relieved that she seemed to have forgotten about him eating the robber. It was something he never thought he was capable of doing, and he still couldn't believe he had actually done it. The primal urge to feed on human flesh was something he couldn't ignore, and it scared him. He knew he had to find a way to control it, or else he would lose his humanity.

"It's okay. What's important is that you're safe," he reassured her.

"Thank you. My name is Sophia. I owe you my life," she said gratefully.

"My name is Vincent," he replied, moving closer and extending his hand.

Sophia took his hand, and he helped her out of bed.

"Want some breakfast?" he asked.

She initially wanted to decline, but when she saw the warm smile on Vincent's face, she found herself unable to say no.

Vincent's charming demeanor became even more apparent after his transformation. His facial features remained the same, but he exuded an air of charisma and confidence that was hard to ignore.

He led her to the dining room, and she couldn't help but be awed by the luxurious decor. As someone from an average family, she wasn't used to such opulence and felt a bit intimidated.

Vincent noticed her unease but didn't judge her for it. He himself had struggled to adapt to this lifestyle before.

In the dining room, he served her a gourmet meal consisting of high class bacon, eggs, bread, wagyu steak, and other expensive-looking delicacies. There was even a bottle of wine.

"Let's eat," Vincent said, joining her so she wouldn't feel uncomfortable eating alone.

Sophia savored the food with a satisfied smile. The ingredients were top-quality, giving the dishes a texture and flavor that surpassed normal food.

"So, Sophia, what were you doing in that place? It's weird to see a middle schooler walking there so late," Vincent asked.

She paused eating, feeling a bit awkward about being called a middle schooler.

"I'm actually a senior high school student, and I just turned 18. I'm just small," she replied awkwardly.

"Ah, my apologies. You look so young and cute that I thought you were only 15," Vincent said with a chuckle. He had mistaken her age because of her petite body and smooth skin. Even without makeup, she was still stunning.

"I'm actually half-Korean," she added.

"That explains why you look so adorable,"

Sophia blushed at his words, feeling her heart skip a beat. She usually hated being called cute or adorable, but the way Vincent said it made her feel hot all over. She couldn't maintain eye contact with him anymore.

Just then, Vincent's phone rang, interrupting the awkward moment. "Let me take this call," he said. "Continue your meal, and I'll drive you home after this."

Sophia nodded silently.

He answered the phone, and an annoyed voice spoke on the other end.

"I've been waiting for you outside your penthouse but no one was answering," It was Mia , clearly not in a good mood right now.

"I apologize. Something came up and it was an emergency," he replied, trying to assure her that he had a good reason for not being there.

There was a paused for a few moments.

"Alright. But next time, text me first if you can't join me, okay?" Mia's voice softened

"I will. Thank you for understanding," he responded gratefully.

"Good luck and take care of yourself. Just text me when you're free again," she spoke with genuine concern .

"I will. Take care," he said before Mia hung up the phone.

Vincent smiled to himself, feeling grateful that Mia was quite an understanding woman.

Sophia took a deep breath as she stepped out of the shower, feeling refreshed after her bath. She was no longer in a hurry to get home because she had already informed her parents that she was okay.

She was grateful for Vincent's hospitality, but couldn't shake the feeling that she was becoming more and more infatuated with him. The way he carried himself, his charming smile, and his confident demeanor all had her heart fluttering.

In the livingroom

"So she's a virgin" he muttered to himself. He could detect her virginity from her aroma alone. It was a strange ability he had acquired after his transformation, but he didn't mind it. In fact, he found it quite useful in his current situation.

He was lounging on the sofa, trying to make sense of what had happened to him. "I'm a werewolf now, that much is clear," he muttered to himself as he finally accepted the reality of his situation. He began scouring the internet for information on werewolves and other supernatural creatures.

Various myths and legends about werewolves filled his search results, along with forums and groups dedicated to discussing supernatural topics.

Vincent joined one of the groups in hopes of gathering more information. He longed to talk to Nathan, his bestfriend, a supernatural enthusiast, but he couldn't seem to reach him. When he called his father,Jonathan, he was simply told that Nathan was busy and would be back in a month.

He couldn't wait that long. He needed answers now, before he lost control of his newfound powers. He continued his research, hoping to find someone who could help him navigate this new world of the supernatural.
