Of course, Long Cheng will not just blindly kill himself just because she told him to do so. If in the event that she is in danger, he definitely will save her even if it cost his own life.

Why are they even talking about his death on the first day of their meeting?

Does he really need to be on the brink of death before she can feel something for him? Something that a mate should feel?
