Harry The Harem Lord-1

Chapter 31 - Key To Kill Voldemort!

Harry was more than happy with a duel. It will not only let Draco away from his shoulder find fault but also will make Narcissa happy. At the same time, he will push the problem back to them about Daisy!

Harry was proud of his idea to kill 3 birds with 1 stone!

As a duel become official, Draco no longer stayed with them and left. Behind him, Harry and Neville were laughing not only for fooling Draco but also for his robe -- a gay robe.

People weren't looking much when they were together walking, but since he was walking alone, that was a different thing altogether!

Just as they expected, people were looking at Draco just as he passed by them, and a few of them were looking weirdly at him and some of their eyes were shining with not so good intent!

Draco was ignorant of everything as he looked pleased with himself for fooling Harry, which he, ironically, thought was his idea, but Harr had "guided" for that idea, which he was ignorant about. The second thing he pleased with was that people were paying more attention to him! He didn't think much about it and just enjoy the attention he was receiving. Alas, his happiness was short-lived, just as he turned right to go to another shop, he was stopped by two wizards with the same color robe as him.

Instantly he was displeased as his robe wasn't unique, as the assistant girl had claimed in the shop, and like he believed.

They looked up and down to take a closer look at Draco's body with undisguised l.u.s.t in their eyes!

Draco frowned and felt a chill running through his spine! He took a step back in fear. His pale face had no blood left!

Draco liked the attention, but the kind of attention he was receiving wasn't the one he liked at the moment!

He felt like he was among wolves and he was a lamb!

Behind him, Harry and Neville were laughing non stop at Draco's misfortune!

Harry couldn't help but think about how evil Malkin's idea was!

This incident will teach Draco a good lesson, and leave behind scare for the rest of his life!

Harry was now feeling much better. He didn't wait until the end of the drama. He knew, at most, Draco would be frightened shitless, as he was, after all, from a noble family, so in the end, this misunderstanding will be found out, and those two will run knowing this was just a joke by someone else. So Draco will be safe in the end. There won't be anything to look anymore.

Harry was happy to see his face, which was priceless! He just regrets not being able to capture this moment.

'I can invent the super-small magical camera!' Harry thought, and put this matter on his to-do list. He wanted to invent this item as soon as possible to not miss this kind of moment anymore.

'Well, I can make a video decoder too, and make a film of my adventures…' The more Harry thought about video and camera, the more intense his d.e.s.i.r.e become!

'With the help of the system, it will be easy! I'll do this first after I go back home!' Harry didn't want to miss anything anymore so he decided to put another thing on hold, and create this camera and video first!

After that, Harry and Neville went to buy the rest of the items. Hagrid finally decided to show up, and they also met with Nevile's grandmother, when they went Eeylops Owl Emporium — A pet shop — to buy a pet for the school.

They had three choices — cat, toad, owl —to choose one from them.

Hagrid had advice on the matter, which Harry agreed to, "Not a toad, toads went out of fashion years ago, you would be laughed at — and I don't like cats, they make me sneeze. All the kids want owls, they're dead useful, carry your mail and everything. I'll get you an owl. Let me make it up to you to leave you like that, and you too, Neville, to help Harry out."

Harry declined his offer to buy his first pet, but Hagrid insisted on it. While Neville was secretly happy and didn't oppose at all, as her grandmother had decided to buy him a toad, which he didn't find as useful as Hagrid told about owls.

Twenty minutes later, they left Eeylops Owl Emporium, which had been dark and full of rustling and flickering, jewel-bright eyes. Harry now carried a large cage that held a beautiful snowy owl, fast asleep with her head under her wing.

Harry was happy just watching her sleep. He was an animal lover, so that was, or maybe, it was Hedwig — The name Harry decided as it was a gift from Hagrid (and when Harry told Hagrid, he almost cries, but denied crying outright) — who was just beautiful to watch, making him peaceful.

Neville named his owl Trevor, but refused Hagrid's gift as the money for a pet was given by his Greatuncle, and Neville was more than happy to waste his uncle's money!

With that done, the only thing left to buy was a wand!

A magic wand . . . this was what Harry had been really looking forward to.

Harry already had self-made, and greatest of all wands, but he still went to Ollivanders. He had all the reason to go there. There was a wand — more accurately, a twin wand — which is key to kill Voldemort!

As Harry knew that the twin wand wouldn't allow their owners to fight, and even if they fight, the result would be equal standing!

Harry wanted to use this knowledge to this advantage!

Harry also knew that if the owner is scared of the other part than the equilibrium in the balanced twin wands would be broken, and one wand becomes dominant over the other!

Although the wand he had is already powerful, it needs to be completed as gathering all nine core would take time, and what was more that he didn't know how to get few of the cores mentioned!

