Chapter 78: Surprised?!

He answered the phone call but he didn't speak first.

[Is this Zier Mo?] The other caller asked him in a deep voice.

"Yes." He shortly replied.

[Did you know that you need to give me your woman to me, for exchange, I will give whatever condition you have.]

His eyes turned dark and he is about to curse him through air. "Don't give that shit joke to me." He coldly said and he hangs up the phone call.

He may guess it already who is this guy… He will not going to forgive him even if he is a stronger opponent, he will not going to give up. He loves her and she is his life… Without her, he did not know how to continue to live anymore.

He is now more powerful than before. In very at least, he can protect her.

He texts Grey to warn him to protect Jiaxyn because there is a possibility that he will target her too for she is one of Lyricie's weaknesses.

Then suddenly Grey called him. He answered the call and when he is about to speak he hears him saying something that makes him want to kick someone.

[Boss, we are going to bankrupt. It's an emergency. We need you now, asap.]

He hangs up and sighs. He needs to work, again. He walks towards them and hug his wife's back. He smells her scent and it was captivating. Her scent is sweet smell and smells like a flower.

"Alien!" Lyricie is busy flying the kite and let Lyrzie run to chase it when suddenly someone hugs her and smelling her scent that makes her ticklish.

"Yes?" He replied in a soft tone.

"Don't be childish. Ahh! It's ticklish!" She laughs. "It looks like you're going to work? Is there any problem that I can help with your work?" She asked. She notices his changes. She knows that once he did not want to part with her, he will act spoiled.

"There is work. My business is going to bankrupt so I need your energy, so give me a kiss!" He childishly said that makes her blush in embarrassment and amazement.

Her husband is so cute!!!

She put the kite holder in the table and tied it. She looks at him and immediately squeezes his cheeks. "So cute! Why are you so cute?!" She kisses his lips and nose. "Now, you are energized so I need to have battle with him today. You can use my staffs and get help from Jade or her husband. They will be useful to you." She said as she released her hands. He nodded and immediately left the place and go to his company. "Oh, by the way, I will leave the car here since I didn't clean up and the company is near." He added and left for real. When she saw that he already left, her smiling face faded. She bites her lips and called her son.

"Yes?" Lyrzie said and went to his mother happily.

"Let's leave and going to show you something." She said. "But help mommy arrange those." She added and pointed the table and stuffs. Lyrzie nodded and started to clean up. When they finished, they went inside the car and she started to drive.

"Can you keep mommy a secret?" She said since her son is smart and can talk clearly, she will tell him her secrets. She felt that something will happen to her soon, but maybe not. However, her instincts will never go wrong. Every time her instincts told her, she will follow without hesitation.

Lyrzie nodded. "Yes, mommy."

They arrived in the clubhouse and saw Grey and Jiaxyn waiting in the front door.

She parked her car near them and left the car. Lyrzie holds his mother's hands and they walked together. Lyrzie talked non-stop about everything he learned since he hopped inside the car until now. She was amazed for how smart he is.

"Sister!" Jiaxyn runs to her and hugs her. Grey sighs. He does not know why he needs to battle her when Zier's company is having a hard time, while he is having fun?

"Let's get inside." Grey said as they all enter. Lyricie smiled. "Follow me." She said and walked in front together with Lyrzie. Jiaxyn and Grey didn't know this place and it is their first time here. Because this place is well hidden if only Lyricie didn't give them the directions, they will not going to know if this is really exists or just an illusion.

As they went deeper, Grey feels strange as he holds Jiaxyn's hands. He did not know but he felt uncomfortable.

They passed through the bridge, rooms, lake, and went inside the cave until they reached the end. Lyricie opened the door using her thumbs verification. The first thing they saw is a waterfall.

"Wow!" They roamed around but Lyricie stopped them. "Don't roam around. You will step on traps if you do and no taking pictures. This is warning." She seriously said. She knows she can trust Grey and her sister as well as her son. Because she hates betrayals, she is always checking every person background whose is near her loves ones and herself.

Then suddenly, Lyricie attacked Grey. Grey was left of guard and shocked was written all over his face. "You… You know how to fight?" He asked absent mindedly. He wipes his blood in the coner of his lips.

"Oh? Why are you so stupid?" She asked and attacked again. This time, he dodged her attacked. He can't hurt her or else his lover and his boss will dump him.

