Not long after the death of a Dark Knight, the upper echelons of the demon force called for an emergency meeting in response. There were a lot of Dark Marshall and Commanders taking part, even some Dark Masters. Defeating one of their warriors at the level of a Knight is deemed impossible. The Executors of Justice shouldn't have awakened from their mortal minds yet. Throughout the years, the Demon Force has been controlling humanity's lifestyle and corrupting it to their needs. Many officials have fallen to the dark force and submit to their will. They will do what needs to be done when the order is given. But this, they weren't expecting one of their knights to fall. They know they had to eliminate this troublemaker to ensure their plan remains in effect. But the problem was that they locate the subject in one of the I.S.B. Headquarters, the Nonashield. They spread the headquarters across the world, totaling 13 headquarters. The higher the number, the stronger the base is.

They locate the Nonashield in Southeast Asia, specifically the Chimera Kingdom. The Chimera Kingdom, like any other Kingdom, is affiliated with the Dragon Empire. The Monarch of the Kingdom is High King Ashton Bloodstream. They awarded him the rank after leading the alliance soldiers to victory in the Battle of Ashen. They record it as one of the most tragic battles to ever have occurred. The death toll was uncountable, only a few corpses remained intact, the insurgency leaders suddenly dissipated. Despite its heavy losses, the Chimera Kingdom remains the strongest kingdom under the bright and intelligent leadership of its officers. With such a strong will, the demon could not touch them at all.

Since it's impossible to end him, they began discussing other contingency plans to ensure this doesn't happen again. Since potential candidates usually have not sin, they cannot directly interfere with their life. Normally, they would set up their family and make their life miserable, hoping that they would be desperate enough to kill themselves.

"I suggest we deploy a squad of Knights to investigate the matter. We must know what is causing this or else there will be more to come."

"But if we interfere, it will cause a backlash."

"I'm sure that the new batch of knights is more intelligent than their older generation. Don't you agree, Dark Grand Master Narok?"

"I concur. They will produce wonderful results for us. There is no harm in doing so. Remember that we have an endless supply of dark warriors."

"I guess it is settled then. I will lead the men since no one is volunteering for the job."

After that was said, all the figures dissipated instantly as they have finished the meeting. There is no room for objection in front of the Grand Master. If it d.e.s.i.r.es for your death, you will die immediately. Not even the demons aren't scared of death, the torture will be endless before they die.

When the new dark knights under the direct command of Master Tonbur entered the dark portal gate. An unnoticeable small crack appeared not long before the gate closed. Powerful energy was spreading throughout the Earth. As powerful entities, both holy and dark warriors can choose to be invisible in the presence of mortals. It is a written law that neither side can break. If one does break it, they will disappear as if they have never existed.

Since the Chimaera Kingdom was nearly full of disciples of God, they can't act carelessly and prioritize in planting evil seeds in the heart of the humans. It is pretty much up to their willpower and faith whether they will fall into the dark side or not. Since they would be able to unleash holy magic if it fails, they were mostly killed before gaining the ability to do so.

A few days later, a good number surprisingly have fallen to the dark side, mostly thanks to the Cubus Battalion unit. Their charm and attractiveness have caused many disputes among men and women, this is especially true in civilians as the converted ones were mostly civilians. The high-ranking business leaders started to apply technically legal monopoly practices, but devastating for the people. No one knew why they did this, but it has caused the economy currency to drop more than a quarter in such a short time. The Kingdom took notice of this and began taking action by arresting them under other charges and claiming it was the order of the Monarch. In response to emergencies, it is written in the constitution that the King has the ultimatum for all decisions regarding the Kingdom unless overridden by the Emperor. This didn't matter to the demons as it has bear fruits already, some potential candidates have been confirmed dead by murder, suicide and much more. As this was all happening, the Dark Master was laughing crazily in his heart.

"This will be fun."

"Do you think so?"

"Who's there? Show yourself!"

An old man in archbishop clothing accompanied by two young bishops and a squad of crusaders led by a paladin can be seen hovering in the air. While they can't be considered a match against him, there were too many of them and engaging them will lose his focus in controlling the seeds. Since there was no choice, he decided to release his anger.

"Don't blame me for being merciless since you asked for it!"

Thick dark aura began emitting from his body as he said it. His body transformed into a dark lord. His face is covered in the black skull, his body covered in dark metal and his hands gripping a dark sword.

" A Dark Master, huh? Luckily, we brought over our special weapon just for you."

The beam of holy lights was shot from magical weapons the crusaders were carrying. It pierced through Tonbur's evil heart, causing him to gnash his teeth in pain. He could feel his energy depleting rapidly and losing his mind. He never thought that the idiotic humans could be this powerful, he had to inform the Council about it. Unfortunately for him, there was no room for escape. Knowing this, he decided to fight all he can.

"To think that I would die in the hands-off an old Archbishop. I will show you what fear truly is."

His body turned into a black cloud that spreads throughout the city. The Archbishop's face went pale when he noticed what it is. A dark lord could sacrifice himself and infect the population with their remaining power. Knowing that they must protect the children of Gods at all cost, they willingly sacrifice themselves in the guardian formation.

" Activate the Guardian formation!"

"For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways."

As the magic was chanted, both the dark cloud and the holy warriors disappeared into nothingness. The night changed into the day, the sunlight piercing through all the evil, even the new batch of dark knights were extinguished by the light. The people's mind was purified from all the evil thoughts, regaining their control. Even the thieves and police stopped fighting and were kneeling and praying to the Lord. This caused much holy energy to spread throughout the land and nearby, indirectly harming the dark forces present. The effect was so strong that it decimated a Commander-tier Demon effortlessly.

The government that is busy monitoring the situation didn't know what to do, the King himself was currently resting in his seclusion. A few days later, a letter written by the Emperor arrived, stating that all criminals and sinners must repent or they will face execution. While some did repent, most of them did not as they were deluded that they would not dare touch them. The reality, however, was different, a legion of crusaders was sent to the area to solve the issue. The crusaders shot down all of the sinners with their holy blaster rifle as they march throughout the Kingdom in their white-gold metal armor.

As the news has broken out, the dark masters hosted another meeting to discuss how they should approach humans. The damage from the backlash was more powerful than they thought. While the Empire wasn't giving it's citizens much freedom like the Republic, it taught it's citizens very well in the ways of God. They concluded the meeting with the following agreement :

1) The Demon Force will focus on attacking the Phoenix Republic

2) No attack on the Dragon Empire should be made unless designated as a priority by the majority of the Dark Council or ordered by the Dark Grandmaster.

With that, the Demon Force retreated from the Empire and headed for the Republic to conquer it. Time is a price they can't pay. The Judgement Day is near, they can feel the power coming down to Earth.