Harry has no doubt about how powerful his wand is already, but he just didn't want to give up any chance to kill Voldemort!

With that in mind, he went to Ollivanders with others.

Ollivanders was the only place for wands — best wands! No, there is one place where the wand is even better than the Ollivanders, which is, Harvey's school! There, every student would get one personalized wand! But, they are asked to keep it a secret, as Harry wanted to use them if they are willing to help when the time comes to fight Voldemort!

So other than that, Ollivander is the best place for a wand!

The last shop was narrow and shabby. Peeling gold letters over the door read Ollivanders: Makers of Fine Wands since 382 b.c. A single wand lay on a faded purple cushion in the dusty window. A tinkling bell rang somewhere in the depths of the shop as all of them stepped inside.

There was hardly any place to stand and Hagrid's big build was as much of a hindrance as Harry liked it when clearing the crowded place!

Hagrid found a spindly chair in the corner and sat down to the other's relief.

This place reminded Harry of a library — the thousands of narrow boxes piled neatly right up to the ceiling. Before he could get a better view of the inside of the shop, he heard a soft voice near him.

Harry was better from hearing a sudden voice, but others weren't.

Hagrid must have jumped, too, because there was a loud crunching noise and he quickly got off the spindly chair.

Neville's grandmother dropped her bags with a big 'thud'.

While Neville jumps in fright and leaps back at the table behind him.

If the purpose of a sudden voice was to scare all of them and make practical jokes, then it was a very successful attempt!

Harry checked the source of the voice and found an old man was standing before them, his wide, pale eyes shining like moons through the gloom of the shop.

"Hello," said Harry awkwardly. He did not know what else to say.

But to everyone's surprise, the man didn't look a bit awkward at all. He altogether ignored it!

yes," said the man. "Yes, yes. I thought I'd be seeing you soon. Harry Potter." It wasn't a question. "You have your mother's eyes. It seems only yesterday she was in here herself, buying her first wand. Ten and a quarter inches long and swishy, made of willow. Nice wand for charm work."

Mr. Ollivander moved closer to Harry. Harry wished he would blink. Those silvery eyes were a bit creepy, well, he wouldn't have minded if it was a woman!

He ignored Harry's annoyed eyes, and went on, "Your father, on the other hand, favored a mahogany wand. Eleven inches. Pliable. A little more power and excellent for transfiguration. Well, I say your father favored it — it's really the wand that chooses the wizard, of course."

Mr. Ollivander had come so close that he and Harry were almost nose to nose. It was starting to get in Harry's nerve. Harry could see himself reflected in those misty eyes.

"And that's where . . ." Mr. Ollivander touched the lightning scar on Harry's forehead with a long, white finger.

"I'm sorry to say I sold the wand that did it," he said softly. "Thirteen-and-a-half inches. Yew. A powerful wand, very powerful, and in the wrong hands . . . well, if I'd known what that wand was going out into the world to do. . . ." He shook his head with a bitter smile.

Only then, and to Harry's relief, he found other people in the shop, "Well, we have many guests today, I must say, Hagrid, Mrs. Longbottom, and ah, this must be your grandson, yes?" He nodded to each in acknowledging their presence.

Mrs. Longbottom was the first to recover, "Oh, yes! We are here to buy a wand for Neville and Harry."

Nevill didn't look comfortable, which Harry failed to notice about his friend in his thoughts about Voldemort.

Neville finally spoke, "Only for Harry," all the people looked at him with puzzled gaze, which he replied with, "I have my father's wand, no need for another one!" He tried to smile but failed.

Mrs. Longbottom said, "You child still..." she shook her head but didn't say anymore. It was clear that the matter was over and she wasn't willing to say anymore.

Harry decided to ask his friend later about it and gift him a specialized wand on his birthday. So Harry was the only one left to buy the wand.

"Well, now — Mr. Potter. Let me see." He pulled a long tape measure with silver markings out of his pocket. "Which is your wand arm?"

"Er — well, I'm right-handed," said Harry, as he was thinking about his friend.

"Hold out your arm. That's it." He measured Harry from shoulder to finger, then wrist to elbow, shoulder to floor, knee to armpit and round his head. As he measured it, he said, "Every Ollivander wand has a core of a powerful magical substance, Mr. Potter. We use unicorn hairs, phoenix tail feathers, and the heartstrings of dragons. No two Ollivander wands are the same, just as no two unicorns, dragons, or phoenixes are quite the same. And of course, you will never get such good results with another wizard's wand."

Which Harry was already aware of, and even better, that of Mr. Ollivander, but he didn't say anything, and in the meantime Mr. Ollivander was flitting around the shelves, taking down boxes. Harry also notice from the corner of his eyes that Neville and her grandmother were silently communicating with their eyes, which he let them as Harry didn't want to invade in their family matter.

