I like them big, do you?

Chapter 72: Reylin's visit

It was early morning.

Reylin woke up, and he peeked at the clock since he still felt a little sleepy. He yawned, then stopped mid-way as it was pretty late in the morning!

The afternoon would be soon, and Reylin promptly left his bed.

He wanted to sleep for a little longer, but not that long since wasting time was not something he liked.

After he left his room, Reylin spotted Hania returning from the shopping.

She bought enough necessities and was about to drop them, but Reylin's appearance made her blush no end!

He was her boss, but Hania had failed him.

Fainting before his mother was inexcusable, but that was also quite an unexpected visit, "That was an unexpected visit..." Hania repeated her thoughts out.

Reylin shrugged, "Indeed."

He made it clear that he wasn't that bothered by it. And the fact that Hania took the initiative to speak spoke of her change. If she had done nothing and just stood with a blush on her face, Reylin would've brought her for the second serious talk.

Nonetheless, that was also an unexpected visit, so he didn't push the topic further.

"Where is Sebastian? In-game?" Reylin asked.

After Hania nodded, he added, "I guess I have to prepare something for myself."

"Young Master knows how to cook?" Hania asked with big eyes.

Reylin didn't reply to her inquiry but went first to the bathroom. After he left it, he headed straight to the kitchen. He fished out frozen pizza from the fridge and threw it into the microwave.

From behind, Hania stared with her mouth open, "I should've expected this... Young Master! How about I make something healthy for you?"

"No need," Reylin yawned again, "I will buy something on my way."

"Should I call Mr. Sebastian?" Hania asked softly.

Reylin shook his head and let Sebastian play the game. He turned on the TV, waited for his food, then quickly ate it before leaving the house.

Hania also got a free weekend, and she went her way to the intersection after waving goodbye to her boss.

Left alone, Reylin strutted toward Ferocious Bear's house.

He knew where she lived after the recent incident, "Cars are too convenient."

That was the first realization that struck Reylin. He even considered calling out a taxi but stopped himself... At last, the couples had entered his eyes, and they made Reylin think about the recent events.

His mother had seen through him, and Reylin confirmed that Yvonne was no one but just an appearance.

That girl taught him a lot, actually.

After seeing her, Reylin never dared to judge people like the book by its cover. Yvonne wasn't perfect, but he liked her looks. But now, he ended up realizing that he knew nothing of her other than what she displayed for the majority.

It was different with the girls from his friend list...

The biggest surprise was Lioness, as she turned out to be pretty likable and similar to him.

She was known differently outside, and if one looked at her profile on social media, one would think of her as a cold businesswoman.

In a game world, she also didn't coat her words and imposed obedience to the players.

Looking at her profile and all photos in the office suit, Reylin narrowed his eyes and replaced the cold face with what he had seen on their adventure.

Reylin sighed, "Have the stars aligned?"

He was on his way toward the hero's house. If her parents worked a common work, they should be working right now, meaning the hero was all alone in her house.

Other than his affection toward Yvonne, Reylin wasn't particularly interested in girls. It changed after he wanted to conquer the flame goddess, and it kept developing. At the current point, Reylin wished to see through his own heart.

Thus, his eyes looked differently at every girl around him!

"Am I turning into a typical high school player?" He kept asking himself those questions.

His one hand was in his pocket, the other held the phone.

Reylin scrolled Lioness' social media profile, and it took him some time. She had quite a lot of photos of herself and with her family... He also found Maya's profile, and those were swarmed by the photos with her friends.

The hero rarely took photos because others always pulled the cute bear for a better one.

At one point, Reylin even found Steel Melody's profile...

At last, Reylin gasped, "Where's my lighter?"

-

DING! DONG!

"What a weird bell," Reylin stared at the gate's doors.

Maya lived in a family house that was quite big enough. It could stuff two families, and their yard was also vast. It was silent around, and Reylin couldn't spot any cars, so his former thoughts must have been right.

The hero was alone in the house.

Of course, the players and their VR Helmets had safety measures built-in. One of the known features was the movement sensor. The helmet would sense someone approaching the player, and it also would notify the player of the doorbell's ringing.

Reylin's call was soon answered, "Reylin?"

Maya opened the doors, then she peeked outside.

Only her head was visible, and it seemed like she was quite cautious.

Reylin raised a small bag, and that was the present for the hero's birthday! He bought it on his way toward her house!

Seeing the present, Maya's face softened, and she opened the doors, "Come in."

It revealed the hero's home clothes. It was nothing more, but short jeans and a thin jacket. Her hair was also disheveled, probably due to the VR Helmet. As she stood in the doors, Reylin's eyes went up and down a few times.

Had the visit happened two or three days ago, Reylin would've just entered the house with his eyes on her face and the surroundings.

However, he stared at her legs, then went up... And down again!

The hero saw it, "Am I dirty somewhere?" She asked out loud, then looked at herself in the mirror. She also looked behind her socks whether there was a hole or not!

Maya couldn't get more clueless, and she ended up sighing, "Were you teasing me?"

"Just checking something. Well then, happy birthday," Reylin replied, then pushed the bag into Maya's hands.

"Thank you!" Maya's confusion disappeared, and she peeked into the bag.

She took out a brand new phone, and her eyes nearly left her eye sockets as there was even price on it! Even if the price wasn't here, she would have known how much it cost since the girls had talked about it in the school some time ago!

That was a phone that many girls wanted, mainly due to its camera.

"Is it fake? Um, I am sorry..." Even if it was fake, it was kind of rude to ask right off the bat.

The hero apologized, then brought Reylin to the living room. Here, she unpacked the phone as per Reylin's gesture and confirmed its authenticity...

"No way... It's too expensive!"

"Is it?"

"Yes!"

Reylin had a great time seeing the flustered hero.

Now that they were alone, he looked more at her, and the hero was as cute as people made her out to be.

She held the phone tenderly as if the greatest treasure had fallen onto her hands. Her eyes kept going from it toward Reylin. Although she was genuinely happy to receive such a present, it was also quite expensive.

Maya wanted to give it to Reylin, but he took the same phone out, and she gawked with her mouth widely open.

"It's rude to give back presents, isn't it?" Reylin asked.

Hearing this, Maya quieted down and looked down bashfully.

She was so quiet and looked even smaller, which would make all her friends want to hug her...

And Reylin also felt the same.

"Hero, I think you don't like when others are being too cuddly to you," Reylin asked.

"I am not a hero here... Why do you rarely use my name, Reylin?" Maya tilted her head and before said words that made Reylin unable to continue his question.
