Before the porridge was cooked, He Xiaoyun went to the river to wash clothes first, and Feng Qiuyue went with her.

"Tingting still has to drink milk at night?" He Xiaoyun asked her.

Feng Qiuyue nodded and said: "Yes, sometimes I can afford to do it two or three times a night. I used to see you raising a child, and I found it's hard work."

He Xiaoyun smiled and comforted: "It will become better when they're older."

"When they're bigger, there are also bigger troubles."

The two turned around a small bamboo forest and saw a woman walking staggeringly on another small road with a pregnant belly. He Xiaoyun saw her a little face, and then asked Feng Qiuyue softly: "Who is she?"

Feng Qiuyue took a look, shook her head lightly, sighed, and said, "That's Ah Bao's wife, she's six or seven months pregnant."

He Xiaoyun remembered that Ah Bao was the stupid person other people said. Last year, his family married him a wife and wanted them to have a normal child. When the child grows up, he will raise this pair of mentally retarded parents.

At that time, she and Feng Qiuyue didn't agree with this approach. Seeing Ah Bao's wife's round belly, they felt a little complicated.

Feng Qiuyue was a mother, and she couldn't help but said: "How will the child live in the future?"

If you were born a fool, you will be confused all your life. If you are a normal person by luck, the burden on your shoulders is so heavy that you can't straighten your waist. They don't know which situation is more unfortunate.

After washing the clothes and going home, Wei Jianwei and Wei Jianhua were away and went up the mountain to collect firewood.

...

After breakfast, He Xiaoyun moved out the clothes in the cabinet to dry. Although Wang Chunhua and Feng Qiuyue helped to clean the room, the wardrobe smelled a bit musty.

She turned out two more sweaters from Wei Yuanhang's childhood and took the newer one to Tingting. The style of boys and girls did not matter. The other one was older, and the cuffs were a little out of line. She planned to disassemble and re-weave a vest.

When Wei Jianwei came back, she was sitting under the eaves fiddling with wool.

He carried a bundle of logs on his shoulders, supported by only one hand, and grabbed the corner of his clothes with the other as if he was carrying something.

Seeing the sweat on his forehead, He Xiaoyun said: "There's tea on the table. I keep it cold. You should go and drink a bowl first."

"Okay." Wei Jianwei piled the wood in the yard and went in to drink tea. When he came out, he carried a bowl in his hand, washed it by the water tank, and showed it to He Xiaoyun.

It turned out to be a handful of wild berries, not small in size, each of them was bright red, with a sweet and fruity fragrance, and He Xiaoyun doesn't know where he picked it from.

"The wild berries are ripe now?" He Xiaoyun asked.

Wei Jianwei nodded, "The back mountain is quite big, do you want to eat it?"

"I have a thread in my hand. It's not convenient. You can eat it yourself."

Jianwei listened, bowed his head and picked the biggest one from the bowl, and handed it to her mouth.

He Xiaoyun subconsciously glanced around and saw that Wang Chunhua and Feng Qiuyue weren't in the courtyard, so she opened her mouth to take it, and whispered, "You eat it yourself."

Wei Jianwei ate the small ones, and then picked the biggest ones from the rest for her.

He Xiaoyun was a little bit dumbfounded, "I'll just eat two, save some for Xiaoyuan. He's playing with Yanyan next door, and when he comes back, if he knows that he has nothing to eat,  he will complain again."

"It's okay, he can eat this tomorrow." Wei Jianwei said.

He Xiaoyun groaned: "Are you still his real father? First, you let him sleep with Jianhua, and now you won't even keep food for him."

Wei Jianwei looked at her. Although he was squatting, his height was similar to that of He Xiaoyun sitting on a small stool. He curled his mouth and asked, "Is the child being absent last night, good?"

He Xiaoyun heard the meaning in his words. In broad daylight, how could her face(shamelessness) compare to him? He Xiaoyun blushed. She couldn't help but exclaimed, "You're so shameless."

Wei Jianwei was still smiling and fed her another wild berry.

When going down the mountain, Wei Jianhua lagged behind, only to arrive now panting and carrying the logs home like a dog.

As soon as he entered the yard, Jianhua saw his second brother and his second sister-in-law under the eaves, eating berries one by one, and his eyes widened.

When he was on the mountain and walked halfway up the mountain, his second brother suddenly threw the wood on the side of the road and climbed down a ridge to pick wild berries. Jianhua thought to himself that his second brother didn’t speak much, but he actually care for his child very much. Jianwei didn't forget to bring something to eat back to the child.

As a result, it turned out to be brought for the second sister-in-law to eat, and even more exaggerated is, she was even fed!

Jianhua wanted to ask his second brother, is it interesting to show-off in front of a single man like him? Is it interesting?! (Poor boy, tired but still got fed with dog food.)
