Even Though You Are Crazy.

The Sun peeked into the room through the slit between the heavy purple curtains and rays fell on the back of the sprawled n.a.k.e.d man laying on the vast bed. One of his hand was tucked underneath his head and the other was wrapped like a vine around the body of the woman sleeping in a fetal position beside him.

Li Jun woke up first. His natural body clock waking him up despite the fact that he had only slept for a few hours. He first craned his neck to look at the side of the bed his wife slept on. He smiled at the woman sleeping with her mouth opened... ' so cute'... he grinned sheepishly.

He proceeded to reach for his phone to check if there was anything important requiring his attention. He planned to go back to sleep with his wife right after. Like always there were many important things and he ignored them like he had done this entire month since his marriage. ' What am I paying them for if they can't even handle simple things like these' He grumbled internally to himself. As he scrolled down he saw a peculiar text from his head of security. it was a 3 minutes security clip of right outside the front gate of moon palace. The clip began with a car without a license plate driving by. It stopped in front of his gate and after a minute the back window rolled down.He could make out the shape of a man but he couldn't see much else. After a while the window rolled up again and the car drove away...the video had the time stamp- 2:11 am.

'What the hell!!?' Li Jun thought as he got off the bed walking towards the bathroom to make a call to his head of security.

" Greg speak to me" Li Jun spoke gruffly in fluent English. Mr Greg was an ex FBI agent he had spent millions of dollars to get to his team. He was very good at his job.

"Sir. The car is without a license plate so we could not link it to anyone but a car of the same built and make was found in the early mornings abandoned in the xx seedy slum areas.No CCTV images found. No prints found on it either. The image from the back seat was scanned using image sensory but the man wore a mask and black shades. No identifiable features.We can conclude that the visit was premeditated and they didn't want to be found. Nothing broken.Nothing stolen. We don't know the agenda of the visitors either." Greg spoke calmly and precisely.

Li Jun hung up.

Greg was fast. But the people who had paid his home a visit last night were obviously professionals. But what did they want.? where they somehow sending a message? was it a challenge? He contemplated as he got ready to face the day.
