"What did you say?" Zier coldly asked as if he is ready to kill anytime. Gray look into his papers then pointed the word.

"They are ready to start the battle at night. They team up with Qu Clan." He said seriously.

Qu Clan is the smallest clan who always keep a low-profile. This clan may look weak in the surface but this is full of assassins.

"Qu Clan. Right." Zier said and he gets his phone to make a call.

The call was answered by Lyricie.

"Wife, where are you?" He asked.

Lyricie laugh sweetly. [In my friend's house.] She answered.

"Gender." He said asking for the friend's gender.

He frowned. "Go back home now. You are not al –" Before he finish his words, he heard her laughing out loud.

[Geez, it's a female.] She cheekily answered.

He sighs. "Then, that's fine. I am going out to the country. I will be back next week. Take good care of yourself." He worriedly said. He didn't know if he will get shot or not. So to make her suspicious, he needs to hide for the meantime if he had one and heal it.

[Okay. If I caught you with a woman, I will to get the divorce.] She seriously said but her mind is full of laughter.

She can't believe he will do this not to make her worry. It is only a small war and he is acting like this? Is he afraid that if he get a shot then I saw one, what would he do?

"I love you." He calmly said as she hangs up suddenly. He chuckled.

Lyricie didn't waiting him to hangs up so she hangs up because it is time.

"It is time." Ama said. She nodded then she wears her contact lens and her mask. She also put on the voice changer.

Zier walked in his office then he opened his computer but he found out that his computer was opened by someone. It means someone broke in, but where?

Then he suddenly felt someone approaching. He turned around then pointed the gun in the hidden corner.

"Get out." Then he heard a giggle of a woman.

He walks closer to find out that she was not there. He turned around but he still can't find her.

He focused on his senses seriously. Then, he pointed the gun in the closet, he opened it but she is not there.

"Oh dear. Why can't you even find me?" He turned around to see a woman sitting on his chair. She wears simple black clothes with a rose printed on her c.h.e.s.t in her clothes. She has a pendant on her neck and it was beautiful and it has a complicated design. She wears a black doll shoes that perfectly fit in her dress. Her hair was in a bun with accessories of a rose. She has a mask on her mouth but her eyes are shown with a shade of black. Her pupils in her eyes are red.

He pointed the gun to her, he felt not dangerous around her but he knew this woman in front of her is powerful that possible exceeded his.

When he noticed the pendant on her neck, he put down his gun and put it in his back.

"So it is you, Dark Rose." His deep voice strung in her heart. She wanted to hug this guy now.

"Stop using your seductive voice on me. I hate it. Use it in your wife instead of me." She playfully said.

He frowned. "None of your business." He sits in the couch and carefully looks at her.

"This is your first time meeting this heiress. Well, I am not doing here for killing but instead to give you some advice." She coldly said. Her voice is indifferent, cold and cool.

"Voice changer, huh?" He said that makes her smile widely. This man… She thought.

"Don't change the topic. I am h-" She said but before she finish her words, she was stuck because she felt her stomach is kind of rolling. She wanted to puke.

She easily covered her mouth in a difference manner to not let him notice the change. But he still noticed it.

"What's wrong?" He asked coldly. He can't help but asked her for why she stopped talking but instead hold her mouth.

She makes a fake cough. "Water." She said. Having no response to the other party, she said again. "Water. Please give me a glass of water."

Zier nodded and call for someone to give water without moving his eyes on her.

When the water arrived, she immediately drank it without checking if it has a poison.

"Thanks." She said. She makes another fake cough.

"Do I know your real identity?" He curiously asked her.

But she didn't answer his question. "Archiend Clan's secrets are already in your computer. Qu Clan will not going to take a participated to the war. So the Archiend Clan will soon be banished. Please take good care of them. Especially the young leader of their clan, kill them all." She said as she stands up.

"I don't want to idle here so I will bid my good bye." She said as she walks towards the window however before she does that, Zier suddenly attacked her.

"Who says someone will going to live after entering my office?" He piercingly said as he attacked her.

Lyricie avoid every attacked but she can't help to admire her husband.

While admiring her husband, Zier grabs the voice changer and hold her wrist tightly.

Oops, I guess he would not really to let me go. She thought to herself.

"If your wife would see this scene, what would she do?" She reminded him but she realized that her voice changer fell on the floor. Now, it is too late.

"You. Who are you?" He asked. He didn't know but he felt this voice was extremely familiar.

Lyricie didn't answer when she pointed him her gun in the stomach.

She said in a harsh voice that she didn't use to him as Lyricie.

"Move." Zier let her go. That time, it makes her escape, but if there is net time, he will not going to make her escape one more time.