"Why aren't you attacking? This is our battle. You need to make me say 'I lost' stupid." She happily said. She kicked and sneakily tripped him cause him to lose his balance.

"Grey, you idiot! Fight back, or else I will break u with you!" Jiaxyn shouted to him that cause him to look at her that makes Lyricie kicked his stomach.

"Hey, if you are distracted, I may kill you." She coldly said. She hates this kind of battle. On the other side, Lyrzie smiles and claps his hands. His mother is amazing. He wants to be like her someday. His bright eyes shine like stars, if you look at him, you will feel dumbstruck and feel like to eat this little bun.

"I don't want to hurt you." Grey said.

"Really? Then, if you don't mind that I will kill you?" She asked him while still fighting.

"You can't do that. I guess you do not have real experience, so you can't." He said.

Hearing what he said, she laughs so hard that she stopped attacking. "Really? Oh, I guess you investigate me but not well informed. I killed tons of people and some of them are your enemy. Am I right, Dark Prince?" She revealed the truth. Grey was again amazed.

"Who are you?" He asked. This time, he is alerted. He even forgot that the girl in front of him is his lady boss.

"Of course, I am your lady boss. Who else?" She said proudly.

He shakes his head. "No, I mean your code name. What is your real purpose?" He said. He secretly looks at Jiaxyn who is now busy playing with Lyrzie. He sighs. He looks at Lyrcie again. "Did your sister knew?" He asked.

"Of course she knew. She is my partner after all. Partner at killing, scheming, playing and helping someone, that's sisters in crime." She said. "Are you surprised?" She added. Grey nodded. "Really, I am surprised. Then, did he know?" He asked again.

This time, Lyricie smiled but didn't answer. She attacked again, and this time she increased her strength. She wanted to finish this asap.

Grey increased his strength but he is not fast as her. His vital points are already been hit from the start. This woman in front of her is surprisingly like a demon. She is similar to Zier, no matter what opponent is, a foe or a friend, they treat them equal. Such a cold-blooded person who has miraculously has a kind heart.

When he imagines that Lyricie is zier right now, he suddenly shouted, "I lost!"

Lyricie chuckled. "Oh? You give up already?" She asked. "We have more time tho, like 4 hours." She added.

Grey smile wearily. "We've been fighting non-stop for 5 hours, are you not tired yet?" He asked her.

"Hmm… Nope. That was fun." She said. She is tired but whenever she is having fun, she would not feel tired at all. But she feels that her body is getting numb. After all, it's been a year since she last fought.

This is a wonderful feeling, but it is much better if I fight with Zier. When will it be? She thought.

"What will happen to me? I lost right?" He asked her. Lyricie scratched her head. "Compensate." She shortly answered.

"Then?"

"Keep this a secret no matter what. If something happens to me, tell this secret to him however it should be in a right time." She said while walking.

"That you know my identity and your skills…" He said.

"Promise me." She looks at him in the eyes. "Promise me to never going to say this dark secret except for an emergency when you and everyone can't find me." She added.

He nodded. "I promise. Then what is your-"

"No comment." She hurriedly said. She will not going to say her identity to him, no matter what.

She is going to be the one who will say is to Zier, only him.

"Just as I thought, she win, you lose." Jiaxyn teased him. Grey helplessly sighs. He looks at her and his eyes suddenly darkened. His woman can kill people but still looks as innocent as ever. His woman is no ordinary. He wished someday, she will trust him whole heartedly and tell everything to him.

Zier massages his forehead. He is tired. His assistant is not here but her assistant is here. But this assistant of Lyricie, he is good at work that they completed their mission. However, he still feels restless. He did not know but he always thinks of Lyricie and Lyrzie. He wanted to see what kind of battle she thinks of.

Ugh, he misses them both.

Suddenly there is a knock on a door. "Who is it?" He asked but no one answered. He frowns. The door slowly opened and the first thing he saw is his wife's beautiful smiling face.

"We're back!"

Zier mood suddenly brightens. He stands up and hugs them both.

"Daddy, mommy is so awesome! She won the battle!" Lyrzie announced.

"Really? That's good then. Congrats." He said.

"That's nothing really. It's kind of childish, you know." She laughs so hard. "Well, you look tired. Let's go home and eat dinner. It's getting dark and our home is far from here." She worriedly said.

They nodded and went home happily.
