Sandstorm leaves the tofu shop to find an apartment to rent.

Literally right across the street on the plaza there is a for rent sign.

"Perfect!" Sandstorm shouts and goes to read the info on the sign.

Outside the office in the chamber of commerce. Sandstorm managed to both rent the store and apartment above it for a really cheap price.

'Fate tell Wiz to teleport to me with Shirone if she can. Also tell Lisa to hurry tonight I can't wait to see them.' Sandstorm told Fate watching the sun set.

Wiz and Shirone instantly appeared next to Sandstorm.

"So your powers as a dragon aren't sealed?"

Sandstorm asks

"My powers are mostly sealed I still have ridiculous physical capabilities though. This is Japan in the 90s right?" Shirone

"My dragon power are sealed. My magic isn't though, this world is beautiful and interesting" Wiz says.

"Well it took two massive wars to get to this point" Sandstorm says putting her hand on the tall Wiz's head and transfers the history of it to her.

"Wow, that's actually horrifying that humans can do that to themselves." Wiz says in shock.

"No common enemy with slight differences between people. Everyone wants to control the other it's bound to happen. The reason there are monsters in my world is to keep the humans focused on killing the monsters rather than taking over other countries and enslaving people. Sadly it also crippled their creativity cause humans are the better at weaponizing than creating." Sandstorm says sadly.

"I see now if they have an enemy that forces them to band together it's hard to stab each others backs." Wiz says

"Yep, as you saw this world could end any moment at the touch of a button." Sandstorm states

'Fate can you get me a ford crown Victoria for normal driving' Sandstorm asks fate

(Fate: consider it done.) Fate responds.

A few hours later Lisa and Petra arrive

"Sandstorm that was so much fun!!" Yells Lisa.

"Scary" mutters Petra.

"I completely dusted this black Porsche 911 on the highway" Lisa says

"Swap keys" Sandstorm says holding out the keys to the crown vic.

"Why?" Asks Lisa

"Well you will need the vic to drive these three up." Sandstorm says

"It's almost 11 you should know where we are going. To the local team." Sandstorm says.

"Fine, also tonight is Petra's night." Lisa says

Sandstorm face gets red.

"Petra's night?" Asks Shirone a little confused.

"Let's go girls." Sandstorm says quickly to change the subject then rushes out the door.

When she gets outside she sees her brilliant RS200 with the group B rally livery.

'Ah group B the apex of rally racing. Shame it was deemed to dangerous and shut down. A lot of people did die though.' Sandstorm thinks to herself before getting in and starting the engine.

*GGGRRRR* *tsss*

You can hear her start up the engine as she revs it and the turbo boost is let out through the blowoff valve.

"Petra come hop in the passenger seat!" Sandstorm yells out the window noticing that Petra is reluctant to get into the crown vic with Lisa.

After Petra gets in Sandstorm can hardly contain her excitement and floors it towards the mountain.

In the tofu shop across the street.

*GGGRRRR* *tsss*

"Hmm, sounds like a four cylinder turbo, thing might as well be straight pipes it's so loud. However I don't recognize the engine noise... Intresting." Bunta

Bunta takes a look out the window to see a black crown vic following the RS200 flying down the road.

"I guess we got new neighbors that girl is going to cause changes, probably heading up to the mountain." Bunta says to himself.

At the top of Akina pass.

*screech*

Tire screeches can be heard coming up the mountain.

"Iketani, it seems like someone is coming up" Kenji says

"Sounds more like 2 cars" Iketani says.

All of a sudden they see a pair of round headlights pulling a massive drift on the turn coming up to the top of the pass.

"H-how!?" Shigeru says watching the car 4 wheel drift the corner perfectly.

Another massive screeching sound can be heard after the car gets out of the corner. Another car with rectangular headlights is pulling off a slightly less insane drift but nothing they could hope to do.

The first car comes to a stop and no one recognizes what car it is. Same with the second one.

After it stops the driver side door opens and a little girl with red hair jumps out.

"Yeahoo!" The little girl with red hair screams full of adrenaline.

The second car opens and another girl gets out with black hair.

"Sandstorm!! You beat me on the uphill but I will dominate you on the down hill!" She yells.

"Um, who are you two?" Iketani asks

Sandstorm POV

Having just driven the mountain pass in reverse of what she used to do in the office in a super fast car her adrenaline was pumping.

She jumped out of the car and let it all out in her voice.

Shortly after Lisa makes it to the top and yells at Sandstorm saying she will defeat her on the down hill.

In the real world this is the first time it happened. However it happened every day in their office on the initial D arcade game.

"Um, who are you two?" Iketani

"I'm Sandstorm, she's Lisa. We are racers from America. Here to try out the passes. " Sandstorm says with her brilliant smile.

At this point in time Petra and Wiz both crawl out of the cars and throw up. While Shirone gets out and seems unfazed.

"Not again, please for the love of god never again!" Petra shouts at motion sickness.

"Uh, Petra how did you get motion sick? Considering how you used the maneuver gear it shouldn't have been possible." Asks Sandstorm

"That car moved in ways not possible!!! It denied the laws of physics!!!" Petra shouts.

Lisa has been teaching Petra stuff from earth for a while.

"And? My driving skills are just that good." Sandstorm says

"Sandstorm did you cheat and use the system to give you driving skills!" Lisa yells in Dragon language making the speed star's extremely confused.

Sandstorm nods.

Lisa gives her a dirty look then whispers something to Petra. Petra's face begins to turn red.
