"Now that everyone has finished picking their types they shall all be transported back to the living quarters." 02's voice sounded as everyone left the void in a flash of light. 'Ahh it's good to be back.' I thought in excitement as I had obtained King Of The Sea.

"Status." I muttered as to make sure I had obtained it.

'Hmm it seems the training was effective along with my endurance going up because I was beaten up by the Ogre. My only stat that hasn't raised is Perception but that's to be expected.' I thought as I nodded in happiness and relief.

We all just stood there for a few minutes as some shouted in happiness and excitement while others looked downcast. Some people just looked neutral as if they expected to only get a mediocre type.

One reaction was very strange though. It was George. "MUAHAHAHA! ONE STEP CLOSER!" He cackled in excitement as he covered one of his eyes with his hand. 'Man he sounds deranged and he looks like one of those insane revenge crazy isekai protagonists.' I thought as I shook my head.

I noticed something though. Purifier was no where to be seen since the battle against the Ogre. In my rush I hadn't noticed that I didn't have Purifier. Soon though I heard a voice in my head. "Dont worry you can bring out Purifier by just thinking about it, it's a feature added to all the weapons which keep them in a dimensional distortion allowing you to summon them." 02 explained briefly as I nodded.

Immediately after an announcement happened. "Since you've all faced trials now even if minimal and you all understand that this isn't a game anymore an elimination round shall begin! By the end of the week 10 people must be left alive to start the tournament. If you "die" though dont worry you'll just be transported somewhere else where your activities here will continue as normal till the competition is over. Elimination Round BEGIN!" 02 announced as immediately everyone dispersed to get as far away from each other as possible.

'Purifier.' I thought as my flail appeared in my right hand. Seeing this everyone reacted in kind. They all had a variety of weapons in various styles. The one that stood out the most though was George's jet black glaive that shined eerily.

"Heh it seems like our weapons are opposites. That is fitting." George said as he charged at me with his glaive. 'Already?' I thought as I thrusted Purifier towards him. Immediately he deflected it as he slid backwards a bit.

"Seems you arent a slacker. This just proves my hypothesis though." George said as he smiled maniacally. "And what's your hypothesis?" I asked as I looked at him confusedly. "That you're..... WEAK!" He shouted as he blasted towards me in great strides.

Everyone was immediately scared of George as they walked away from us.

"TSHKK!"

"KLNKK!"

"BOOM!"

Our weapons clashed continuously as I controlled Purifier to hit into him time after time as he slid back. We were in a stale mate as this continued for over a minute till George said "This is enough for today. Thanks."

There after his glaive disappeared as he walked away. I stood there as I watched him walk into the living quarters. George suddenly stopped as he turned around and said "You've made me have a few mental breakdowns recently but my realization is still correct. You're weak! This was an opportunity that stood right in front of you to eliminate me yet you didn't do anything. Trash!"

Hearing this I stared at him enraged as I thought angrily 'When did he become so arrogant? Did a wuxia protagonist possess him or somethin? Either way f*ck him.'

After I went into the living quarters and headed too my room. I was now sitting on the floor of my room as I looked at the floor and thought 'My novel is really bombing isn't it?'( that was joke btw although it is bombing(as in failing bad))
