"Lisa! Did you see the look on Petra's face when she ended up in Hufflepuff." Sandstorm says trying not to laugh.

They are returning to their common room to be paired with their dorm mates.

'What is this weird look?'

Sandstorm turns around to see Luna staring directly above her head.

"Alright first years, this is the fat lady. You just give her the password to get into Gryffindor." Percy says before telling everyone the password.

"Seeing how there was a few extra female Gryffindor students this year 4 of you will have to share a room rather than 3. Any volunteers?" Female Prefect

Sandstorm, Lisa, Shirone, and finally Luna raise their hand.

"Great!" Said the female prefect then led everyone to their rooms and they went to bed exhausted.

First class Transfiguration with professor Mcgonagall.

"So what" Fred

"are you planning?" George

Asks seeing the smile on Sandstorms face.

Seeing the cat walk in Sandstorms quickly walks down to the cat and pulls a letter out of no where as she pets it.

Opening the blank piece of paper.

"Ah this cat is Professor Mcgonagall's familiar. This note says who ever reads this has to give a demonstration of transfiguration to the class!" Yoru/Sandstorm says out loud.

Fred and George laugh cause they know she's up to something.

"Ok hello class, my name is Yoru. Seeing how I was chosen to do this thanks to my impulse to pet cute things. I will give a demonstration." She says pulling a block of metal out of her messenger bag she always caries with her. The cat looks at her weirdly but decides to let her continue her antics.

"So my theory about transfiguration is that it is similar to transmutation. Or Equivalent exchange, as its referred to in alchemy. As you can see this block of metal here." Sandstorm says tapping it with her wand and transforms it into a metal bowl that can hold a cat.

"I simply reshaped the material into a bowl. This is easy, another thing that can be done with transfiguration is the combining of atoms." Sandstorm says pointing her wand at above the bowl and mutters something and a massive amount of water transforms and falls into the bowl.

"There are two ways to do what I just did and create water. The first is to combine oxygen atoms and hydrogen atoms correctly, the second is to revert the water vapor in the air back into water." Sandstorm says giving a quick bow the the clapping class.

"Now for my final trick!" Sandstorm shouts picking up cat Mcgonagall.

"I will turn this cat into a person" and begins to low said cat towards the bowl of water before she quickly gets free and turns to Professor Mcgonagall.

"Ms. Pendragon, that was a wonderful demonstration of both Transfiguration and alchemy. Now back to your seat." Professor Mcgonagall says

"Yes Professor!" Sandstorm says before heading back towards the laughing twins.

Defense against the dark arts was the next most notable class.

"I still can't believe Wiz released an entire new theory of magic just so she didn't have to teach normal defense against the dark arts..." Sandstorm says remembering what Wiz did shortly after she got accepted as a professor.

"Should be fun then." Shirone says looking at the book that went into elemental magic and different affinities.

"Class, normally today I would be lecturing you on different tactics and such." Wiz says knowing full well she won't do that.

Sandstorm sighs seeing where this is going.

"Instead today I am going to show you how to exercise a poltergeist." Wiz says just as peeves walks into the room.

"Ah perfect timing! Mr ghost can you please come here?" Wiz says motioning for peeves to come over.

The ghost does as she says while probably preparing some prank for her.

"The first thing you need to do is get the ghost to stay still while you are drawing the circles you can see in your book on page 235z" Wiz says before suddenly encasing Peeves in ice as she taps her staff on the ground.

"In case you are wondering. This is a spell from a book that I wrote, it goes into wizards and witches elemental affinities." Wiz says as she bends downwards and begins to draw the magic circle.

Suddenly the ice starts to crack.

Peeves finally got out. "Monster! He screams before flying through the wall.

"Hey get back here! I need you to teach my class!" Wiz shouts before hurrying out of the room after the ghost.

"Well... she's not coming back for a while." Sandstorm mutters while Fred and George laugh wondering what pranks the can pull on the new absent minded professor.

The next class was potions which started with Snape yelling at everyone in gryffindor before Sandstorm got fed up and had his cauldron explode injuring him.

'Snape the betrayer...' Sandstorm thinks before she left.

Snape had to go the the hospital wing to get shrapnel removed.

The weekended off with flying lessons or would have been. If all the brooms didn't swarm Sandstorm and Shirone like how the wands did in Ollivander's.
