Harry The Harem Lord-1

Chapter 39 - Letters

Harry was finally back at his home after the adventure he had at the Black's House.

Inside, he met with Sara, who was just leaving for work and study. (Sara is the eldest daughter of the first Nobel family of America and Harry's first woman and business partner in the beginning.)

Since Harry had made a school for those who could awaken the magical power with the potion, she started attending it with Petunia, and many others from worldwide.

Sara also, once in a while, looks after the company, as, that is what she is good at, but with Molly there in charge of everything, Sara's workload decreases a lot and she can focus on the study.

Sara came forward and kissed Harry, "Hey, good morning! Someone looks happy today! Did something good happen at Black's?"

Harry hugged her, and replied with a smile, "You can say that! It is a good story to describe! Come, I will tell you while eating breakfast; I am starving!" Harry left after talking to them, as it was early in the morning, they hadn't had breakfast there, yet.

Sara kissed him again, "I bet it is, but I gotta go, getting late for school! Sorry, raincheck? I will hear all about it at night, promise!"

Harry was still hugging her, and not letting her leave, "Come on! It is our school, and you are the mistress of it! It doesn't matter if you go late for an hour or so!" Harry wanted to share how he found his godfather with another man, as it was hilarious.

Sara was reluctant to leave, "But it does! It is called the integrity of students! How about this, I will make it up to you when I am back, and we will do more than talking, how is it?"

Harry finally smiled and kissed her deeply, "Fine, I will see you at night!"

Sara then —with great reluctance — broke the kiss and hug and then left for school. When she moved a two-three step, she remembered something and turned around and said, "Right, there were two letters for you in the morning — one from the ministry and the other from some guy name dumb or something like that! See ya!" Then she gave a flying kiss and disappeared with magic.

"Hahaha..." Harry laughed when he heard Sara calling Dumbledore, a dumb guy. He shook his head and entered the home, bemused by Sara's word choice.

"I wonder what Hagrid might have to say if he had heard that," Harry wondered aloud.

Harry went to the dining table. There were two letters on the table. He first took a letter from the ministry wondering what they had to say, although he had an idea, as he was the one who spread the news through Rita in the first place!

As he expected, the letter was about his ancestry and his great grandfather's — Henry Potter's — post at Wizengamot, and trial whether Harry will inherit the title of chief warlock or not.

Wizengamot is wizarding Britain's high court of law and parliament. It predates the Ministry of Magic itself, dating back to the days of the medieval Wizards' Council.

The letter was as long as nine pages with formal writing about why Harry was needed there and what Wizengamot did and so on.

Harry skipped most of the things. He found some useful information too, like what Wizengamot members need to do. Harry was worried as he was going to Hogwarts next month, so he was afraid that he couldn't fulfill the duty of it, but to his relief, all the members weren't required all the time. He only needed to show up, if it was full-court or there was a need for the important matter to discuss.

"That is a relief! I don't need to attend every time. They can do what they want; I just want the position of Chief Warlock to increase the influence and get in contact with powerful wizards and witches. This makes it perfect, so I must have this position! No matter what!" Harry thought aloud. He then looked at another letter. It was from Dumbledore.

He was congratulating Harry on this achievement at such a young age. As on normal cases, they only let them take position after turning 17, so it was quite an exception. He also thought about Harry, as he was unfamiliar with the ministry, so tomorrow, Professor Minerva will come to accompany him to the ministry.

Harry smirked as he had visited the ministry many times with Narcissa when he was about to start the company, to get permission from the various division.

"If it is Minerva to accompany me, it will be better than with Hagrid. I think I should take Petunia with me as it considers a big deal, so little Harry can't go alone without family members." Harry put both letters aside as the breakfast was prepared and served by Wendy the house-elf.

While enjoying the various dishes, he thought, "In the Albus' letter, there is a subtle, underline indication of something big might happen tomorrow, and telling me to be mentally prepared. I wonder, what kind of move he is gonna play?" Harry pondered.

When he finished eating, he left for the room. He smiled as he figures something out, "It is like playing chess, but the game isn't standard, two players, and the enemy is yet to make any move! Even without his knowledge, he is making many things done for me. Aren't I smart!" Harry shamelessly praised himself. And he deserves to be prideful and even arrogant, as there aren't many people as smart as him, but Albus is one of them for sure, and Harry made use of him to achieve his plan!

Harry went to his room. He wanted to check the locket, whether it has any special power, hidden treasure or not.
