Jiang Rui readied himself mentally before opening the door to receive his “mysterious present.”

As the door slowly opened, what reflected in the eyes was a little Mr. Strawberry sitting over there waiting for him.

Wen Ming was sitting over there. In that moment he opened the door, he was still staring at that “Letter of Guarantee” framed and hanged on the wall.

The air was silent.

The two met gazes, and the movements of Jiang Rui going inside silently stopped over there, actually standing at the entrance not daring to come in for the time being.

[Wen Ming] did not say anything, did not do anything, but merely from his figure sitting there, he possessed an air of a guarding Zhang Fei not coming down the Changban bridge, forcing back an army in the number of tens of thousands[1].

But the more it was like this, the more he could not open his mouth for a long time.

In truth, if one carefully looked, they would discover that Wen Ming’s expression was much calmer than he expected.

It was true, it was practically like nothing happened at all, even his tone was normal, and he calmly called to Jiang Rui.

“Jiang Rui, come in.”

It was precisely this kind of abnormal calmness that strangely made people not dare to make a reckless move- that was the span of calm before an extreme wind or rainstorm. Jiang Rui who was outside the door came in, closed the door, changed shoes, and put down his bag, being very cautious the entire time- his eyes did not ever leave Wen Ming who was not far off.

Wen Ming also really acted like nothing happened at all. He appeared very normal, and after Jiang Rui closed the door, he also stood up. He slowly rolled up the sleeves of his shirt, with both sleeves rolled up.

When Jiang Rui was finished changing shoes and he vigilantly walked over, he saw Wen Ming kick away the pair of slippers he was wearing in front of him.

After finishing these, he saw Wen Ming look at Jiang Rui, and very normally said to Jiang Rui, “Let’s fight.”

Jiang Rui immediately took one step back.

Right now, he wanted to immediately put his shoes back on and run away.

It wasn’t possible, Wen Ming wouldn’t let him go anymore. Before Jiang Rui moved, he first tossed something on the ground plainly.

Once Jiang Rui looked- it’s this thing again, he immediately took one step back out of instinct.

This object was no other than the new muzzle that little Mr. Strawberry especially went out to buy for Jiang Rui. It was currently flashing a merciless metallic cold light at Jiang Rui.

“The one who loses has to put this thing on.” Wen Ming said, and already started seriously moving around his arms and legs.

He was not joking, that gaze looking at Jiang Rui was incomparably serious. That gaze was telling him, without leeway for discussion, this fight today must be fought.

Wen Ming’s tone even seemed be a bit gentle, “Don’t you like fighting? Here, fight with me.”

He did not even leave Jiang Rui time to think and walked over to him barefoot.

He actually extremely formally wanted to have a fight with Jiang Rui. He already warmed up his hands and feet, while Jiang Rui did not even move after a long time. Wen Ming asked, him, “What, looking down on me?”

Jiang Rui subconsciously wanted to shake his head, but in the next second, the other party’s fist directly headed to his face.

Jiang Rui already experienced it before, Wen Ming’s scholarly fist was practically like playing house compared to those he had seen before. But Wen Ming was not playing jokes with him either, and used a real fist, real power, and really made a move on Jiang Rui’s face.

When that fist fell onto Jiang Rui’s face, it was a much more vigorous rabbit punch than before.

This time, Jiang Rui knew he really was angry now. If he wanted to fight, then let it be so- he could fight however he wants, a beating would be good too, and if he could not continue being angry with him after fighting, then that would be too worth it.

Jiang Rui could not possibly fight back. Wen Ming seemed to also know this about him, and used even more of his power- in front of a Jiang Rui who gave up on resisting, he gathered up enough strength and struck with a head mallet.

From an objective evaluation, this really was unexpectedly fierce.

Because Jiang Rui’s centre of gravity was unsteady, he fell to the ground. Wen Ming followed up with his success, and before [Jiang Rui] realized it, he rode on him, and started a free-for-all on punches.

He saw the others who fought were all like this.

This kind of moment was the easiest to force a defensive instinct out of Jiang Rui. As long as he could force him to move once, evolving it into an actual fight later would follow in logical fashion.

