Happy New Year of the Tiger!
Time for a fluffy modern story this time~ ‹‹(´ω)/››‹‹\( ´)/›› ‹‹\( ´ω)/››~♪
I haven’t decided on a schedule yet, but I’ll be aiming to do 2 releases per week, most likely to be published during the weekends.

A person-in-charge of Starlight Nursery led a group of parents to observe the school’s activities display wall.

Young children by the adults’ legs with either heads of animal ears or tails behind them were making a bumble, while the person-in-charge cordially introduced, “…… up to here is our daily school activities, this wall here is our school’s display of excellent staff.”

Parent A looked around, “All of them are herbivores…… ehh, isn’t the instructor group for consideration a bit lacking in manliness?”

Parent B asked promptly, “I hear (Teacher)Mr. Strawberry from here is particularly patient and good towards children, when the time comes, can you have my child placed in Mr. Strawberry’s class?”

Parent C looked to the side at a tall-figured man who appeared at the other end of the hall, “Is that the school security? They’re so tall.”

At this time, Parent A also saw that man of distinguished figure, “Right, right, right. I was just thinking if there was that kind of teacher, it would be more like it. ”

The person-in-charge’s attitude remained hospitable and answered their questions one by one.

“Regarding the process of class division, I will speak about it in detail with everyone in a short while.”

“That person is not security, the school’s security are all at the front entrance right now.”

“The person you all just saw is Mr. Strawberry who is most beloved by the small children.”

Parent A was dumbfounded, “B-but, isn’t Mr. Strawberry’s beast type written down here as a rabbit?”

Due to the effects of ancestral reversion genes, herbivore beastmen could be distinguished with their outer appearances. The rabbit beastmen in their imaginations were all kind, gentle, frail and small.

“That’s correct.” The person-in-charge explained, “They are a rabbit.”

The parent who asked the question once again looked towards the picture of that rabbit on the display, and their eyes fell onto the introduction below.

Giant Fleming rabbit, one of the world’s largest breeds of rabbits. Their bodies could reach up to 1.8 metres, a giant among rabbits. Even a strong man would have a very hard time carrying an adult giant rabbit.

And yet, beneath the incomparably large outer appearance, was their most honest, docile, loving and intimate temper.

The rabbit teacher who was getting on a bicycle ready to get off work outside the nursery school at this time, Wen Ming, was a textbook standard of that.

A rabbit any larger was still a rabbit. With their bodies several times larger, their inner hearts would expand several times in their needs towards love.

These type of animals had naturally perceptive and timid dispositions, were naturally docile, and liked everything that had a feeling of safety. Dens, food, or lovers, for example.

In a family of many children, they were given a very plain and ordinary name. In his childhood, he was a whole lot bigger than children his same age, and could not be given a role of being spoiled and playing coy the entire time.

The need for love and care could not be fulfilled, and so after growing up, Wen Ming became an early childhood educator who cared for others.

What Wen Ming wished for all his life was extremely modest- he only hoped that there would be a day he could realize the wish of being in his lover’s embrace and acting spoiled.

And today, Wen Ming still stubbornly ran about on this road called blind dating.

In the week before school started, their nursery school already started work. After work today, Wen Ming had a blind date with someone a teacher from their nursery school introduced.

The beast type of the partner for today’s blind date partner was a wolf. Even if it was like this, when Wen Ming sat down, the man politely but not awkwardly commented, “Mr. Wen is quite tall.”

By this time, Wen Ming already had a familiar premonition.

He only responded with, “En, yes.”

The man did not give up on this topic, “How tall are you, Mr. Wen?”

Wen Ming replied numbly, “180.”

What misrepresentation? He did not misrepresent himself. He merely reported 5 centimetres less out of consideration, what do you mean, misrepresentation?

The man, “I am also 180.”

Wen Ming silently turned the cup of tea in his hands, and smiled towards the man.

And then, once they paid the bill and the two stood up, Wen Ming helplessly saw his line of sight reached the top of the man’s head on the other side.

Two people 180cm tall, after standing together, had quite some difference between them.

Looks like the one who glorified their numbers was not just Wen Ming alone. In that moment, the atmosphere turned so awkward it stagnated.

After the brief meeting, the two each went their own separate ways at the entrance of the restaurant.

Without a man’s hand to hold, Wen Ming held his bicycle and slowly went back.

In reality, he was already accustomed to it. The average height in this small town in the south was actually not that tall. A man with a height of 175cm could be praised as tall.

Today, this restaurant was a small high-class private western-style place Wen Ming found with a lot of effort, concealed in a winding small alley. Thus, on his way back, he encountered a fight in a dark alley.

Carnivorous beasts of prey were this hot-tempered and crude- they typically very easily committed crimes of picking fights.

Wen Ming who was originally passing by received a gaze begging for help from someone who looked to be a victim to the bullying- he sighed, then found a place to park his bicycle.

Due to showing disdain to heroes’ height(?), he did quite a bit of publicizing his justice all this time growing up.

“Stop that.” Wen Ming came out and stopped that bunch of wild animals gone crazy with fighting, and spoke to the person who approached close to him with their hand holding a steel pole, “I called the police, the police are going to come soon.”

That was a bunch of youthful and vigorous spikeheads. They looked to each other for a few seconds, and no one dared to make a reckless move.

Something like pressure was something Wen Ming could have by casually standing up. His tall figure stood in the alley, and saw the crowd of people behind split to two sides, and a person with hands stuck in their pant pockets came out from within.

“Oh, an ally of justice?”

At first glance, Wen Ming felt like this person was tall, but after walking near, he once again overturned and understood the definition of the word “tall”.

A grey-haired man stood in front, with his height taller than him by a whole lot.

His figure was blocking right in front of him, thus, Wen Ming’s line of sight turned dark. His entire vision was taken up by his figure.

This truly was an unprecedented, new and fresh experience. That is, if this moment wasn’t the right time for it.

That person arrogantly and slovenly asked, “Then how about we take care of you first?” After a pause, he read the work badge on Wen Ming’s torso with a frivolous tone, “…… Mr. Strawberry?”

Wen Ming already straightened his back, but his head still only reached the man’s ears.

He inconspicuously looked at that half-broken brick on the ground.

The man smelled the air. He rubbed his nose, and looked at the tall Wen Ming up and down, and laughed immediately.

“What a big rabbit.”

What a coincidence, at this time, this was what Wen Ming thought as well. However, he thought about it completely anxiously.

—— How can there be this big of a wolf in this world?

In truth, from his innate fear, his hands already had a layer of goosebumps on it.

Yet at this time, Wen Ming still discovered something wrong.

From the jacket of this person in front, one could not tell, but Wen Ming just saw this person was clearly wearing a certain high school’s uniform pants on his lower half.

He once again looked at the person in front in astonishment.

High school student?

That high school student’s skin was much darker than regular people. With his skin colour dark, it even made his head of grey hair look a bit white, and the inside of the pair of cruel beast eyes turned even more brighter and shocking.

He arrogantly smiled towards Wen Ming, and revealed two sharp canine teeth in a place a few mere centimetres away from Wen Ming’s face.

Kenai Peninsula (Grey) wolf, the world’s biggest wolf. Thinking about it for a bit, the height of a Kenai Peninsula wolf was much taller than a regular adult male when standing up.

This was the canidaes’ sole wolf that could go head on with large-sized felines.

After tilting his head for such a long time, even his neck started aching. Wen Ming looked at his eyes with alert, and did not dare to loosen up.

It was at this time, that the alley echoed with a series of distant yet near police sirens.
