after Raizel did check his 'Status' and he took out three books, the first book is 'Shinsoku/GodSpeed' this book will give him a passive boost in speed in (lvl 01 'Beginner') it gives a boost of +50% in AGI a.k.a speed and also +80% in reaction speed and make his Dexterity high too, and second is 'Hitotsume: Nadegiri' the very fast Sword Draw Technique from Yama-jii, lastly is Kenbonshoku no Haki it requirements were just 150 in SPR and 100 in INT, after he got the skills three notifications for the skills description appeared.

all of the 7 got good stats for them to not be in Paradise this means they stayed here to dominate this part of the Sea, and they seem to be named by numbers.

looking toward each other, Raizel raised his Sword in one hand and took out the sheath from his waist and hold it in his other hand, and the 7 raised their own Weapons and in a second the melee users from the 7 rushed at Raizel while the Range ones backed away to get distance from him, Raizel himself jumped toward the incoming enemies and start to clash with them while evading the attacks from the Range enemies this continue for 5 minutes and none gained the upper hand suddenly his 'Kenbnshoku' that was leveling for sure picked up a danger along with his skill 'Danger Sense' but the weird thing it was coming from a different direction.

Raizel Jumped back only for a throw Axe to land where he was before, looking around him Raizel found that the number of the black Suits doubled before he was fighting 7 now he got 14 probably the ones from the second ship joined and there still the ones in the bigger ship, right now you may think Raizel is weak but he was just holding back to raise his 'Kenbonshoku no Haki' level.

right now his 'Kenbonshoku no Haki' Level raised from 1 to Level 4 raising his range in both active and passive stats his passive range now is 10 meter and his active is about 30 meter.
