As the lessons ended, Logan, Conal, and Orson went toward the main entrance to get their things. Multiple students were rushing out of the school, happy that the lessons had finally ended.

The boys walked quickly down the corridor between rows upon rows of students until they found themselves near one end, where two long hallways joined together under an archway formed from metal.

As they approached this place, several small groups of girls came hurrying up along both sides and went past them without even paying them a glance, which made Logan feel a little bit angry.

After several twists and turns, they reached the lockers at the main entrance. Logan was the first to go take his things inside the locker, and once he opened it, he found an A4 folded paper inside of it.

"What is this?" Logan said while looking at the sheet in his hands.

Conal approached the young man from behind; he saw the paper in his hands and then said, "Looks like you finally received a love letter, uh?"

Logan turned back and looked at him as if he was an idiot. He slowly unfolded the piece of paper and started reading its content:

----------------------------------------------------------

Dear Logan.

I always wanted to say to you that you are the most disgusting person I have ever met. Not only you are a mother fucker with the mama complex, but you amount to nothing.

The only thing you can do is be a waste of space, a waste of air, and a waste of resources. I know for sure that your mommy wanted to kill herself for having you.

You are the shit stain on a white underwear pair, like a piano crashing on someone's teeth. Your mother is bitch that shouldn't have you.

You will never find happiness in this world, But by all means, keep on dreaming about it!

----------------------------------------------------------

The letter continued, and Logan read it all.

He put aside the paper on the floor and stood there for some time, thinking about what he had just read. Besides the blatant insults, there was one last line that caught his attention.

----------------------------------------------------------

Meet me at the train station after school, if you have the guts. I will give you a beating.

----------------------------------------------------------

Logan left the piece of paper fall to the ground, which Conal picked up. He read and read it over again before throwing it into a nearby trashcan.

"What did it say?" Orson asked.

"Nothing important," Conal replied.

After a few moments, Logan regained his composure and said, "Let's go to the train station."

"Why?" Orson asked.

"There's a mother fucker that needs a beating," Logan said.

They hurried away from the building and walked through the main gate. Once they passed beyond the school's driveway, they took the path heading southward toward the train station.

It wasn't very far since they could see the buildings from their position, but it must be said that they were very tall and could be seen from every city's corner.

Conal didn't talk and kept silent during the entire walk, but Orson kept pestering the two friends.

"Can you tell me what the hell that letter said?" he asked again.

"Shut up, Orson!" Logan shouted. Making the young man immediately close his mouth.

The trio walked through the city streets while looking at every person passing by, hoping that one of them was the mastermind behind the letter. Many students were walking along side them since they left the school at the same time and were probably headed in the same direction. However, none of them seemed familiar enough to the three men.

All the students were wearing the school's uniform; some were talking on the phone, some were chatting, some were kissing their girlfriends or boyfriends, and others chatted among themselves, but there was no suspicious person.

After a while, they finally arrived near the train station. Many trains were arriving and departing, and the tracks ran across the sky as flying dragons while connecting various parts of New Alexandria.

They looked up and observed the trains leave the giant building, and after a while, they took the stairs that brought them to the elevator.

Logan angrily pushed the last button many times before, finally, the button illuminated red, indicating that the elevator had been called.

A minute later, the doors slid open, revealing the elevator's insides. On both sides of the walls, big monitors showed news and information about the surrounding areas.

Some of those screens showed the faces of different people, mostly celebrities. Others displayed advertisements and other public announcements.

Conal and Orson looked at each other nervously; they never saw Logan so angry. When he saw Amber and Erik together the previous day, he wasn't that furious.

As the elevator finally arrived at the train station's floor, the trio stepped out of the small box. They made their way toward the waiting area, where dozens of passengers waited for their respective trains.

But before reaching it, Logan quickly scanned the crowd and noticed a young boy wearing the school's uniform and a weird mask. He was staring at them, but they couldn't say who he was due to the mask.

At that moment, Logan charged at the student; he was sure he had written that nasty letter. Conal and Orson followed suit, and a chase started inside the train stations.

The student avoided any people walking in their direction, but Logan, instead, didn't care, and he bumped into many people with his shoulder, knocking some of them down.

In order to get rid of his pursuers, the masked child did everything he could; he even threw stuff on the ground from the nearby stalls just to distract the boys' attention.

The objects thrown included candies, newspapers, books, magazines, water bottles, and things lying around the station.

This tactic worked perfectly well because the three friends stopped running and stared at the boy, as their way was constantly barred by things thrown by the masked man.

Then, a loud hiss rang inside the station; a train had just arrived. The masked boy suddenly turned and ran toward the train, boarding it.

Conal, Orson, and Logan did the same. The group leader had a look of pure anger; whoever that kid was, he was going to make him pay for what he said.

The train pulled off, and soon the doors closed with flickering lights, and the four students were on board. Soon after, the train began moving, leaving the station behind.

The train continued its journey without stopping, speeding faster than ever until reaching speeds that Logan had never seen since he never went to the station. Its speed increased more and more with every second, making the whole world seem like a blur.

Logan looked around but couldn't find any trace of the young boy until he looked to another carriage and saw the same masked student looking at him.
