Emross Empire: War And Order

Chapter 80 - 80. Responsibility

After the meeting with the king was over, the Garuda alliance began to re-investigate the cases that were taking place in the capital. While Semvvak was still in the palace environment to talk to Shiro. The two of them were seen relaxing in the palace garden, enjoying the scenery and dishes served by the royal servants.

"Join us. Alex will definitely be happy if you want to join Garuda." said Semvvak, staring at Princess Cindy who from a distance was learning to ride a horse.

"Alex, huh? Mhmm... I wonder why he can be a top player. Even though I used to always feed him to grow."

"You know, not in the real world, not in the game world, money can always be in power." answered Semvvak, who then ate a warm biscuit.

"Ah... So you mean he paid someone to help him become a top player?"

"That's right. He has spent a lot of money to be in his current position. If only EEWAO was still in the form of a game, I'm sure you would be very rich."

"Hmm... Rich, huh? He must be very sorry he didn't spend all his money on this game." said Shiro chuckling.

"So... do you want to join us?"

"Are you ready to get into trouble because of my presence at Garuda?" said Shiro, raising his eyebrows.

"What's wrong with following 1 to 2 rules? I'm sure your presence will definitely have a huge impact on us." Semvvak continued to persuade Shiro that he would join Garuda.

Shiro smiled wryly and said, "I'm not the type of person who likes to be restrained." He slowly walked away from Semvvak and said, "If you really want me to join Garuda, make me your leader, then I will definitely join." Shiro said as he waved his hand.

In any game he played, Shiro had never joined a single alliance. He always plays solo and makes a mess by himself. If he is overwhelmed to face the enemy, he will create dozens or even hundreds of other accounts to help him fight his enemies.

For him, join an alliance or cooperate with other players will only reduce the amount of his income. After all, Shiro really didn't like being managed by anyone. Therefore he always refused when invited to join an alliance.

Shiro went to the room that had been provided for him and immediately went to sleep. Meanwhile Semvvak, who had realized that Shiro was very tired and wanted to hurry to rest, left a message for Shiro to the ROG members.

"Ain... Tell Shiro to go to our headquarters tomorrow. He is a very reliable Senshi. His presence will definitely have a big impact on us."

"Yes, sir. I will immediately convey your message after Mr Shiro wakes up."

Semvvak then left the palace and headed to the Salam district to return to investigate.

In the Muria mountains on the western border of the Mataram kingdom, a crowd of Senshi was seen walking through the forest.

MrAkik who felt guilty about his carelessness which made several villages attacked by Goblin troops trying to find the Goblin tribe's main nest. He brought all his allies to attack the Goblin lair. However, that number is not enough, because the Goblin lair itself is a large scale Raid territory that requires high level players to be able to conquer the place.

"Are you sure this is the place?" said MrAkik, watching the view from one of the mountain peaks.

"There's no mistaking it. This is the 29th peak. I still remember this place very well, because the scenery around here is exactly the same as what I saw when I raided the Goblin lair a year ago." replied Jtisallbusiness who was standing next to MrAkik.

"Then why don't I see any green creatures roaming around?" asked BluePanda, lazing in the tree.

"That's why we are looking for it. Stop lazing around and help others find the damn Goblin lair!" MrAkik flinched, looking annoyed.

"Cih! I don't want to. It's very troublesome." BluePanda answered, ignoring MrAkik's words and still relaxing in the tree.

Jtisallbusiness silently stared at MrAkik's worried face. As a strategist he realized that if only with their current troops, they would not be able to finish off the Goblin tribe. Therefore he thought of a plan to avoid the worst possible thing that might happen. He then asked permission to return to the capital and asked one of the Wizard to open a portal for him.

Two days later...

"My head is so dizzy..." Shiro got up from the bed and opened the window curtain in the room.

"Almost morning, huh?" said Shiro, looking outside.

"Not morning, but evening." Yin's voice surprised Shiro.

"Since when were you there??" said Shiro, looking at the corner of the room.

"A while ago. Shiro-san... You better keep your voice down." Yin answered quietly, turning to the bed.

Shiro turned toward the bed and was surprised to see Princess Cindy who was sleeping on the same bed he had slept on.

Shiro sighed and then said, "Even though she is still a little child, but she is a girl and I am a man. Why does she sleep in the same bed as me? Yin, next time you have to stop her from doing such careless things."

"That's impossible. Princess Cindy really likes you. She is always waiting for you by your side and can't wait to play with you. To the point that she hasn't come out for two days just to wait for you to wake up."

"I slept for 2 days??" Shiro felt uneasy, and then looked at the cute face of Princess Cindy who was still sleeping. "I also like her and think of her as my own little sister. But if Slayer knows Cindy is in the same bed with me, she will definitely kill me."

Yin smiled and then said, "Where are you going, Shiro-san?"

"I have to go to Jarwo's shop to get my money." said Shiro, wearing his shirt.

Yin stood up and approached Shiro. "Shouldn't you have breakfast first while waiting for the princess to wake up?"

"The bald seller must be waiting for me. Besides, I also have to go to Bae village. Don't worry, I'll meet Cindy when I return from Bae village later."

Yin wanted to stop Shiro, but she did not want to be seen as an annoying girl who limited his will.

"By the way... You look so pretty in normal clothes like that." said Shiro, staring at Yin who was wearing shorts and a long black shirt.

Yin blushed, and her face turned red. "D-Do I usually look weird?"

Shiro chuckled a little and said, "The only weird thing about you is your unusual clothes. If you take off your mask, you will look prettier."

Shiro opened the window and said, "Actually, I've seen your face. And I don't think you need to be ashamed to be yourself. Moreover have to hide your beauty."

Yin was just stunned and blushed even more. She even let Shiro out of the room through the window, something that was considered rude in the palace environment.

"Sorry I left without saying goodbye. Give my thanks to the king!" Shiro exclaimed, running away.

Yin looked out the window and smiled faintly, seeing Shiro hurriedly run away.
