If Camilla was held up by the leader of the Bandits they could very easily break away and completely overwhelm him.

Lucius's mind whirled as he quickly tried to come up with a way to survive this encounter.

That's when a thought suddenly came to his mind

'Alice has a lot of mana; she doesn't need to cast attack magic but just interfere by casting some control magic…'

Lucius looked towards the girl in question that was now shaking like a leaf in the wind and quickly got rid of that thought asking her to fight right now would be the same as signing a death warrant.

What should he do…

Run? Hide?

As all sorts of thoughts were flying through Lucius's mind, Lucius soon realised something.

'Of course! How could I be so stupid!'

'Just because she can't cast any attack magic doesn't mean she can't help in a fight!'

Lucius quickly turned towards Alice and held her hand with a desperate look in his eyes

"Alice cast all the support magic you know on me right now!"

Feeling Lucius grab her hand, Alice was a little shocked but hearing his commanding voice was enough to snap her out of her state of fear.

She nodded towards Lucius as a golden-white light flashed across her hands

[Cat's Agility]

[Bull's Strength]

[Tough Skin]

Lucius could feel a warm current flowing throughout his entire body as dashes of magical light scattered across his skin.

Feeling his strength grow with every second, Lucius's confidence began to grow as a cold light flashed in his eyes

Name: Lucius Vexx

Age: 18

Race: Human

Affiliation: Revolutionary Army

Strength: 9

Agility: 8

Stamina: 8

Mana: 0

Will: 5

Talents & Traits: none

Lucius looked at his stats and smiled viciously.

His stats had jumped up several times until they reached 9.

9 was the truer limit of the human body.

To progress past 9 in stats, humans would need to gain mana and break past the mortal limiter.

Without mana, no matter how hard a regular human trained they wouldn't break into the realms of a 3rd class fighter.

Of course, there were always exceptions to every rule but these were exceptions, not the norm.

Now with the strength to be unstoppable below the 3rd class fighter Lucius didn't want to spare the bandits for a moment longer

A cold expression appeared on his face as Lucius's ruthless voice chillingly sounded in the ears of everyone present.

"Camilla, Kill them all."

As soon as Camilla heard Lucius's instructions a chilling smile appeared on her face.

"With pleasure, Young Leader."

Camilla's eyes were enough to make a seasoned bandit nearly piss himself

Those disgusting creatures had dared to lust after the body of the Young Leader! Even though she, the most loyal guard and assistant to the young leader, hadn't managed to touch it yet!

Camilla was furious and wanted nothing more than to tear them to shreds!

The bandit's eyes could just widen in fear as they saw Camilla turn into a shadowy blur.

She kept into the crowd of bandits like a punching panther not slowing down in the slightest.

The unfortunate bandits she passed could only see a blur of red and black before their heads were sent flying into the sky.

Seeing the carnage unfolding amongst his subordinates, the bandit leader knew he couldn't afford to remain still.

The bandit leader let out a fierce cry as he stepped forward to engage Camilla.

The second Camilla saw this she just scoffed.

The bandit leader were both 3rd Class fighters but in her opinion, the bandit leader could never be her match.

Even amongst the same class, there were levels and the bandit leader wasn't on her level at all!

Although she might not be able to win instantly the victory in her mind was all it assured.

The Bandits leader's sword flashed towards Camilla but she didn't panic.

Stepping forward Camilla twirled her daggers, sliding them along the sword of the bandit leader allowing her to slip in closer and slash him in several places!

Whilst the bandit leader and Camilla were engaged in a fierce duel the other bandits didn't wait to spare Lucius either and all charged towards him.

Although he was slightly intimidated by the scene in front of him, Lucius knew that it wasn't the time to be cowardly.

When two people meet on a narrow road it is always the boldest person that wins!

Stepping forward a cold light flashed in Lucius's eyes as his sword soared.

At this point, Lucius couldn't be considered an expert in swordsmanship but with his training the past few days, he was leagues ahead of anything mere bandits could hope to compete with and in addition to his superior swordsmanship, with the buffs he had received from Alice, Lucius could now be considered a monster among men.

The sword in his hand crashed down, knocking back the swords of several bandits at once with just his brute strength alone, and Lucius didn't miss his chance.

His sword shuttled forward like a vicious snake, quickly piercing a hole in the throat of the first bandit.

Lucius don't even stop to think as his sword flashed out, leaving only silver light behind as it cleanly sliced the neck of another bandit

Seeing two bandits dropping to the floor the approaching bandits paused for a second.

They just saw Lucius knock back 5 attacking bandits at the same time and even killing two unlucky ones in the process.

Lucius instantly felt a faint feeling of disgust and dread that anyone would feel taking a life well up inside him but Lucius quickly managed to suppress it by convincing himself that these bandits were subhuman scum and that this wasn't the time nor place to be thinking about ethics.

Only after he surged would he have the right to talk about morals.

With the momentum on his side, Lucius didn't want to let it go for a moment and quickly stepped forward towards the group of stunned bandits.
