Harry The Harem Lord-1

Chapter 24 - Is He M.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.t?

As Harry and Neville started walking away from the ice cream shop, Neville regained his wits.

"That was so awesome, Harry. For a moment there, I thought I was a goner — dying by crazy fans of yours. But who knew you would be able to handle them so skillfully! I am really impressed!" exclaimed Nevile.

Although I Neville was with Harry for many years and went on many, many adventures, he was still shocked every time and this time it was more so.

Harry just smiles in response. He didn't want to talk about that anymore, so he changed the topic back to what they were talking about before this "Draco's fiasco" — about broomsticks.

Just as Harry expected, Neville started talking animatedly, even though he was afraid of riding one, not long ago!

When they were engrossed in talking, they heard someone clearing their throat to clearly gain their attention.

'Oh Joy, I almost forgot about you. Can't you stay silent? No one will think you are mute.' Harry was clearly irritated.

Draco was like a fly and Harry seemed like honey to him. He just had to stick around Harry and make things difficult.

"What?" Harry didn't bother with formality anymore, especially considering he was the "enemy."

Harry had beat every and all the enemies that came in his way, black and blue. Considering them, Draco wasn't on par at all.

Draco was momentarily stunned as he didn't expect such a rude answer. No one had talked to him like this, from childhood until now. He came out of a daze when Harry demanded the answer a second time.

"Well, what is it? Spit it out! I don't have all day, you know! I am a busy man! I have a world to save!" Harry assumes the haughty attitude. Neville, near him, gave a secret thumbs up. He was trying hard not to laugh.

Draco almost spits out his blood in his anger. His pale looking face was devoid of blood now. He looked like a corpse coming out from the grave.

Harry knew he was done, as no kid of his age could tackle this, of course, other than himself.

Harry wasn't expecting an answer so he started walking, but to his surprise, Draco recovered. He wanted to introduce himself and tag along with them, and in meanwhile, he could make a plan, as all his previous plans failed, he said, "My friends and I just wanted to..."

Although Harry started walking, Neville didn't. He also knew all this commotion was caused by this pale looking boy. Neville didn't know nor cared about him, but he wanted to teach him a lesson, so he was waiting to take revenge. 'How dare he try to make fun of my friend? Humph, humph. I won't let you go that easily.'

Neville cut him in a half-sentence, "Oh, I know. I get it." Neville said cheerfully.

Draco was secretly pleased. 'At least this dumb looking kid knows about me and my great family.' But what he said next froze his blood.

"You are here for Harry's autograph, aren't you? But, as you heard him saying, he is busy. Well, we can't tell you more as it is for saving the world!" Neville spoke with a straight face.

Harry's eyes were twinkling and he had a bemused smile on his face. He knew Neville would generally lay low, but when start speaking, he was on par with fierce mode Ginny! And oh boy, you don't wanna mess with mad Ginny.

Neville looked at Harry when Draco wasn't looking. He winked at Harry, and then looked at Draco again. Harry winked back.

"You are wrong about that, Neville," said Harry.

Draco got some blood back. 'Young hero, no, no, no. Harry is still somewhat better. Dumber, but better than that idiot.'

"They are here to help and carry our bag!" Harry said in a matter-of-factly tone.

Draco couldn't take it anymore and fell to the ground!

"What the..." cursed Neville loudly.

Harry also didn't expect Draco to faint!

At most, he wanted to make fun of him, as it was obvious to take revenge and repay them in kind.

Draco's two 'simple-minded' cronies were as clueless as ever.

"You," Harry pointed at one of them, "carry him there, near the shop."

"And you, go and get water," Harry ordered another one too.

They were stupid and didn't know much, but they were good at following orders. Both started doing what was told them.

Neville now looked nervous. Harry raised his brow at him. "He had heat stock and fainted, clear?" Neville nodded, as they had lied to elders many times, and at those times Harry would come up with a follow-up plan of lies to cover their deeds.

Neville looked better as he had the utmost confidence in Harry's ability. "What if they spoke the truth?"Asked Neville.

"Not a chance! They then had to explain why we did what we did, and that matter of ice cream would soon go crazy, so there is no way they could hide or lie about that. They have to go with whatever we tell them to," concluded Harry nonchalantly.

Neville had a thoughtful expression. He nodded after thinking it through. He was then back to his cheerful self.

Goyle put Draco in support of the shop's wall. Crabbe got the water too.

With a jerk, Draco wakes up. His face and whole head were covered in water, as Crabbe just spills everything on Draco. Harry and Neville were taking p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e in his misfortune. There is no need for the enemy if they had a friend like Crabbe. Harry didn't give Draco time to recover.

"Oh, you had heat stock! How unfortunate! I was hoping you could help with my bags. Forget it, you are so weak already." Harry didn't forget to spread the salt on his wound, no mercy to enemies!

Draco looked like he would pass out again. Harry signal to Crabbe, who was ready to throw the rest of the water at Draco.

Draco saw that too. He hurriedly stood up and moved away from them.

He took a deep breath in and controlled his anger. He looked like he could spit out fire from his eyes. "Who wanted to carry your bags? Do you even know who I am?"

Harry was surprised, as Draco kept coming back for more. 'Maybe he is of that kind. I had to ask more about it to my darling Dianna. But, I am 70% sure he is a m.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.t.'

"Oh, you forget about yourself?" Harry again signaled, "Do it!"

"Don't you dare Crabbe!" yelled Draco, but it was too late. He is now covered in water. "You dumbass, whose side are you!?"

"Well done Crabbe! Look, he regained his memory! You did well. Do this every time in the future he forgets — it is the best cure!" Harry praised Crabbe and patted his back.

Crabbe moved his fat head in delight and looked at Goyle with mocking eyes.

"Damn these idiots" cursed Draco. He gritted his teeth. He couldn't go back like this. He needed to succeed, no matter what.

"Let me tell you my great family name —Malfoy. And, I am Draco Malfoy! I am going to Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions. She made a new kind of fabric, which was supposed to change everything in that industry. Well, you could come here, of course, that is, if you could afford it." Draco started walking but slowly, as he was clearly waiting for Harry to take the bait and follow him.

Harry didn't know his Malkin was creating new fabric. 'She must have wanted to give me a surprise, otherwise, she would have told me.'

What was more surprising was that Draco preserved until now, even though he was clearly worn off. Harry saw anger, unwillingness, and... helplessness?

Harry was puzzled, so when Draco was about to turn his face and walked away, he used Legilimency to know what was he thinking. Even though Harry had less than a fraction of a second, with his mastery, he still found something out.

There were two thoughts that filled Draco's mind.

The first was: "Become better than Harry…"

The second was: "Shame him, drag him and become better than him…"

Harry was speechless. 'Dude, for whatever reason, you want to become better than me, but why drag me down? Can't you work harder to become a better person??'

Harry shacks his head. He then had a crazy idea. He called Narcissa through a soul-link.

'Hey honey, how are you?' asked Harry.

'Don't ask, I am in a bad mood." She sounded pleased, though, hearing Harry's voice.

'Is that so? If you could come to Malkin's shop for some time, I can change that mood of yours, how is it?' Harry knew that she didn't like her husband, and as she had to come here, she was in a bad mood. But still, she sounded angrier than usuals, only annoyed.

'What?? Is that for real? You are there? I am just at two minutes' walking distance! No, no, I will be there in five!' She now sounds cheerful.

Harry was used to women's unusual logic. Two minutes away — Be there in five! He knew what she really meant was that she needed those three minutes for a quick touch up before the meeting.

Harry then started walking while singing merrily. 'Let's have some crazy adventures!'
