Even Though You Are Crazy.

"Miss Yu Yan...How could you take a day off without informing the office first? and on top of that you arrive two hours late? Is this your father's company that you come and go whenever you please? Please remember that you only recently join the company. Many people would kill to get this job. You can always quit if you are tired of working..Do you Understand?!" The manager in charged of her department reprimanded her in a stern voice.

"Yes" Yu Yan said bowing her head.She was so embarrassed and ashamed of herself.

It was all that bastard Li Jun's fault. If only he had let her come to office yesterday after the accident and if only he had not insisted on "messing around a bit" in the bathroom this morning,she would not have been two hours late.

"Its your last chance. Next time , I wouldn't be this lenient. Remember it" The manager dismissed her.

Yu Yan came out sighing as she opened the glass door and walked out.

"How was it? Did she scold you very badly?" Feng Mian asked holding onto one of Yu Yan's arm.

Yu Yan denied that she was scolded by shaking her head slightly.

"Don't worry. She is like that to everyone. But she is a nice person" Feng Mian understood anyway and comforted Yu Yan.

"mmm"Yu Yan nodded trying to cheer herself up .

Together they went to their cubicle.

ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE OFFICE

Li Jun had only just arrived. His main secretary Miss Catherine was waiting for him by the private elevator door as usual.

"Sir, I did as you ordered and indeed , the company's stocks are increasing" She passed him an electronic tablet showing the stock market rise.

Li Jun looked at it for a bit and continued walking towards the meeting room.

Catherine continued to speak.

"Also, you have a lunch meeting at Food for Gods restaurant with CEO Wu . CEO So`ng and Director Cao has been leaving request for a meeting with you at the secretarial department for two weeks now.I thought I'd run it by you.. again.The green heart Charity's Director made a personal call this morning to ask if the Company was interested in helping their cause. Your friend Murong Jian called me again to fix a meeting.... Video conference with CEO..."

Catherine speaking and precisely, not leaving anything out. Everything she had said just now was only the tip of the iceberg. Li Jun had much more to do.

As Li Jun hurriedly entered the already full meeting room the entire room of people stood up in a form of respect and bowed deeply. They only sat down as Li Jun himself sat in the front .

Even though he himself was more than an hour late, he was not scolded like his wife had been.

"Begin" He demanded.

Two hours later the meeting was done.

" Black list Fengfu Enterprises from all of Li Enterprises` branches. I don't care if they are Royalty or if they are going to bring good business for us. I don't want to work with people who have betrayed us once" Li Jun said to the room as he went out of the room first.

Li Jun went to his spacious, private office.

"Sir" Catherine passed him a file.

Ren Hao Pan in the picture was looking straight into the camera like he knew exactly where the camera was.

Li Jun was a little bewildered. Clearly this man had void the contract and choose to pay the hefty cancellation fine right after the accident had happened.

Li Jun was not naive enough to think that it was a coincidence too.

"You married this barbarian?" That man had declared even before Yu Yan had introduced them. So, the man knew who they were from the get go.

According to what the guards had said, Yu Yan did not seem to know who he was either.. it was a mystery.

This guy had only been in China for ten days .. meeting Yu Yan was impossible.

So, did that mean the guy was just a new business competitor ?

Li Jun nodded.

Why did some new dude need to come up asking for a fight out of nowhere. He was already so busy because of all his work.

" Catherine do me another thing before you go" Li Jun said in a tired voice.

"Yes sir" Came the prompt reply.

"I need you to arrange for a personal secretary for me ... a male one" Li Jun said Lazily.

Catherine was stunned into silence. Did Li Jun just fire her?

Why would he do that?. He already had more than five office secretaries but only one P.A.

The P.A followed Li Jun around and was privy to s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e informations.

Yes, of course her work had been more laid back after Li Jun married recently but she was the only one amoungst the secretarial department who knew about most of Li Jun's shady businesses.

She had been brought up by the Li family solely for the purpose of becoming Li Jun's most reliable confidant.