Wen Ming wanted to force Jiang Rui to use his hands.

He really wanted to see, just how good was fighting as a resolution? They were already fighting, was this good?

He even wanted to give Jiang Rui a fierce shoulder toss. In the end, Jiang Rui saw he was trying his best, and gave him enough face and rolled over on the ground on his place, then fell over.

Wen Ming who got the upper hand hurriedly and breathlessly sat on him once again.

“I win.” He faced Jiang Rui from a position above, and because of the intense exercise, his chest was constantly rising up and down. Though his gaze was as indifferent as snow, his cheeks were pink, it was really pretty.

All throughout, Jiang Rui did not do as he expected and make a move at him.

This fight did not go through in the end. He overestimated his own strength, and also underestimated Jiang Rui’s. Jiang Rui laid on the ground and looked at his face. He heard Wen Ming’s words, yet did not move.

Wen Ming used his hands to hook in the muzzle. He took one look at Jiang Rui, then expressionlessly pressed that thing made of metal and leather onto Jiang Rui’s face.

Jiang Rui still did not resist. Wen Ming’s hands on the contrary were a bit unsteady. He did not go look at Jiang Rui’s eyes, and messily put it on for him. Until the final metal clasp, Wen Ming then stopped.

“I’ll give you one last chance,” He asked, “Do you know your mistake now?”

Jiang Rui only looked at him, and did not say anything.

Wen Ming’s turned harsh, his fingers moved, and clasped the final metal clasp for him. He let go of Jiang Rui’s face, withdrew, and silently looked at him.

He’s not finished being angry yet, Jiang Rui thought. If he could be hit by him again, that would be good.

But the current Wen Ming looked to no longer be willing to hit him.

The atmosphere in the living room was so quiet it made people unwell. Wen Ming used one hand to cover over his face, thinking of something. After a good while, he suddenly lowered his body, and hugged Jiang Rui who was lying on the floor wearing the muzzle.

Jiang Rui heard him slowly say, “You found out I got hurt, didn’t you?”

His hands circled around Jiang Rui’s neck, burying his face deep into his shoulders.

The thing Wen Ming was scared of most was that Jiang Rui would do something bad after finding out he got hurt, and thus did not ever mention it the entire time.

But Jiang Rui still knew. Not only did he know, he acted upon it too.

And also only Wen Ming would be able to see Jiang Rui’s logic with one look as usual, even if he didn’t say it.

He could feel Jiang Rui’s hands wrapping around his waist, like he was consoling him.

“Fine,” After a while, Wen Ming opened his mouth, “I’ll forgive you this time.”

Jiang Rui hugged him tight.

“But it doesn’t change the fact you did something wrong, you still need to wear the muzzle.” He sighed and said, “Idiot.” And could not help but use his hand to touch the places he hit Jiang Rui in just now.

Wen Ming collected his feelings, and changed positions to hug him.

The two were big fellows, the adrenaline from the intense fight just now had not come down yet, so sticking together like this had a kind of different, unspeakable feeling to it.

Quickly, Jiang Rui who was on the floor recalled a severe, problem of reality.

He did not use his chance to kiss the bunny rabbit today yet.

This was practically like a bolt out of the blue, no less.

But clearly, in his current state right now, he could not use it. He couldn’t use it past twelve either. For him, it was hard to accept to the extent that Jiang Rui laid on the ground for a long time, and could not even come to.

His gaze was blank, and Wen Ming quickly discovered this problem right after him. Jiang Rui clearly would not let the matter go at that, but the muzzle had already been put on……

He guiltily got up about to flee, but in the next moment, got detained at the waist by Jiang Rui.

Wen Ming was feeling even more guilty, and did not dare to look him in the eyes, “I know, I know……”

He looked at the muzzle on Jiang Rui’s face again, then his gaze flashed for a bit for some reason.

He spoke hesitantly, “I’ll make it up for you in the evening.” It was unclear if the redness on his face was from the fight just now, and did not clear up the entire time. After he finished saying this, he ran away quickly.

Make it up. In the evening.

Jiang Rui instantly sat up from the ground.

If you say this, he’s not going to be sleepy for the entire night.
