She had watched a lot of cartoons with her grandson so she naturally knew which cartoon her grandson was talking about.

The Zhuang Yanyu in front of her had a straightened back; every step he took seemed to have been accurately calculated so when he walked, his arms swayed, just like a boy in the army marching forward.

The difference was that his arms were relatively stiff when he swung them as if he was not used to them very much, thus when he swung them, he really looked like a robot.

It was no wonder that the child misunderstood; the more she looked at it, the more she felt like it was true too.

The grandma laughed at her thoughts and said: “Don’t mind Xiaozhuang, Nan Nan has been obsessed with robot cartoons recently, he was just seeing how good-looking you are.”

Zhuang Yanyu forced a smile: “No, he is very smart. ”

The child was even happier when he was praised, and he kept jumping up and down all the way saying that he was Monkey King², with piercing eyes³.

After leaving the neighborhood, they separated and Zhuang Yanyu let out a long breath of relief.

Human children were so terrifying!

When he arrived at the company, just as he finished checking in at the front desk, he heard someone calling him.

“Xiao Zhuang! Hurry up, the elevator is coming!”

Zhou Quan stood at the door of the elevator and waved to him.

Zhuang Yanyu walked over quickly but the elevator was still on the floor below, so he said, “You came a little early today.”

As a colleague in the technical service department, Zhou Quan had always struggled to check in at the last minute when going to work. In a few seconds, the stubbornness of the social animal was fully reflected in him.

Zhou Quan yawned and said, “A notice was sent to the group in the morning, saying that the special elevator at our boss’s side seemed to have shut down for maintenance for some reason. We are all trying to come as early as possible, so as to not be seen by the boss when we are about to be late; we must show the boss the diligent spirit of everyone coming to the company early.”

1 → brother – 哥哥, a name used to call older people. Though preferably not too old, that will be uncle(叔叔).

2 → Monkey King – he is a famous character from 《journey to the west》, one of the four must read books in China.

3 → piercing eyes – 火眼金睛， an ability that the Monkey King can use to see through illusions, something like X-ray visions.