"That will do," he said, and the tape measure crumpled into a heap on the floor. "Right then, Mr. Potter. Try this one. Beechwood and dragon heartstring. Nine inches. Nice and flexible. Just take it and give it a wave."

The wand was instantly mastered by Harry with his rich knowledge!

Harry had to suppress the wand and not make any movement, as when the wand recognized the owner, it let out some kind of indication. Every different wand lets out a different kind of spell or movement! It was only known by Wandmakers, and Harry was best among them!

With no movement from the wand, Mr. Ollivander snatched it out of his hand almost immediately.

"Maple and phoenix feather. Seven inches. Quite whippy.

Try —"

Harry tried and the wand recognized him as the owner, and that too was suppressed by Harry— but he had hardly raised the wand (to fool others, which was hard considering Mr. Ollivander's talent) when it, too, was snatched back by Mr. Ollivander.

"No, no — here, ebony and unicorn hair, eight and a half

inches, springy. Go on, go on, try it out."

Harry tried. And tried. He mastered all the wands given to him and suppressed it. The pile of tried wands was mounting higher and higher on the spindly chair, but the more wands Mr. Ollivander pulled from the shelves, the happier he seemed to become. Others were puzzled and worried by this, but Harry, on the other hand, as wandmaker himself understood this, which was rare to get this kind of costumer!

"Tricky customer, eh? Not to worry, we'll find the perfect match here somewhere — I wonder, now — yes, why not — unusual combination — holly and phoenix feather, eleven inches, nice and supple."

This was the wand he was looking for! Harry knew it even before he touched it!

Harry took the wand. He didn't suppress the wand this time. He felt a sudden warmth in his fingers. The wand had recognized the owner! He raised the wand above his head, brought it swishing down through the dusty air and a stream of red and gold sparks shot from the end like a firework, throwing dancing spots of light on to the walls. Hagrid whooped and clapped, and so did Neville, and her grandmother saw this with a smile, and then Mr. Ollivander cried, "Oh, bravo! Yes, indeed, oh, very good. Well, well, well... how curious...how very curious..."

He put Harry's wand back into its box and wrapped it in brown paper, still muttering, "Curious . . . curious . . ."

"Sorry," said Harry as he had to act like a newbie student, "but what's curious?"

Mr. Ollivander fixed Harry with his pale stare. "I remember every wand I've ever sold, Mr. Potter. Every single wand. It so happens that the phoenix whose tail feather is in your wand gave another feather — just one other. It is very curious indeed that you should be destined for this wand when its brother — why, its brother gave you that scar."

Harry swallowed.

"Yes, thirteen-and-a-half inches. Yew. Curious indeed how these things happen. The wand chooses the wizard, remember...I think we must expect great things from you, Mr. Potter... After all, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named did great things — terrible, yes, but great nonetheless!"

Mr. Ollivander looked around and said, "It is better not to spread this kind of thing if you know what I mean." All of them nodded with difficulty. It was hard to swallow such a secret!

Harry paid seven gold Galleons for his wand and left with others, and Mr. Ollivander bowed them from his shop.

Harry was happy to find one of the key which was essential to kill Voldemort and started humming merry song!

Later, they parted ways with Neville and her grandmother. Harry and Neville promise to write to each other, as it sounded fascinated to talk and exchange letters!

Harry and Hagrid then made their way to a nearby subway station to return to his home, as Hagrid was forbidden to use magic, and while Harry didn't supposed to know any magic.

Harry didn't mind waiting for some time, also, Hagrid was good company, and both of them had many things to talk about — especially animals!

Harry was all smile when they reached home. Hagrid then took his leave with the motorcycle he came on.

The shopping for school ended just like that!

Harry achieved all the results he wanted except one — to check and search for Horcrux!

For that matter, he decided to make another trip, and at the same time could have fun with Malkin.

Harry found a letter to his surprise — not shock, as he was waiting for this. The letter was from his Godfather — Sirius Black!

Harry grind as the family meeting of Blacks was decided and all the black family members will be gathered!

HTHL-HTHL-HTHL

While Harry was enjoying his success, Mr. Ollivander was busy writing the letter. In the letter, there was a detailed description of the event that happened during Mr. Potter's visit!

He ties a letter around the gray owl's leg, "It is for him."

The owl understood that there was only one receiver, and the owl itself was secret and kept for exchange of important things. The owl had sent letters of utmost importance in the last war and helped in the dark to defeat you-know-who! The owl flew at unimaginable speed and in just a few moments it disappears from the sight! The owl flew toward the famous school known as Hogwarts!
