A Few Days Had Gone By After Her Decision To Leave. She had planned to contact a lawyer soon and get the divorce papers.

It would be simple enough since there was no child custody to battle for, nor did she want any financial support from Li Jun after the divorce. She planned to return to him all the properties he had bought under her name, the mansion included.

She would be keeping the money under her bank account though. She would need that money to survive.

Yu Yan wiped an errant tear drop away as her imagination soared.

The decision to leave was not only due to her inability to give Li Jun a child. Sure, it was the biggest part but it was not only that.

Mr Leng had been blackmailing her lately with her past and if it was known that she was the wife of the Li's heir? Mr Leng will never let her be in peace.And when he exposed her past, Li Jun's seat as the heir would be in jeopardy.He would also find her disgusting. Her inability to give a child too was a huge factor. No rich people wanted a hen that could not lay eggs, especially someone like Li Jun's grandpa, who was a vital supporter in Li Jun's dream of owning the Li kingdom.

Such a good and wise man like Li Jun had only one flaw and that was HER.

Time and time again she would pull him back from reaching his aims and goals... and the love would die.He would hate her. Then she would hate him....

She s.u.c.k.e.d up a breathe and let it go. She was decided. She had to get the divorce papers and spring it up on him. She would force him to sign it even if he disagreed.

Still, today was not going to be the day to fight. Today she wanted to be there for her husband who loved her unbeknownst to all her flaws.

"Jun, are you ready to go?" Yu Yan poked her head into Li Jun's office. A cool wind brush her hair as she stood there surprised from the sudden coldness.

Li Jun was standing before his open window , looking out into the snow falling outside. He had a weird expression on his face.

He turned around to nod.

A LINE OF BLACK CARS PARKED OUTSIDE A TOWERING BLACK GATE, AN HOUR AWAY FROM TOWN.

The Li couple walked along the beaten path giving a stark contrast to the snowy background in their all-black attire.

Li Jun walked solemnly towards a grave farther away from the rest, his black overcoat slightly flapping in the wind. He quietly walked beside his wife who had a bouquet of white flowers in her arms.

As they reached their destination Yu Yan began to pick up dead leaves and brush away the little snow which the caretaker had neglected from the grey Gravestone.

Yu Yan stared up at Li Jun, prompting him into action.

"Here I am again, old man!" Li Jun said in a calm voice. "Sorry to disturb your rest." He added in a bitter tone. Hoping it was enough for Yu Yan.

"Paying respect to the elder" Yu Yan bowed in respect and placed a bouquet of white flowers on the grave.

Then, the couple stood there in silence. It was definitely awkward.

"Is that it?" Yu Yan asked turning to Li Jun.

"What else?" Li Jun raised an intimidating eyebrow knowing what she would say next.

"At least ask for his blessings and protection going forth" Yu Yan sighed.

Li Jun shook his head.

"The dead cannot protect anyone my love. Under there is only a rotting cadaver.The Peare we know has already vanished." Li Jun was logical. To him, Peare was dead. Gone. Never to return by his side again.

Yu Yan moved to face him, looking up at him in disp.l.e.a.s.u.r.e. She warned.

" I am going ahead to wait in the car. You stay here for 10 minutes. no less. You talk to Peare and come only after the 10 minutes are up. If nothing tell him about what is happening in your life and all the progress in work you are making. You can't come before that."

Yu Yan walked away leaving a very irritated man behind. After all Peare loved Li Jun so much. She was only an add on.

Watching his wife go after warning him in her very bossy tone he couldn't help but smile fondly.

" She does this everytime. Serves me right for falling In love with a beautiful woman." He scolded himself and turned towards the place he had buried Peare exactly a year ago today.

Peare had no family of his own so nobody came on that day as well, just like today. And it was even Christmas at that. Everybody was partying and having fun elsewhere. Li Jun smirk at that thought.

The men who had killed Peare had nothing left of their bodies that anyone could bury. He had made sure that even if souls really did exist , the people who had killed Peare would still feel the pain in their souls.

"Looks like it's only me and Yu Yan today, Peare. Your beloved student has gone somewhere else today." Li Jun started talking to the air like he was ordered to do. He himself did not know why he was doing this. But after being ordered to do this everytime he and Yu Yan visited, he had somehow continued.

"Hmm. Where to start? Married life is well. The twins are well. The business is well. I am working on another private investment again. hmm.. what else? " Li Jun sat down as he thought about what else to say, glancing at his watch. only 2 minutes had gone by.
