Kuro and Lu Ten were the villagers best fishers as they swam half n.a.k.e.d in cold water and collected tons of fish a month for the tribe.

During this year Kuro managed to master the freezing technique or as he called it [ Ice Devour] because living and non-living things freeze to ice when all the hot temperature is removed from them freezing them slowly or fast if Kuro feels well then he could perform it better with quick speed.

Lu Ten couldn't master it but he was instead taught the moves and the idea of how to produce lightning but he couldn't train since he's in the water tribe so he'll have to practice the art another time but simply his little bro showed him the steps in succeeding.

This year they started to train the water tribe men in true martial arts and how to survive benders. Why? Because the brothers really liked them, they were nice, kind and chill as they carried respect and honour. Mot only that but these men are Loyal, just look at Sokka and Katara both were loyal to aang. Kuro needs to make more friends with people of this quality.

Right now Hakoda and Lu Ten were sparring without any weapons as they exchanged blows.

Wham!

Lu Ten was just punched Hakoda in the cheek who went skidding whilst at the same time Hakoda himself hit Lu Ten on the nose.

Bam!

Lu Ten didn't even flinch out of the two it was clear who was physically stronger. This meant that Hakoda will have to be more crafty with his water tribe creativity.

Hakoda was running his feet on the snowy ground before taunting Ryu (Lu Ten).

"Come on Ryu is this all you got?"

Lu Ten dashed at him whilst Hakoda waited. Until Ryu was inches away from him before side stepping.

Whoosh!

Lu Ten slipped on ivy floor which was actually made by Hakoda who rubbed and pressed the snow together to make the ice beneath him. Lu Ten (Ryu) was fall in with his back aiming for the ground.

Everything became slow motion for Lu Ten (Ryu) as he noticed Hakoda's elbow a few centimetres away from his c.h.e.s.t. Lu Ten smiled.

Lu Ten knew what Hakoda was planning but played along as this will get Hakoda closer to him at a risk which he was willing to take.

Lu Ten grabbed Hakoda elbow and twisting and pulling sideways he slammed Hakoda on the snowy floor, immbolising him and wining the spar.

"That was a great spar Ryu." Said Hakoda.

"It was." Said Lu Ten.

Hakoda and Lu Ten exchanged words as they did a handshake.

Poof! Wooah!

Hakodalt decked Lu Ten as they made a handshake catching him by surprise.

"Now we're even."

Then everyone along with Lu Ten, who was on snowy floor, laughed with joy.

Lu Ten not concentrating melted a tiny piece of the icy ground with his fingertips leaving small gaps but no one except two noticed. One was Kuro. The second was Kya.

After everyone disappeared from this place, Kya returned and examined the small damage on the snow where Lu Ten (Ryu) fell and found out she was right. Lu Ten was a firebender.

From the beginning Kya was wary of the boys as one of her guesses were that they were fire nation soldiers. But she didn't act as she knew they were just boys and from their eyes there was no bad intention. But why would they lie she asked herself now.

Little did Kya know that she was being spied by Kuro who was hiding behind a corner.

'Guess she's on to us. We better get outta here.'

And so at night Kuro and Lu Ten sneaked out of their igloo.

"Let's take a boat and get out of here. We took what we need. Kya found out about is being firebenders or suspects us to be. We better get out today"

Kuro and Lu Ten started sneaking about the compound but there was a few guards so they had to stick to the shadows and make no noise.

They reached the docking area where they had to steal a boat.

They went there but they'd still be noisy so they knocked out the nearby guards and then both lifted a boat.

Afterwards the brothers ran away as far as they could before throwing the boat inside the chilling water and setting of to another place to journey.

Kuro left a letter for everyone on the table to know that they finished their training and needed to grow further by moving to another place.
