Lu Xiao Tian was standing in front her. Although they did not meet for the whole day, did he miss her to the point he even went to her place to visit?

"Hey, what's up?" Hana did not want to invite him inside since she wasn't able to clean yet the mess she made.

"Visiting you. Is it a bad time?"

"Well, if I say yes? Will you leave?"

Lu Xiao Tian pondered for a bit before saying, "If you want me to." He gave her a refreshing smile that was hard to resist.

With that, Hana told him to wait for a bit as she would just fix her mess in the living room. It wasn't that she got carried away with his smile but since he was around, she wanted to ask for his opinion regarding getting a bodyguard. Really, please believe her reasoning.

Hana provided Lu Xiao Tian some snacks and juice as he entered her place. She asked what's really his purpose coming to her place late at night. It might still be early however as far as she knew, their interaction only started few weeks ago, wasn't visiting her not yet appropriate?

"Today is my last day in the Shen Company. I wasn't able to see you today, so I went here." Seriously? He could just send her a message.

"There's no need for that. You are just wasting your gas by going here." Lu Xiao Tian just smiled. He told her a lot of stuff to take note of as she would be replacing him.

Hana already heard that when he trained her hence she asked what's his real purpose.

"I am here to request for a meal. Well, if you have some food here." Realizing that he did not plan to give her his real purpose, she just gave up and asked his opinion regarding the bodyguard issue.

"I can recommend you an agency, they are really good. Even so, I also advise you to take some lessons to learn self-defense." Hearing the second part, Hana felt her body was already aching.

"I can teach you if want." Hana raised an eyebrow upon hearing that and thought, 'Does he want to flirt with me? If yes, I'll accommodate him.'

"Aren't you busy? I thought you need to help your father?"

"I can still teach you with my schedule. How about Tuesdays, Thursdays, and both weekends? Are you okay with that schedule?"

"That… How much is your fee?" It was too awkward to ask about it, but Hana wanted everything to be cleared. It's not that she was being frugal still, if the fee was extravagant, better just look for a cheaper one.

"You can just buy me some food as a payment."

022 interjected that people around her seemed to see the word 'food' on her face. Hana cursed it and agreed to Lu Xiao Tian's suggestion. Well, it could also be a way for her to accomplish her main mission, right?

Lu Xiao Tian went home after that. Seeing that it's not early anymore, Hana decided to sleep early as she was planning to take a beauty rest. Yes, beauty rest and not just rest.

Hana took over the Vice President position after Lu Xiao Tian left the company, it was already announced weeks before that she would be replacing him. Though there were some people protesting, they could really not do anything as it was already bound for her to occupy that seat.

It was Monday morning and Hana was still adjusting. Despite that, she would need to handle her very first job as the Vice President.

She met with Lee Yitian to discuss again their partnership. Luckily, that guy was on time and their meeting went well.

They did not argue or whatnot as both parties were satisfied with the benefits they could get.

After their talked, Hana was about to leave when Lee Yitian stopped her.

"Are you free this lunch?"

"What's up? Are you inviting me again to eat out?" There seemed no reason for them to ask her aside from eating.

"Yeah, if that's fine with you." Hana was starving so she agreed with him this time.

Like what she did with Lu Xiao Tian, she asked him if it was okay if they could just eat in their company's cafeteria. She's aware that someone's framing her and with that, it would still be better to avoid the public's eye.

Thankfully, Lee Yitian was not being difficult. Hana toured him for a while as they walked to their destination.

"Your company is really cozy." Noting that he wanted an idle talk, Hana willingly talked with him.

"Thank you for your compliment. My father was very particular with the design of our company. He wanted everyone to feel comfortable while working here." She was not sure about the design, so she just made up her reasoning. It was not like he would still verify it with her father.

"It makes me want to work here. Hmm, why not get me an office here? As we are in a partnership, it would be easy to work if we are near with each other, right?"

Those were the words that came into Hana's mind. She did not understand what's the connection with their company being cozy to him working and setting up his office there.

Hana just said that she would look into it but did not agree or disagree with his suggestion. She wanted to avoid that topic as much as she could nevertheless, she also tried to give him some face by saying that she would check it. Even so, she really did not like the idea of him being near her.

As they neared their destination, Lee Yitian was able to smell the fragrance of the food. He pulled Hana's arm and dragged her, so they could reach the place immediately.

Hana noticed it and wanted to pull her arms, but she wasn't successful.

When Lee Yitian found an empty table, he pulled a chair and asked Hana to sit down. It might look gentlemanly to others, but Hana was irritated with what he did so when he asked her what she wanted, she accidentally blurted out her words, "To kick your a.s.s."
