Harry The Harem Lord-1

Chapter 21 - Potter Family's Vault!

All of them finally reached Harry's vault. It wasn't as secure as the previous one.

There was one gigantic door in front of them. Harry moved forward to open the door. He placed his golden key in the keyhole and opened the door.

Hagrid helped him as he thought Harry couldn't push this big door.

White smoke came out of it. The first thing Harry could see was a mountain of gold coins!

Harry was prepared for the change, but this was too much. Even Hagrid was surprised. The goblin made a stupid sound.

Hagrid looked at the goblin who was looking at all the gold with greedy eyes. "All right, your job is done here. You can wait for us in the cart."

The goblin walked away as he looked one last time at a mountain of gold.

"Greedy fellows. Do not trust them ever," advised Hagrid.

Harry nodded absentmindedly. He moved inside, to his surprise, the vault was longer than it looked. There were many other things behind the mountain of gold.

"Alright, let's take some gold for the shopping, but not too much, as it would be hard to keep at home. It would be safer here," said Hagrid. He took out a bag from God-knows-where, he started to put some gold.

"There are no Silver Sickles or Bronze Knuts, here," complained Hagrid. It was more like self-talking, so Harry or Jessica didn't reply to him. They went behind a mountain of gold.

The first thing Harry saw was the album. He went near it and opened it. To his great surprise, it was of his parents.

They were —Harry's parents, James and Lily — standing near the stadium. James was in the uniform of Quidditch and possibly won the match from the looks of it. Harry touched the photo with emotions.

When he thought he remembered every possible detail of photo in his mind, he changed to the second one.

In the photo, this time it was Lilly. She was holding a trophy, and James was hugging her from behind. They looked happy.

Harry didn't know what that trophy was for, but he remembered the details, so he could ask someone later on.

Both of his parents were expectably talented people. No wonder he was a dragon amongst the man!

As the saying goes: No need to paint phoenix's eggs, they will be beautiful, no matter what!

Harry felt proud of his parents. To be honest, he didn't know much about his parents, and there was no one who would talk with him, about them.

Harry wanted to check out the whole album at once, but Jessica stopped him. "Why don't you check it when we return home?

Harry agreed and kept the album in his Spatial Ring with great care.

There were two more things — the family tree and old parchments.

He took old parchments in hand and cleared the dust. There was something written. Harry read and surprisingly found Potion's method for the cure of some diseases.

There were two potions which were still used in modern days — Skele-Gro and Pepperup Potion.

There was a small line at the end of each potion —created by Linfred of Stinchcombe.

Harry didn't know who that person was but he remembered it.

He kept the potion's method in his ring and went to the last thing —the family tree.

It was one of those super expensive and rare family trees. It was a special kind of artifact.

When the owner binds it with his blood, the family tree artifact would mark him as an ancestor and whenever he had a child in the future, it will appear in tree automatically!

It will continue on as long as there are still people with the same bloodline!

Harry checked and found his name and photo on the last leaf of the tree.

He checked around his name. He was looking for a possible-but-unknown brother or sister. Heck, even half a brother or sister would do too.

But there was none. He was the last descendant of the Potter family.

Just above his name and photo, there was his parent's photo and name —James Potter and Lily Evans.

Harry then was curious to know who was his ancestor. Harry was shocked to see a familiar name, which he just memorized — Linfred of Stinchcombe!

"No wonder, no wonder the potion's method was here as it was created by my ancestors." Harry thought. "I will start selling all these potions created by him at my company, as I can't let his legacy be lost." Harry decided.

Harry then started to study the family tree. There was this one name that he thought had heard somewhere — Iolanthe Peverell. She was the daughter-in-law of his ancestor. Harry shook his head and decided to remember it later.

There was one more surprise when he got down — Abraham Potter!

Abraham Potter was an American wizard and one of the original twelve Aurors in the United States of America.

"Doesn't that mean I can go there and claim the position of noble there. It would stop babbling of Sara's father, at least, when I will tell him about my real form." Harry excitedly thought.

There was also one famous name— Henry, the great grandfather of Harry. He served in the Wizengamot from 1913 to 1921.

Wizengamot is a high wizard court law. And the descendant of a member could claim the position with enough contribution!

Harry's contribution was known by all the wizarding world so he could go right now and claim his position if he wished!

Harry was pleasantly surprised, as he was thinking hard about how to get inside the ministry. There was Amelia, but being there in person was a totally different thing.

He decided that he would go and claim his position as a member of Wizengamot before he leaves for the school.

Harry also stored it carefully inside his magical ring. He only noticed now that the corner of his eye was wet. He tries to wipe it secretly but Jessica saw it. He just didn't want to show his embarrassing side of her.

She came forward and gently wiped his tears. Harry gave her a reassuring smile and both of them came out.

Hagrid was almost finished with the gold because he was counting every coin he was putting in.

Harry found it weird, but he didn't say anything as he was thinking about many things, mostly about his parents. "How good would that be if they were alive?"

Harry sighs with helplessness. Current him couldn't do anything, but that was true for the future. Once he had asked the system what his reward for becoming Harem Lord (which requires to find 9 women who love him unconditionally), and the system said the reward would be the completion of his dearest wish.

Harry's spirit rose thinking until then. He was motivated to become Harem Lord, and for that to become a good person to find those 9 women.

He smiled and looked at Jessica, who was looking at him worriedly. She looked relieved when she saw Harry's genuine smile.

"Alright, it's all counted and collected," said Hagrid."Let's go!"

Harry nodded and left, while Hagrid closed the door behind.

"Since we have a treasure we need, let's go shopping," said the giant.

Harry nodded his head, but his greatest treasure wasn't gold it was his parent's album!
