Two young kids were sitting in a green meadow, listening attentively the speech of a middle-aged man. The sunshine combined with the bird songs echoing from time to time had created a peaceful environment for the company that had the luck to enjoy this beautiful atmosphere.

" Listen, boys, magic can be described as simple or complicate topic depending on the person. Countless scholars tried to create a clear explanation of what magic is but no one has managed to achieve it. My Master was also a person like that. He researched this topic for his whole life, but in the end, he was unable to provide a clear answer" the man said nostalgically upon remembering his teacher who couldn't meet again anymore.

"Before I share my views about this subject let's explain something else before"

Antony stopped to check if he had his sons attention and continued

" Mana! Probably the most important thing in this world. It's a kind of energy that consists of many forms. For our convenience, we have categorized the mana according to the elements. The reason for this is pretty simple. The six elements Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, Dark, and Light contain mana in different colors. For example, Earth's mana is yellow while Wind's mana is silver. Increasing your awareness through meditation allows you to sense and see the mana around you" Antony said enthusiastically.

He then opened his palm.

A small silver ball started to form, then the color changed slowly to red before it changed again and transformed into a white ball surrounded by lightning sparks.

" The elements that you will feel more familiar with are the ones that have the most similar color with the mana that resides in your body. The manipulation of this mana has, as a result, the creation of magic. It's a pity that a human can't be compatible with more than three elements. This is the limit that our brain can perceive. The majority of people, unfortunately, are incapable to even sense the existence of mana, much less to manipulate it" Antony said indifferently. He didn't care much about these powerless ordinary people.

" Father! Wait a minute! There are things that I don't understand" shouted Vladimir. His face couldn't hide the puzzlement he was feeling inside.

"Speak" Antony was clearly used to his son's enthusiastic way of speaking as he answered with a smile.

" Firstly, when you said 'most similar', do you mean that the mana in our body doesn't have the same color as the mana in our environment? And secondly, how did you create this white ball with the sparks? It seems like the element of Wind but at the same time, it feels different" the silver-haired youth asked passionately.

A gleam of admiration appeared in Antony's eyes.

" Excellent questions! These questions are exactly the reason why magic isn't so simple. According to my Master's theory, instead of considering the mana that resides inside of us to have the same color with the elements, it's more logical to assume that the mana inside of us is colorless. In other words, we are the ones that give the color to our mana according to our understanding of the elements. My lightning magic is exactly the product of my continuous efforts to gain enlightenment in the mysteries of the Wind element" Antony said proudly.

The knowledge he had about magic and mana was something that even the magic researchers in the royal palace may not have access to. This is something that only proves how capable was Antony's master. He then proceeded to take some stones from his pocket.

"These stones are called fate stones and are the shortcut to learn if you can use magic. Every stone has a different element as an attribute. The ones that you manage to make them show their color are the ones that are compatible with you. But firstly its mana training. Your goal, for now, is in three years from now for you two to defeat me" a cruel smile appeared on Antony' s face
