This was the coolest reason for rejection Lin Wu had ever heard, without none to compare with.

It might have been Wang Ye’s tireless perseverance in naming it which moved the cat, so the little black cat actually tilted its head and looked at him after a while, then took two steps forward cautiously.

Wang Ye was invigorated right away.

“Er mao, come here, Er mao.”

The little black cat came in front of him at last.

Wang Ye’s eyes lit up and immediately reached out for those little furry ears.

“Pa!”

The little black cat scratched the back of his hand with one paw, bared his teeth, slipped away and ran off contentedly.

Lin Wu was gratified, great job.

Happiness is contagious, hence Wang Ye, who was under the wall, abruptly looked up.

Two pairs of eyes met.

A gossipy smile was fixed on Ling Wu’s face and Lin Wu was fixed on the wall.

The wind arose.

The fog came like a wind current, covering you and obscuring me.

　　It turns out that by “I don’t like humans” he really meant he didn’t like humans, in the literally sense.

[ 1 ] I’ve seen translators use the terms “school’s grass” and “school’s flower” to refer to the most beautiful lady and handsome boy in the school, which is the literal translation, I will keep school’s belle and school’s adonis, for the time being unless any issue arises or anyone wants to suggest otherwise.
